I hold in my mind, your damnation. It is a small vile, with an extract inside... it is the last existing sample of a virus which once plagued this very site... the older members might wager a guess. The newer members will be delightfully clueless. But this is the plan, ladies and gentleman.

Doesn't it just look sinister and delicious.

He claims it's a picture of the vial, but it is blank.

I think this vial is a fabrication of Rox's mind, and he doesn't realize that his plan is doomed to fail.. because his Macguffin is in his imagination...
