Google will bring up other things that are related, hence, Roxas and Xion since they're all KH characters. With some stuff I can't find the correlation though. And since the search involves the word "grandma" you'll get things related to grandmothers. Like those pictures of irl people probably have something to do with the mentioning of "grandma". e.g. that "weird guy" might have a blog where he mentions that his grandma died.

Which was really odd. To be fair though after the Heartless invaded RG she could have lost her heart and become a Nobody, just not one in the Org. Since no one knows what happened to her it can't be said that she didn't turn into a Nobody/Heartless, but hypothetically speaking if she was, she probably turned into something basic like a Shadow/Dusk.
