Please help. I can't listen to videos or music at all! Speakers are on ONE HUNDRED PERCENT, Sound isn't crossed, and when I turn the volume up to the max, it's not even a whisper! What the heck? Must I re-install something? Really bugging me.

Try plugging in your headphones and see if sound comes out.

Searc the audio options your computer, and check the sound. Sometimes my audio is crossed too, but one restart is help.

The re-install is no help. Maybe the computer got a virus.

Has the audio jack come loose?

I AM wearing headphones. I don't have a virus. If I did, my computer would be blank. My computer has gotten a virus twice, and it just shut off. Maybe a restart? I'll restart and see what happens!

GOOD NEWS! RESTARTED, AND IT`S FINE. Why did I not think of that?

For future reference a computer restart should be the 1st thing you do whenever you can't solve a computer problem.

Is it a mac?  If so I've had that happen with my computer too.  The sound just won't come on till I restart the computer.  Glad you got it to work!
