Zelda, One or the Other? (ALttP2 and MM remake)

Posted

i recently found out that nintendo was going to decide witch zelda game to make next. the choices were a remake of majoras mask (my vote) or a game that takes place in the same universe as link to the past. now that we know its the link to the past one, what will come of majoras mask? is this scraped forever? i really wanted a 3ds remake of majoras mask and i'd be very bummed if i didnt get it. yes im exited for the link to the past game but id be A LOT more exited for majoras mask. does anyone know if its possible that a majoras mask remake will still hapen? if so  what the possibility? i hope you answer.

Considering how popular the game is it'll probably happen eventually.

They said they'll make it if fans want it, and fans do want it. They just didn't want to release to remakes back to back, so they are making a brand new one and THEN probably Majora's Mask at some point.

"On November 4, 2011, he announced that the remake is already in consideration, but only after the release of the first new installment for the system."

"He" is reffering to Eiji Aonuma, so yeah official

actually the lttp remake is actually a sequal to the game. not a remake.

Why not just get the game on Wii VC? Or just wait until it comes out for the Wii U's new VC?
