As for downloading clips, keepvid.com lets you download anything from youtube, so you could just download episodes posted on there. 

 

I'm not sure what kinds of videos you normally do, but I see a lot of people who make really amazing videos by telling different stories. Like, using clips of the characters, but telling a different story than what is in the real game/show, if that makes any sense?

Since your so in love with Mewtwo at the moment mind as well create an AMV based off of Majin-three and Mewtwo. You could use parts of the gameplay released from the Official Pokémon Website, but it'll probably not look well...

that might be true (and suspiciously accurate), but majintwo rolls off the tongue better > 

realplayer is used for downloading youtube vids, heck even my school recommended it.

But how do you find these things on YouTube, cause I can't find anything.
