Kingdom Hearts: Worlds at War (RP)

A Strange Tale

(Secret story)

A long, long, time ago there was a war, a war that was fought with both Darkness & Light powers. The ones who wielded such powers were known by as Keyblade wielders and how they use these powers is through a magical weapon called the keyblade. The War against Dark & Light all started when people started to fight over the light, that light being Kingdom Hearts and this was called the 1st Keyblade War. Yen sid had seen this event slowly unfold after reading an old stone tablet that was hidden on the world called 'Land of departure' Yen sid soon tried to help out the wielders of light by helping them establish a special type of training called 'the mark of mastery'. It soon became well know by other wielders, who would then bring those who were worthy to wield the powers of the Keyblade to 'Land of departure' to train for the 'mark of mastery'. One day Yen sid had 3 new wielders show up one day and little did Yen sid know that these 3 kids would be the cause of every event on the stone tablet. Axuqa summoned more Sniper Nobodies to increase the long range attacks on Shera. Lynn's attack made things much easier for the Snipers to hit vulnerable targets. The Replica Keyblade Master took special note of Shera's interest in Lynn. She ran up as Ovan freed Lynn. She set up between Shera and Lynn, her blades posed to redirect or slice anything that came at Lynn.

"Catch your breath." Axuqa said. "I'll cover you."

Keyblade Graveyard - Mountain Top

After Ray had destroyed the first magic orb he focused on destroying the thunder, blizzard & fire orbs that where near Four, which later on Ray had succeeded with "Darn you" said Shera quietly. Ovan quickly took the moment to act while Shera was focused on Ray by cut off Shera's tail which was holding Lynn, Ovan had then grabbed Lynn and took her to a safe place ".....ah, thanks mister. But I wonder...." said Lynn as she looked at Shera's 2 remaining hearts that float around just behind Shera's back. Lynn was giving this a very hard thought "DARN YOU!!" shouted Shera with a raised voice (Looks like Shera's getting mad now). Meanwhile Axuqa summoned more sniper nobodies to increase the attacks on Shera, Shera's right eye was redirecting most of the attacks from the nobody snipers right back at them destroying a few of nobodies.

Meanwhile in the background next to both the Door to Light & the Door to Darkness, the Door to Heart was almost fully opened now and that's when Shera was thinking "Darn it all!, It's almost open, I must sacrifice a child's heart now in order to finish the tribute to becoming Kingdom Hearts". As for the sniper nobodies that managed to hit Shera with their attacks it seemed like Shera was taking damaged this time,  but Shera's body was still impenetrable. Shera turned her head to see both Ovan & Axuqa protecting Lynn "THAT'S IT! I'M DONE WITH THIS PATHETIC ATTEMPT TO SAVE THE WORLDS! YOU WILL ALL DIE NOW!!!" shouted Shera as she then threw her Keystaff far into the air above them all along with all the remaining magic orbs closing in near the Keystaff. Shera then clapped her hands together shouting out "THE END HAS COME FOR YOU!" as her Keystaff then exploded into a massive black hole.

The black hole was so big that the battlefield's dirt & rubble were all being sucked up into it's emptiness as well as every nobody that Axuqa summoned and was also starting to pull in everyone else (Oh no! someone better think of a way to stop that black hole & quickly, you'll need a massive amount of power to stop it, good luck) "And as for you Lynn, I must offer your heart to kingdom hearts in order to become it" said Shera as she then jumped into the sky coming down at Lynn completely ignoring Axuqa & Ovan knowing are useless against her impenetrable body. That's when Lynn finally realised found out a weak point to Shera "That's it.... OVAN! AXUQA! RAY! SHERA'S WEAKNESS IS THOSE 2 HEARTS THE FLOAT AROUND HER BACK! ATTACK THEM NOW!!!!" Then as Lynn finished shouting that out familiar faces started to so up on the battlefield glowing in spirit form, It was everyone from the light army that was either killed or gave their life for others. (All the people you miss like Max, Misha, Another, Hazard, Zane, Heart, Kai & even Tamara had appeared onto the battlefield in spirit form. Note they will not be fighting but giving you what you mostly need, help)

Then as Lynn finished shouting that out familiar faces started to so up on the battlefield glowing in spirit form, It was everyone from the light army that was either killed or gave their life for others. "Damn! She's summoned a black hole!" Ray growled at it with distaste. "Since she knows she can't win, she's rage quitting. Great. Racilbul, any ideas on what to do?" The blade glowed in many spots, Ray nodding to what its saying. "Sometimes, I'm glad to have got you. Anyway, you sure about this?" It flashed again, and Ray took off. He neared the black hole. Even with his full power, resisting this thing would be difficult. "The Vortex spell acts like a Black Hole: sucking everything in their path up at incredible force, black holes with so much that even Sunlight can't escape it, ya dig?" A little lecture a friend of his gave him once. "Let's go for the center!" Ray yelled out to the group; he knew that at least one of them would try and stop this as well. He aimed the blades he was holding to the black hole, and started charging energy. "The calm of a storm is always its center!" He points the blades as close to center of the Black Hole as possible and fired the blast of grey energy he had been charging.

Ovan looked in awe and thought:  A black hole. And a large one at that.  The floating hearts are Shera's weakness?  But which should I go for and can I do both?  Just as he was wondering what to do, Ovan sees some familiar faces.  Shocked, he thinks:  My squad mates!  Misha, Hazard, Heart!  They looked like they wanted Ovan to go on and he can help finish this.  Shaking his head "Yes", he thinks:  I know can keep going.  I'll just alternate attacking two targets.

Ovan transforms his keyblade, shouts:  "Ultima Cannon!"  and fires three shots at the black hole.  He turns around to the hearts around Shera, aiming his gunblade at them.  Gathering energy, he shouts:  "Soaron Charge Beam!" and fires a large stream of piercing energy at the hearts.  Ovan fires three Ultima Cannon shots at the hearts and a Soaron Charge Beam at the black hole as an extra finishing measure.

Axuqa stuck Stormfall into the ground to prevent herself from being sucked into the black hole. She felt tired and weak as Shera went after Lynn. Axuqa used Star Seeker to sweep Shera's legs, knowing that it wouldn't hurt her, but it would mess up her landing, causing Shera to fall.

Now on her knees, Axuqa closed her eyes. A warm hand was placed on her shoulder. She looked up to see Max's smiling face. Neither replica or spirit said anything, though fresh tears welled up in Axuqa's eyes. Max's other glowing hand was placed on the hilt of Star Seeker, over Axuqa's own. A soft light began to glow off of Axuqa and Max faded. With Star Seeker glowing brighter than she did, the rejuvenated Axuqa looked at her targets, the two Hearts behind Shera.

"You rejected the chance to be healed, Shera, for a lie." Axuqa said, her voice hard and cold.

The light around the armored Keyblade Wielder changed from a soft, warm glow to a hard, piercing light. She stood up, apparently resisting the Black Hole's effects with ease.

"Now the lies will be stripped away." She said.

She reared back and throw Star Seeker, empowered by the spell Holy, at the Two Hearts, joining her attack with Ovan's.

Keyblade Graveyard - Mountain Top

Ray's plan to attack the center of the black hole was ingenious, Ray soon shot his blast of grey energy at the black hole giving it his all. Ovan had to help Ray out as he couldn't do it all by himself, Ovan also had to attack Shera's 2 remaining floating hearts before Shera could get Lynn. Ovan gave hitting both targets a try by transforming his keyblade and using his 'Ultima Cannon' & 'Soaron Charge Beam' attacks on both targets giving it his all as well. Axuqa had managed to trip up Shera's landing with her keyblade, Shera tumbled along the ground soon jumping just above the ground trying to stable herself form the trip. Lynn also decided to help Ray destroy the black hole by using her mothers best technique 'The ONE BLADE SLASH' Lynn got on her feet and yelled out "ONE BLADE SLASH!!!" As Lynn held the blade above her head Tamara's katana blade glowed white in Lynn's hands as Lynn then brought the blade downwards. A blur could be seen cutting through the air itself and as it struck the black hole Lynn begun to struggle with maintaining the power within her mothers technique. It seemed that all the light army's power wasn't enough to destroy the black hole or finish Shera off. Ray, Lynn, Axuqa, Ovan & the others had nothing more to give, But just as all hope was lost The light army spirits stepped in to help, they all ran to those who were in their division groups and gave them encouraging words.

Some didn't need words to know what the other was thinking and the spirits soon faded away. But the courage given by the light army spirits gave them all the power they needed to end this. The power of Ovan, Ray & Lynn's attack on the black hole then over powered it, destroying it in a massive explosion. Meanwhile Ovan's other attack at Shera's hearts managed to destroy her 'heart of light' which closed her right eye (Eraqus's eye) "NOOOO!!!" screamed Shera as she was now kneeling on one knee struggling to get back up. That's when Axuqa got strength from her dear friend Max who they both didn't need words to understand each others thoughts, Axuqa soon spoke saying something about her having the chance to heal, Axuqa then threw her keyblade at Shera's last heart which hit it's mark destroying Shera's last heart the 'broken heart' and without her 3 floating hearts, Shera would be dead.

Finally it was all over or was it. To a shocking surprise to Ray, Ovan, Lynn, Axuqa & others Shera was soon managing to stand up of the ground but barely still wanting to fight, Her vision in her left eye was blurring, Shera began walking very slowly towards the now tired light army "No, I..I won't die.....not now not ever. I MUST save my....friends" said Shera all injured like "I..will save us from our fates" said Shera as she soon fell onto the ground on both knees. That's when it happened, both masters Xehanort and Eraqus appeared in front of Shera looking at her "Shera, we both have been watching you ever since we died, Hopping that this day would come" said Eraqus "Cause without the light of this special Kingdom Hearts you've made we couldn't appear here" said Xehanort. They both then held out their hands offering to help her up. They both gave a smile & at the same time they said "Lets go home Shera" Shera soon gave the most beautiful smile ever as she grabbed both their hands and soon Xehanort, Eraqus & Shera faded away into the bright Kingdom Hearts in the sky. After that the special Kingdom Hearts faded away along with all 3 doors, All was silence.

With the orbs of light successfully countered by Ray, Four's entities continued their supportive roles as they kept pressure on Shera. All that changed as she casted her ultimate attack, which forced the entities to retreat and do whatever it took to keep their butts glued to the battlefield but to no avail. As the Striker and Shielder went skyward, the winged Sentinel saved their butts as he swooped in and held on to them both, barely managing to maintain his distance from the black hole as the others tried to quickly stop the relentless attack.

Weak from the brush with certain obliteration, the three entities crashed into the ground as Ray managed to destroy the black hole and Lynn dealing a critical blow to Shera. Barely in fighting condition, the entities could only look on as Axqua dealt the final blow to Shera.

"No, I..I won't die.....not now not ever. I MUST save my....friends." they heard Shera say, "I..will save us from our fates."

The particular statement hit the Shielder pretty hard as they all witness Eraqus and Xehanort appear. "She... just wanted to save her friends." he quietly echoed to his other entities, "and we... we stopped her from doing so. Maybe... maybe we're the bad ones here."

"Sir" the Sentinel objected, "You know the oath. Let me fall... So others may stand."

Their heartless Striker felt absolutely guilty of the interpretation as he cried, an emotion that their whole counterpart would almost never show. "Axqua tried to help her but... but..." he trailed off, too sad to think straight as Eraqus, Xehanort and Shera disappeared to Kingdom Hearts.

The Guardian trio looked at the others before deciding to remerge. As Four became whole again, he dropped to his knees for a bit before recovering.

The Guardian trio looked at the others before deciding to remerge. As Four became whole again, he dropped to his knees for a bit before recovering.

Ray could see Four drop to the floor, and he himself barely strong enough to stand. He looked at his hands and as much of his arms his coat would allow him to see: his arms being encased in his blade. "I payed a heavy price for victory... This is where I die... Well, it was a nice run, wall it lasted..." Ray could feel the groath from the blade nearing his shoulders in no time, since eh had no energy to hold it back. "Hey, Clone Trooper." He called to Four in a manner as best he could try and sound funny because its likely the last joke he would get. "Sorry to go round asking you do do this, but your the only one with any strength left. I need you to kill me..." An incredulous statement. Asking the non-leathal to kill one of the best fighters on the team? Odd..."My reasoning with this is that I'm no longer going to be on our side, not by choice, though... You see, these blades I'm using amplify power to two times what it was, but as a cost, it slowly tries to take your body over and use it for evil purposes, and I'd rather die than have you all have to fight again..."

Though exhausted, Axuqa managed to remain up right as she stared at where Shera, Eraqus and Xehanort had been. Her armor vanished in light, revealing hard eyes that continued to stare. A moment later, the eyes softened a little.

"I hope you now have peace together." She murmured.

She walked over and picked up Max's Star Seeker from where it had fallen. She would bring this to King Mickey and Queen Minnie and tell them of their son's death, but also of the good he had done.

Axuqa turned to hear Ray's request of Four.

"I wish there was another way, Ray." She said. "We could use a hero like you after all that has happened."

Axuqa looked at the others there, Four and Ovan in particular.

"We have all done well in our fight, but we will still be needed."

Ovan falls on his left knee after the long and tiring fight.  His Soaron style and armor wore off.  Chuckling a  bit, he says:  "We did it.  But, how come I feel a little depressed?"  Ovan listens in on Rays' and Axuqas' statements and says:  "That's a kind of tall order there.  She's right.  We sure could use your help in case something like what happened occurs again.

"You got my daughter, she's a tough cookie, but you need to take care of her... She's still young, ya know..." The feeling of the blade encasing him grew, it was now creeping up his neck and down his calf's like the poison it was. "But in a way, I'll always be there to help, I know I will..."

Axuqa looked down the way all the heroes had come up the mountain, then back at Ray.

"Your daughter will have friends." She said. "I can promise you that."

Her gaze drifted down as she thought.

"Four, if you do not feel you can...I will carry out Ray's request."

(That's right. I remember it happening. Uno momento and I'll have the post fixed.)

"Thanks... Tell her I'm sorry about this..." Ray's face was starting to be covered in the purplish-black crystal as well, his legs, though not visible, were almost covered as well...

Ray could see Four drop to the floor, and he himself barely strong enough to stand. He looked at his hands and as much of his arms his coat would allow him to see: his arms being encased in his blade. "I payed a heavy price for victory... This is where I die... As Four got back on his feet, Ray decided to ask him for his final request.

"Hey, Clone Trooper. Sorry to go round asking you do do this, but your the only one with any strength left. I need you to kill me... My reasoning with this is that I'm no longer going to be on our side, not by choice, though... You see, these blades I'm using amplify power to two times what it was, but as a cost, it slowly tries to take your body over and use it for evil purposes, and I'd rather die than have you all have to fight again..."

He could only look at Ray, slightly taken aback for being selected to carry out the deed, but quickly realized why: his arrow rifle. If anything, it would be quick and as far as the Guardian was concerned, painless compared to being slashed at by a keyblade. Doing the usual task of letting his body and mind suppress the heart, he let off a sigh. "Shooting at the darkness and nobodies is one thing, but... whole people? I need special orders to do that." He looked down at his rifle. "But... if making you fall so everyone else, including the Princesses can continue to stand, then..." He slowly looked up to Ray. "It's a favor I'm willing to do. Doesn't mean I have to like it."

Slowly shouldering his arrow-rifle, he dropped to a kneeling position. "Judging by what you have told me about those weapons, there are two ways for me to strike you down. The first is destroying your body but keeping your heart intact, letting you go to Kingdom Hearts. I can use either my rifle or keyblade for that choice, but I got a feeling that woould be kinda painful. The second is to target your heart directly, destroying both your body and heart with only the rifle. I usually don't make that an option since it's only reserved for hearts forged from darkness and 'tainted' with light instead of vice-versa, but it's the only way to guarantee not having you being used for darkness in any way shape or form. I'll let you decide.... it's the least I can do for a situation like this."

As Four got back on his feet, Ray decided to ask him for his final request.

"The only issue is... Neither of those options work. Since neither me or my daughter are of natural decent, we lack hearts, and same as well, the power the sword uses to take me over creates near indestructible armor as well, our only option is a headshot, and we don't have much time for that, either..." The crystal continued growing, this time, it was crawling up to his cheeks. "Chin up... In a way, I'm still alive even after I die. Look for a world known as Shybuya, the original me, the one used to make me, lives there. Explain to him all that happened. He's not too much like me in personality, his year off of fighting made him a little soft, but he's a good guy." Ray gave a wink, a small, but weak one, then returned to the monologue. "...And don't feel too bad about all that happened. Like I said before once, same for Ziio, I'm a soldier, I was born to fight for the light and lay my life down if necessary. Just think of me now and again, maybe even visit my grave or take a hold one of my blades-should you ever face harm again, which I wish not-and fight for the same cause I won't be able to do. Now hurry, I've not got much time lef-" The crystal was still advancing at a high rate, and Ray seemed to cry out in pain, arching himself up as if he were struck by lighting, then laying back down. The next words from his mouth were of a more hollow voice.

"Nice to see my new vessel to the human world is surrounded by people to watch the birth of me. A man with powers beyond what the natural human would own used for darkness. My great pleasure to you all." Ray rose, his head became even more encased, soon leaving almost no spots to deal damage to. "I, I am to be your new ruler. Do you think for a moment you could challenge me? If so, I regret to inform you that you wouldn't stand a chance even if your hole army was here." A hollow laugh escaped the body. "Please, call me Racilbul, god, or any other word you see fit for your new king." The hollow, deep voice echoed through the area, his lips curled into an almost unmissable cocky smirk, but maybe only a few noticed that the left arm on Ray's body was winding up for a punch when the sound of a crack burst through the area.

"I'm not letting you take control! Not yet! I'm not letting you use me for your schemes or to hurt anyone I care for, not once, not ever again!"

It was Ray's voice at the moment. He kept punching his head till the crystal broke, just enough for Four to take him out. "Do it now! We don't got the time for discussion!"

The voice of the hollow man known as Racilbul came back.

"You couldn't hurt me, now could you, Storm Trooper? I'm still Ray, just a little more... On the dark side. You like a little danger, no? Besides, you're the non-lethal type. You couldn't do it even if you wanted to." Racilbul laughed, but Ray took over again.

"You have to do it, for all the hard work we did, for all the people in all the worlds, for everyone we lost on this journey! Do it! Kill me now!" He pleaded, struggling to try and resist Racilbul for as long as it took to make the shot.

"Headshot?" the Nocturnal Guardian quietly echoed to Ray. Before his heart could object to the idea, Ray quickly turned for the worst as Racilbul started to take over his body. Four had to act fast as he quickly aimed his arrow-rifle at the only part of his head that wasn't covered in the 'invincible' crystallized armor. With Ray struggling to keep himself composed, Four threw what little remaining semblance of emotions he had away as he re-shouldered his rifle. "May you forever rest... in peaceful slumber." he softly whispered to Ray while aiming down the sights.

He slowly exhaled as his aim remained true, his finger smoothly pulling the trigger back. "Slow is smooth... smooth is fast." In the next instant, the flash of the arrow-shot filled his view as the trigger completed its job, the all too familiar feel of the recoil reinforcing his checks of making sure he did the job right...

As the shot penetrated his head, Ray thanked Four, though only his lips moved in the pattern of 'thank you'. He fell to the floor, the crystals starting to retract, but slowly. "S-sorry... I guess this is my end..." His body burst into crystals of black and grey, soon faiding away. All the items on his person, as well as his keyblades were on the floor in place of his body. All that was left was a few rings, his coat, his swords(Including Racilbul) and a picture of him and his friends from the reincarnation of the Death Game, as well as a picture of him and Ziio.

Those brave warrior's that lost their lives within the war were forever kept within the minds & hearts of those who truly cared & loved them, they are true hero's as without them the light army could never have gotten as far as they did. But now thanks to Ray, Kai, Silver, Aexis, Tamara, Another, Max, Misha, Hazard, Embrex, Lynn, Four, Kiru, Zane, Ovan, Heart, Ziio, Zion & Axuqa, All the worlds have had peace & harmony for the longest time ever. Now those who had survived from the great war have disbanded from the light army to follow their own lights & lets see what they've been up to since 15 years have past. (This is where you post your last post my friends)

15 years have passed, Aexis is seen in Twilight Town, looking at a tombstone. He is bowing down to it as he puts some flowers on the ground before it. the tombstone read "R.I.P Roxas". He get's up from the ground and looks at the tombstone with a smile on his face. He then speaks out loud quietly by saying. "Rest in peace, dad.." Said Aexis, bidding farewell to the now dead Roxas. Aexis then leaves the graveyard and into town.

15 Years... have passed since the events of the War. Four had returned to his duties of being a Guardian, returning back to Kairi to resume protecting her during the night and allowing her to sleep peacefully. She became a keyblade wielder not soon after returning back to Destiny Islands, and Four found his duties pointless at that point as he received new orders for Master Yen Sid to go dormant once again.

He had grown attached to the Princess, but knew his role and oath as he took off to the Master's Tower, parking his ship in an alcove and retreating to his Stopga pod once again within his Gummi ship. 15 years had passed, and the Guardian hasn't changed a bit, still in stasis in the pod, sleeping and ready to answer the call to duty once more should the Master ever need to call on him again.

For the past 15 years, Ovan had lived in the Land of Departure, taking it upon himself to instruct future keyblade wielders to preserve peace and watch over the worlds.  Every once in a while, he would travel to them and make sure there isn't any trouble.  Always training everyday, he would teach selected apprentices that could handle more advanced instructions.  Every other night, he would go to the courtyard and watch the stars, wondering about the future to come.

"Fifteen years... It's been a long time, has it not?" Ray, or, really, the original version of him sighed, looking at a sleeping Ziio, who had crashed on his couch for the night. She now had her hair tied up in a pony tail, as well as had grown taller, she now had a woman's figure, but her skin had stayed pristine, almost snow-white, same for her hair: Same as it was back then, other than it;s style. She now wore a black and white schoolgirls outfit: Since she was now to live in Shybuya, she had to attend classes, though since she didn't start till late, she was now only starting her sophomore year in high school. He switched off the T.V, which had been on a horror channel, the movie about two non-existent creatures just looking for a purpose, which ended up being that they had to fight the forces of Darkness and it's evil creatures to their near doom, their shadowy army appearing from every corner, same for any place you wouldn't expect.

"Ray, your daughter's a tough girl... I wish it didn't need to end that way..." This Ray then went about in his house, cleaning, setting out clothes for Ziio to change into a formal suit and tie, made breakfast for him and Ziio, and the day went on for a while. A few hours after they dressed, Ziio now it a black nightgown-style dress like she use to wear, though it was more formal-looking, and had their breakfast, they departed to the Keyblade Graveyard. After arriving, the battle-scarred land was no-more healed than when the battle for light over darkness occurred. The approached the mountain top, Ziio being able to manage, though she was weaker due to her making less of her time for training and more for school. Still, Ray and Ziio managed to scale he plateau and make it back to it's peak. On it, the Ray we knew through our adventure's grave was marked, and quite luckily for them, it was close to where they made it up. Approaching the carved stone that was his marker, Ziio felt the urge to cry, but suppressed it. She had to be strong, for herself, and in memory of Ray. She was the person that kept him from overdoing his training, she kept him fed, healthy, and kept him from injuring himself, so just because he was gone didn't mean she could soften her demeanor. It was a simple grave, just a plaque, one of his swords(Void's End) placed atop it, and his coat to the side, folded up, as if to say maybe he would one day retrieve it so he could fight again. "No, death in either world was permanent. Even if he could be revived, there is a rule about allowing a fallen warrior's death be an honorable end, no matter how painful to you it was..."

She looked at the plaque, reading it's description. It had a few quotes etched into it, ones Ziio remembers Ray saying throughout the years she snared with him, but his ever-most famous one of his cause, and what he was willing to do for it, was the one that stood out. She read the quote aloud, then quietly sighing in grief, she turned, and addressed the dead Ray. "You were a good man, an honorable soldier, a great fath-... person... I, along with our friends will miss you.

Ziio could feel the urge. Tears tried breaking the dammed dam of her eyes that held them back, but she forced the torrent back again, turning back around and looking at the blade placed in the holder, she wondered why he never stopped using that one, though he had better back in Aincrad, she wondered why she was here still... She wondered why she just wasn't strong enough.

"Stop that foolish thinking. You're the strongest person there is right now. You can't let yourself be depressed, when you're sad you bring the hole world down a notch or two... Same for me... Show me that smiling face...." A voice said, unmistakable, but yet Ziio wasn't able to identify it. She looked around for the living Ray, who wasn't visible anywhere. Freaking out, Ziio looked everywhere as the voice repeated it's message many times, she finally backed away, eventually accidentally falling on Ray's grave. The voice stopped, but the sound of a heavy fabric being lifted was made as Ziio felt a tap on her shoulder. Ray. Not the living one, no, no. This one had the kinda half-cocky smirk and the gleam in his eye that showed his will to live. He finshed zipping the jacket up as he spoke. "Well... Are you?" He stood, kinda smug behind the stone, his glasses half-way off of his face, he smiled for a moment, then his face went to a frown. Ziio did as he asked, standing up first, smiling, tears welling up and finally bursting through, she reached up and grabbed Ray, giving him a bone-crushing hug.

"I... I missed you, Ray... But... Ho-"

Ray's face curled up into a small, happy smile that showed peace in him, but it soon reverted to the frown. "I can't stay long..." His voice showed not of any of the vigor it use to have, but of an exhausted man's, like that of a warrior who had been fed up with war. "I came here to see you... This, this is all that's left..."

Ziio gasped, nearly screaming in anguish, but Ray's hand muffled it. "I don't want you to feel bad... It's not your fault..."

"If I had been just a little stronger... Maybe... Maybe I could have kept you from dieing!" She collapsed to the ground, sobbing. She punched the ground, and kept until Ray held Ziio's arm in the air to prevent her from hurting herself.

"Ziio, it's not your fault..."

"Yes it is! I could have saved you! I could have! If only I were just a little stronger... If only I were stronger!" Ziio broke out of Ray's grip, and punched the floor again, this time, hard enough to break the ground and cause her fist to bleed.

"You did all you cou-"

"That doesn't make it better! If I were stronger, or a little faster... or somehow had more stamina... Something! I know I could have done something!" Ziio screamed at Ray, and then collapsed to the ground in a fit of tears.

"But we can't change that. I died a happy man out there, doing my best to provide a future for you, as well as everyone else in memory of everyone who died on our journey. We can't dwell on past things, they will drive us nuts..." Ray picks his now twenty-seven year old daughter off of the ground, and makes her look at him. "I know you miss me... This isn't a replacement for me missing out on so many years.... This isn't a replacement for failing to be strong enough to be there for you... But it's the best I could do... Now chin up... I want my last moments of seeing you are of you smiling... No frownie face. Happy birthdays, Ziio, I hope you know I loved you, and still do. Nothing, no lack of heart, no extinguishing of soul will ever replace that truth, never forget that... Okay..." Ray was tearing up, and slowly starting to fade away, Ziio's wrists slipping from his hands, she looked at him, reaching out to the floating sparks that were carrying him away.

"...But... Daddy! I'm not strong enough to be without you yet! Please... Don't go! I just want one more minute!"

"I'm sorry... I don't have mush of a say in my departure, honey... Just know... You're the one who is stronger than all now, protect them like I did, for you are the one... I love you, Ziio. Never forget that..." The fading body of Ray did it's best to remove Void's End from the stone, and presented it to Ziio, as well as barely wiping one last tear off of her face before he vanished.

The next moment, the living Ray was back, but Ray's coat was gone, and now the blade sat in front of Ziio. "Ziio! Something odd happened, it was like a barrier surrounded you... Wait... Why did you remove the sword?" The living Ray looked at Ziio, who's knees were on the floor and her tears staining the blade and the ground in front of her. Ziio ignored the question, picking the blade up, seeming to admire it for a mere moment before turning the point of the blade on herself, and attempting to stab herself.

The sound of flesh being penetrated by a cold blade echoed through the valley. But no blood showed, no blade through her neck, instead the body of the dead Ray seemed to appear from nowhere, like a ghost, and absorbed the impact, then faded away again, leaving only one word behind. "Live..."

Later that day, Ziio resumed training, using Void's End as her primary weapon, and would until she died herself, but mysteriously, she also gained a Keyblade of her own. Whenever the worlds required her help, she jumped to action immediately during the rest of the year, no matter the severity of the problem, be it a cat in a tree, or another threat on all the worlds that may come, and this would continued till she, herself died.

~15 Years Later~

After the final battle with Shera, Axuqa went back to the "shadows", being King Mickey's eyes and ears out in the worlds. At the king's request and her wish, she carries Max's Star Seeker as her main blade. As part of her duties, she martials the Nobodies into a force for good and works to make them whole again. She has kept an eye on her old friends from the War and helps them when ever they need it.

Now, 15 years later, the Replica Keyblade Master watches her apprentice, Claire, practice with King Mickey's 2nd son, Marcus, and daughter, Mary. She looks over at her best friend, the old Mouse, and smiles.

Dark things would rise again, but they were ready to face them.
