I'm just pondering on what species of flowers Marluxia uses in his appearances and attacks? It seems not of the Carmallia or chocolate family as the rose is apart of, but what flower could it be? Any thoughts?

Marluxia shouldn't have flowers. It seems.....girly of him.

Ah, but his character concept gives him a girly image so I think it goes well.

I think his flowers kind of look similar to cherry blossom petals...and roses maybe.

Well just by first glance you see a guy with pink hair and pretty petals falling from his coat, but when you know the meaning behind that you'd understand. Plus...you just gotta love that scythe! :P

totally love the sythe especailly the opposite side of the sythe part its pointy :P:P:P:sleepy:

They look like cherry blossom petals to me. In Japan, cherry blossoms represent the transient nature of life. Makes sense...to an extent.

I think they're sakura flowers and yes Marluxia seems to have a very girly aspect and personality xP

The meaning behind Marluxia himself. If the flowers were dahilas then what was his somebody's name? Surely a species of flower?

I heard, somewhere, that it could be 'Lumaria'.
