March 6, 201312 yr I capcom is evil!!! They took away megaman universe!!! I say we go to their HELLacious corp building and Beat the sins out of them!!! Edited March 6, 201312 yr by ReikuSSR
March 6, 201312 yr What's wrong with DMC? It scored well Good controls and playstyle, bad story. To be fair, the new Dmc is actually pretty good. Controls wise, yes. Story and Character wise, not so much. well after reading the op and the comments all I can really say is
March 6, 201312 yr Whine, whine, whine, bitch, bitch, bitch But capcom is a terrible company, at least right now. On a side note, I think DmC is decent
March 6, 201312 yr lolOpinion On-disc DLC, blaming fans for cancelled projects, constant re-releases, loss of key developers, letting franchises die, ect Yeah, they are pretty bad at the moment lool But they have good games
March 6, 201312 yr On-disc DLC, blaming fans for cancelled projects, constant re-releases, loss of key developers, letting franchises die, ect Yeah, they are pretty bad at the moment lool But they have good games On-disc DLC(Doesn't bother me, may bother some people(opinion)), blaming fans for cancelled projects(I remember that, I believe all they said was that to them, they didn't have enough fan support, which isn't really that big of a deal to get butthurt over. I could be wrong though.), constant re-releases(Doesn't bother me, if you know it's coming considering they do it so often just wait for them to release a couple then buy the latest one), loss of key developers(Can't speak on that one, I don't know much about it), letting franchises die(Sometimes they need to die, they can't go on forever).

Problem with On-disc DLC is that you are paying for something that is already completed, but locked on the disc. DLC should be planned for release after the game has been out for a while. Mega Man Legends 3 (which was the game that was cancelled) was highly anticipated, but due to (no one being involved), they blamed all the fans. That's the last thing you want to do, I mean it's THEY'RE game, not ours. Constant re-release aren't a problem for people who didn't want to buy the game at the time of release, but are a problem for everyone who pre-ordered it. They have to pay an extra 40 bucks to get exclusive characters that weren't there in the first edition of the game, it's pretty bogus but it's not to big of a bad thing. They lost the creator of mega man and resident evil, both of which are not liking what they are doing to each series (resident evil doesn't like RE6, it's lost focus on survival horror and is just an action game). And last but not least, some of the series they are letting die are flagship series that have a huge amount of recognition. Mega Man for example, it's what got capcom noticed, and now they won't even doing anything with it besides release a fans game (SFvsMM). I dunno, I like they're games a lot, just not how the company does things. But you are right, it's comes down to personal opinion and I respect that. Sorry for uber long post
March 6, 201312 yr Good controls and playstyle, bad story. Controls wise, yes. Story and Character wise, not so much. Ok ok I like your post for multiple reasons. Awesome responces and it may just be the Adam Blade side of me ,but the girl in the pic is kinda adorable. Whine, whine, whine, bitch, bitch, bitch I do admit capcom has produced some good works what kills us is seeing such awesomeness in previews, demos and sneak peaks! the ones that make you grab that game controller out of your pants pocket and act as is you are playing it! Yeah that awesomeness! Getting so close and having you heart shot and send to Kingdom Hearts for Xehanort! I do say man sometimes you just need to go WWWHHHHYYYYY!!!! Ahem. That concludes my little geek rant.

Sorry for uber long post I can definitely understand being upset with the way a company does things, I just don't like it when people bitch and complain over and over about one. Like Capcom. I hear it A LOT lol and to me it's just, don't support them if you don't like them. On-disc DLC doesn't bother me, because either way a company could make the DLC early, not lock it on the disc, then sell it later and the fans wouldn't know the difference anyway. It's, essentially, the same thing. I don't really see them as blaming the fans as much as they're just giving a reason as to why they didn't go for it. If the company feels there's not enough support that a profit would TRULY be made, why make it? But I guess that's just another way of looking at the way they said what they said. The re-releases, like I said, Capcom is KNOWN for them. They might be a bit stupid when they could just make cheaper DLC and just add them on later, but I really don't see it as that big of a deal when this is a known thing and people should see it coming. Just don't pre-order or buy the original. Especially when it's Street Figher I'm not a RE fan, but RE6 didn't look very good imo. I'm not even a fan of the series and it looked like it felt different from the rest of the series, so I can understand that a bit. Idk, if you're a fan of Megaman would you rather it turn into what Sonic has become? I don't think I would lol

Just sucks because there were a ton of people who wanted MML3, it's just they never got into the community as much as Capcom hoped. They still could of made the game though, it would probably sell really great. And agreed with the re-releases, you know it's coming just some people want the game to much so yeah (Curse them for 3 releases of SF4 though) But oh god, I would definitely not want Mega Man turning into what Sonic is like now. It could happen to, since the creator is no longer working with them. Let's just hope if they do bring it back, they don't mess it up like crazy.
March 6, 201312 yr I like the new DMC, Though yeah they are jerks for destroying Megaman and the already DLC on disc thing.
March 9, 201312 yr at least there not as bad as rare at the moment .... sigh.... I hope both pick up the pace, I mean, its just disappointing....I mean, at least Sega got themselves out that hole they threw themselves in
