I decided that I should make a Death Note Roleplay. Normally I don't usually do RPs anymore, but I decided to do one with Death Note, considering that the anime/manga/novels/movies are awesome

 

But this is no ordinary Death Note RP where you get to choose if you are a human or a shinigami or whatever. It's L vs Light. You pick your team and if your on Team L, you must arrest all the characters and Kira/Light, but if your on Team Light, you must kill all the members of Kira Investigation Team.

 

I will be controlling both L and Light, helping you guys on both teams.

 

Basically, L is a detective who's name is really L Lawiet. He is head of the Kira Investigation Team, trying to track down Kira, AKA Light. He only eats sweets, never wears socks and is really smart.

 

Light is a high school student that finds the Death Note, a notebook that if you write someone's name in it, they die. He decides to use it to kill every criminal and anything that's evil, and become god of the new world. The orginal ower of the Death Note is a Shinigami (which is a god of death, the ones who have the Death Notes), named Ryuk. People then suddenly call him Kira (Which means Killer in Japanese), and there is opinions of him, people believe he's evil, or people believe he's the savior. L is trying to track Light down, but he doesn't know it's him. Of course he only assumes....

 

So if you're part of L's team, you must track down not only Light, but his fellow helpers who will try to help Light. If you're part of Light's team, then you need to try to kill L and his investigation team.

Rules:

1) There is no betraying of teams, so if you're on Team L, you can't just go to Team Light

2) However, if you're on Team Light, you can PRETEND to be part of the investigations, and try to pick the team off by one. If you're on Team L, you can PRETEND to be a friend of Light, and find out if Light is Kira, and arrest him and his followers

3) Even though you will be posting what team you are on, YOU don't know who is who. You do not know that someone from the other team and then kill/arrest them. It's illogical and unfair. You have to FIND out what their name is, and if you know their on the other team, you may kill/arrest them. But only on Light's/L's (that's me) command.

4) Once the team is killed/captured, we restart it and you guys must switch teams.

5) Have fun ^_^

 

Death Note Rules:

If you are going to be on Team Light, then you will be using the Death Note to kill someone. BUT, if you are going to kill someone, you will need to know the rules! Check here:

Tips:

 

Team L:

- If you are suspicious of another person, follow them, but don't be too suspicious. Hide behind a wall or look the other way if the other person finds you

- Use fake names. If the one of the opposing team befriends you, use a fake names because if you use your real name, and he/she puts your real name in the Death Note, you're dead. Fake names won't get you killed.

- Find evidence to bust them. You can't arrest someone because you think they are on Light's team

 

Team Light:

- If one of the investigators is stalking you, hide and stalk him. Make sure he doesn't follow you to where Light is.

- Pretend to be part of L's Investigation. That way, once they trust you, you can pick them off very quickly >

- Fake names really won't work for you. But if you get Light to give you a Death Note, you can use the Shinigami (which I will control as well) to your advange (i.e. If you drop a piece of paper from the Death Note and someone picks it up, they will see Ryuk and get scared).

This is actually just a test to see if this kind of Death Note RP will work. So don't get upset if you get killed/arrested, because I know most of you RP in mostly other threads

 

And remember, I control L, Light, and Ryuk. I will be using them to help you fight the other team

Light said in the walkie takie, "The batteries. It's L's camuras...unless that's what he wants us to think. Find out if it's the school electricity." Light also got Darius' message. "Yeah. It is. Sorry. But don't do anything rational until I can get to you." Light walked away from the bathroom and then to the classroom.

 

L sent another message to Akito:

 

Message: Yagami's been out for a while. He's suspicious. I believe he making contact with others. I think he found a place where there's a blind side to our camuras. After school, follow him. Be careful, I am not sure how he kills people, but I don't want you dead. So be sure to find out how he does that. Anyway, he coming to the classroom, keep an eye on him

Light entered in and sat in his chair.

After reading the message, Akito continued to keep up the appearance of listening to the teacher's lectures.

darius sighed then went in a little caf

After class was over, Light walked out of the school and went home.

darius waited for light to contact him while he was drinking some coffee

When class went out, Akito did what he did best-- blend in. He followed Light Yagami in an indirect way. He walked on the other side of the road, he chatted with people, and even made stops at places, but he never lost track of Yagami.

Light saw Darius and sat down. He said, "Hey...", and then turn to see if anyone was following him.

 

However, L walked over. "Why hello there Light. I thought I wasn't going to see you anytime soon." He sat down in his usual, but strange position, and said, "Who's your friend?" Light looked at him and responded, "...This is Ryo. He's a buddy of mine."

Akito went to the book shop next door and "browsed" the outside displays.

ryo looked up from his coffee at L

L starred into Ryo's eyes and said, "Well, I am Ryuzaki. Pleasure to meet your aquatince (SPELLING FAIL lol)."

 

Light just kept drinking his coffee without looking at L or Darius.

Akito suddenly couldn't help but notice a group of junior high girls. They were picking on a girl that was inferior to them. Almost reminds me of... me, he thought. He knew that he shouldn't get off track, but then again, the group was near the caf

Bio: never went to school and was home tutored from a very very early age. One day, so frustrated that there daughter might not turn out how they wanted, they decided never to buy her toys, to treat her like an adult, for her sixth birthday she got a type writer. She had no siblings and her mother and father both worked in the police. Both her parents wished she would be a great detective like themselves and were a bit obsessed with the idea. They tutored her non stop until by the age of seven, she knew all her times tables by heart, and her alphabet. She could spell too. One day, when emma was eight years old, they were finaly pleased with the results they were getting and signed her up to join a local grammar school next term. On that same day, both her parents were called out on a mission, and both died. Emma was never told what happened, just that they were never comming back as no one wanted to upset her. Bit this little did they know was worse. Emma thought she had been deserted, that they didn't want her anymore. From there she was sent to an orphanage and at the age of ten she was taken away to a special orphanage for childeren smart beyond there years. This orphanage was called whammy's house. Emma, never expreienced what life was like for a normal child. She was far too literate for her age and spoke like an adult. She had no friens at any past orphanages and was used to being top in anything she did, but she wasn't here. In whammy's house she was a mere tenth. At times she could be a little blank towards other people but, she knew how to get the job done, and became a fairly good detective. Just like her parents had wanted.
