I mean, after they defeated Ansem and somehow got out of the place in which Kingdom hearts resided, they ended up on that long field of grass and a long pathway, with had no end in sight at first. But yet, it just happens to the place where the Land of Departure happened to be, which is now CO. That's a strange coincidence. You think Ven's heart inside Sora reacted to being near his body, caused Sora to want to go there with Donald and Goofy, where he believed Riku and the King would be? I don't think its just a coincidence that they happened to find Castle Oblivion.

 

 

it has to be ven hearts since aqua is in the realm of darkness and terranort lost his memories, but maybe he remembered the location of LoD and notice that it changed then used it to his advantage

guys, they did not plan that far in advanced, birth by sleep had no effect on any games kh2 and before because when they made the kh2 secret ending square didn't even know what the story for bbs was going to be. So how he got there is just something we will never know.

That's a good question... maybe they just walked around like morons in "wherever they were" and just found it.

They followed Pluto and chased him until they got tired and slept and that's when Marluxia slowly guided Sora to Castle Oblivion.  Although I will admit the Ventus theory is quite convincing, since he is residing in Castle Oblivion.

Nomura: I can say that he appeared in worlds that do not appear in the game…. well, other than the current worlds, there are other worlds that the Heartless erased. The End of the World did not exist at first and is a world that is made up of erased worlds put together. Also, there is the place where the door to Kingdom Hearts appears. Originally, that was another world, so that means that Sora and the others are now residing in that world which returned to what it once was.

They should do like a Pluto's Kingdom Hearts Adventure story

It defiantely wasn't a coincidence, and what your considering might be so, but the organization knew that Sora held Ven's heart. Just another step in their plan i guess?
