I have to say it doesn't look that bad if this is the controller for the PS4

It needs to be a bit bigger, but otherwise it looks decent. What matters is how it feels and how it performs

If it functions at least as well as the old controllers, then that's enough for me. I bet the final design will be a bit more streamlined.

All I can say is that if I have to play KH3 with that thing, I am gonna be royally upset.

Don't really like it, its still got the Dual Shock Controller layout and shape. -_-

Its not that bad for a prototype. Hope the final version is prettier.

I didn't see a topic for this but maybe I missed it.

 

So Sony is going to have a media event next week. They are expected to announce information on the PS4. Some images have been leaked of a possible PS4 controller prototype.

 

This came out yesterday.

 

This one came out today.

 

There seems to be a headphone jack in the bottom of the controller. So that's pretty cool.

 

What do you guys think? Would you like this controller? I think it looks pretty neat. If it is real I am curious to see what they are going to do with that screen on it.

Well it does look like there is a speaker about the PS button.

But will it blend

I hope it'll be compatible with ps3 games cause it'd kinda be annoying having to buy a whole new console to play more expensive games

I really can't figure out what it would be for. I doubt it's just for sound, as many people today have high quality surround systems. My best guess is that it is a built in microphone.

But microphones usually just have the one hole. I dunno. Would be interesting either way.

For some weird reason...I thought you men't a LITERAL 360 degree d-pad e.e But yes,  it is completely terrible.
