I think not...there's no contact between Sora and Roxas, or Kairi and Namine when they returned to their original self, just...pof, blending. No mind memories, just body memories.

I think when they merge back, the new heart merges with the original one.That might also explain why they're able to remember their time and abilities as Nobodies as well

Are you sure that the nobodies didn't just return to their original forms? For example Axel turned back into Lea?

they don't necessarily make a heart Xemnas said they make a replacement, for example Axels replacement for a heart was Roxas...

They probably end up combining or the heart ceases to exist.

Based on Sora and Roxas I would say so, Roxas joined his somebody in KH2 and we saw his heart trapped in Sora in 3D I'd say yeah

EDIT: But note they're a special case since Roxas wasn't killed and didn't grown his own heart, he had Ven's, though it seems logical that the cultivated heart of the nobody would either merge or else rest dormant inside the somebodys body.

I'm going to be sooooo confused if everyone in organization XIII ends up having an identical twin running around with their memories.  

Sora did wield 3 keyblades in KH2 FM when he fought Roxas.

Yeah, but only in the sense that there is a second person within them, the heart that cultivates is not a carbon copy of their original heart... it is a unique one. ... Sora has Roxas within his heart now. He also Xion within... I imagine Lea has Axel in there. Not sure if Isa will have Saix up in there, because I think the Xehanort possesion impedes on that whole deal.

 

But yeah, they're firetrucking time lords.
