How do I get the EXP Walker?

I know I could just look this up on google but i find it more interesting asking you guys since this is a site full of KH nerds fans. SO the question is: What commands do I have to meld in order to get EXP walker? I want to use it in order to grind Terra a bit faster.

    The easiest way I use is Magnet + Aero.

    You can't meld it until you have an abounding crystal, and I swear you can't get those until you finally make it to Radiant Gardens

    Do i have to have those at max lvl or is there a certain lvl I have to have them in in order to get EXP walker?

    I'm pretty certain you have to have them at their maximum level.
