A virus. A terrible disease... it once plagued this site. Due to the orgy that was KH13, it was passed between everyone... but it was eradicated. Someone found a cure, evidently. But, I preserved a sample... how did I get a sample?

 

Because I was never cured.

 

In this vial I hold a sample of my blood. And I have built a device that will turn it into a fine aerosol that will infect every last member of this site.

 

This is your fate, if you do not bow to me, and accept my leadership.

Yep, our stupidity protects us just like with Sora, its what gives him all the luck. That's why Roxas never inherited any of Sora's luck. He isn't as stupid as Sora is sometimes. Actually, Roxas isn't stupid at all really. Just more anger prone.
