A drawing against gun violence.

...this was inspired when I was reading Time magazine's cover on gun violence.
What struck me was how much the bullets looked like stubby little metal crayons. 
And I couldn't stop thinking about that as I read the article, and thinking about that, I drew this. 
Gun violence gets me really angry though. I mean, what have children and little kids done to deserve to die? Why do innocent people die? And, don't get me wrong, I'm not anti-gun, I'm anti-violence. 

Interpret it how you want.

There has been too much violence lately. So many sad deaths for such innocent people.

I have my opinions about gun violence...the. I read you were more anti-violence then anti-gun

The Ace Attorney franchise has shown just why zero-tolerance gun control would fail to curb violence: take away all guns (except policemen's), and people will just resort to stabbing and bludgeoning instead.

Thank you!And yeah, that wouldn't work either. I think we need restrictions on gun ownership though. More importantly, we should have a better system in place to set off alarms when someone displays questionable behavior that way we can treat and help that person or prevent them from harming others.  Guns aren't bad, people who use them stupidly are.

By "restrictions," you don't mean limiting mags to 10 rounds and outlawing citizen ownership of semi-automatic rifles do you??

By restricting, I mean having a better gun tracking system, and removal of stupid laws that only serve to make getting guns easier. Guns should be easy to get, but not so easy that anyone could just get one. An inconvenience, yeah, but it'd be smarter to have small inconveniences in getting guns than in having a killer get a hold of one.
