Since we've been introduced to three Keyblade wielders with armor, shouldn't Sora get Keyblade armor as well?

I mean, when going deep inside Sora is never wearing any protection so who knows what could happen. His essence could be corrupted, although maybe Sora just likes how it feels without wearing any protection.

But with no protection realistically Sora could be penetrated at any time, right? Which is why I think they should give it to him.

What do you think?

That works in story, but don't you see that these games need to raise the bar to remain interesting? If we take your words as a guideline, why did they bother ever giving him new clothes or drive forms, if all he needs is friendship oh and a keyblade for convenience? The truth is Sora can't do sh*t without his Keyblade, which he has because he claims he can. So back to the topic, why did they give him the drive forms? To keep things INTERESTING. How boring would it have been to have the exact same abilities as in KH1? They need to bring something new to the table. And I don't know what your deal is, but I don't swing that way.

Oh, so you're pretending the easy-mode presented in KHII was a good thing. Why not just remove all challenge altogether and make it a button-basher? With KHIII they're really going to have to raise the bar, because I doubt people will accept a second steamroll.

For the love of--okay, y'know what, this argument's going nowhere.  Fine, you're right, Sora needs armor to be cool and he's worthless without it and it'll be impossible for Squeenix to think of something else to raise the bar unless Sora has all the cool stuff.  Ya got me.

I'm not satisfied until everyone either agrees with me or has suffered for failing to

Isn't it already a button masher?

I don't know what you think will be accomplished by giving Sora armor. You want KH3 to up the ante but you want Sora to be handicap by exchanging his sufficient clothing and their drive forms for armor that doesn't really do anything? Why would he downgrade like that? If difficulty is the problem then the programmers can tone down Sora and beef up enemies.

THE PROBLEM IS THAT WE NEED SOMETHING NEW

Can't we just accept that we're getting light sabers?

Yes. I think they might even have some influence in the gameplay. Like a drive form. Sora charges up his gauge, pops on his armor and is capable of doing some legit Keyblade Morphing yumyum. Valor Armor, Wisdom Armor, Master Armor...

And if the other sux lights are playable, then they too would have Keyblade Armor. I think its pretty likely honestly...

I think he should get Keyblade armor. It would be very cool and what if he ends up going to the Realm of Darkness? He'll need it for that journey.

there will always be people to disagree with something. 'tis life

You mean like how the Keyblade lost its originality after seeing the millions of Keyblades at Keyblade Graveyard?

The armor comes with the Keyblade, I don't see how it's a bad thing to make it more common. You don't have Power Rangers with morphers but no armor.

Yes, because Zordon specifically states they NEED the suits to beat the bad guys because it has meaning. Try comparing Kingdom Hearts and the Dragon Ball series. I'll even help you out.

Race of Saiyans wiped out(of course there are some survivors) = Keyblade wielders from the keyblade war(same, plus finding new wielders)

Goku(gets a fresh start on earth so he doesnt know what his ancestors did) = Sora(his start on destiny islands meaning he doesnt know what previous wielders did)

Super Saiyan(sounds important) = Keyblade(sounds important)

Goku turns Super Saiyan(1st Super Saiyan in 1000 years) = Sora gets keyblade(he is now special)

Vegeta turns Super Saiyan(What? Okay, I can understand) = Riku(keyblade was meant for him so its cool)

Everyone starts turning Super Saiyan like taking candy from a baby, thus losing originality and meaning = Everyone can start wielding keyblades now(Kairi before BBS came out, Lea, etc.)

Something made out to be so special turned out not special at all. Also, think of this release-wise or story-wise considering the plot didnt start fleshing out until development of KH2.

You forgot the part where Goku turns SSJ3, once again giving him something unique that others don't have. Now in videogames and spinoffs everyone is still turning SSJ3, but for the best part of DBZ's lifetime the only way SSJ3 could be achieved was by Goku and by two other Super Saiyans fusing together.

And now Sora needs to "go SSJ3", if you get my drift. AKA Keyblade Armor. Ofcourse, not just armor like TVA's; stronger armor, more useful armor, unique to Sora.

I really can't picture Sora in his own armor.
