They hardly did ANYTHING with them in KH 2 other than have them fight once and never return...Think they'll show up again because of that? I hope so...

They're story seems to be developing a little more, so chances are they will show up with the the other FF characters in KH3.

Yeah I definitely feel like they should finish their story in KH 3, and then in the new KH saga they need to bring in the newer FF characters. In fact, I'm pretty sure that's what they're going to do. It'd be awesome if they did. I'll be extremely surprised if I'm wrong.

I'm pretty sure Cloud and Sephiroth's stories will be finished in KH 3, and then the newer FF characters such as NOCTIS or Lightning, etc. will be in the new KH saga, since it makes more sense to do it that way. They at least deserve to finish the saga that they started lol.

The problem is, within this context, their relationship is based entirely on fighting, with little room for growth or manouver. If they were to be reintroduced in KH3, what more could they do than much more of the same?

 

Unless Cloud breaks entirely and undergoes character development similar to that he experienced in FFVII. But that doesn't seem likely.
