One thing I love about being a Christian :)

My mum was due for an operation a few weeks back for a tumor. We all prayed for her and then when it was time to undergo the surgery the doctors could no longer find it. If I ever doubt my faith I just remember things like these.

That's incredible. Yeah, nothing like this ever happened for me, but reading these stories always helps strengthen my faith. Thanks for sharing, friend! :D

I've been around other examples like this with my sick grandfather who eventually passed who lived years and years beyond what doctors hoped with unexplained healings that even some of his skeptical docs didn't want to believe at first . It makes your faith so much stronger to see Gods work at hand !

Amen to that!

Amen to that, sister! I'm glad your grandfather was able to live so long!

Call me a doubting Thomas, but I've never personally witnessed anything being changed just from praying. I guess it works for some people.

That's alright, many people don't witness any changes. And I've seen worse "doubting Thomas's" than you, trust me.

That's ok .Maybe you will someday. But one thing I have observed over time and experience, is sometimes the answer to our prayers isn't what we wanted , but what we need. Unlike God, we are unable to see all sides and don't know what God does. Sometimes the answer is no , or sometimes it's yes but in His timing. This is just what i've learned from my own personal experience so you can take it as you will but I do hope that you do one day see such an experience if you seek it xD
