and how did they meet

sora is in this awkening place somehow and ven appears

anyway if ven didnt meet sora would sora be normal or would he still gain the keyblade

Even after he let Ven's heart take refuge in him, Sora was never originally supposed to weild a Keyblade. I think that even without Ven's heart, Riku's mistake of giving into darkness would have led to Sora gaining a Keyblade. The only difference would probably be that Roxas would look different and possess no emotions.

 

That's what I think, anyway.

I agree with baylaust. Sora was destined to be a keyblade master with or without Ven. But it's better with Ven because of I think without Ven, Sora would be able to use more than one keyblade hehe just m opinion though

I agree with the two that Sora would have ended up with the Keyblade eventually. BBS showed that Sora possessed a strong heart that could reach out to others; I think even if it did not reach out to Ven, Sora would still be a Keyblade wielder at some point in time. Sora's heart reached out to Ven when Ven's darkness was extracted. I am not sure why, but I think it had something to do with the light/hearts being born at the same time. Sora had the potential and maybe his heart would have found Ven's eventually later on...if not then Roxas would not exist, it may have been tougher without the compliments of Ventus' keyblade abilties and personality affecting Sora a bit, but Sora has a strong personality and heart without him I believe...

He still would gain the keyblade. Ven just needed to find refuge to recover

from his battle with Vanitas.

Ven is in a COMA!

Diddn't they say in like KH1 or KH2 that Sora wasn't supposed to be a keyblade weilder yet? Not for like 10 more years? In whichcase it would be Ventus inside him allowing him to use the keyblade.

this series has so many unanswered questions but it only makes me want to play it more

ok the answer is that ven heart is inside sora and when he went heartless [which by the way was awesome to play as] the body that formed his Nobody was ven's thats why roxes looks like ven

Well when ventus dies he's heart finds his little brother sora whom sora had forgotten what im thinking is ventus probably told sora something before he left the islands and before he erased everyones memroies he talk to sora and ask him if he can remain by his side and sora says yes it was probably becuase ventus wanted to be with his brother even if its in death sora moves the way he does in battles because of ven but soon sora was able to move on his own without helped from someone that he had forgotten.(this is all an opinion dont take it too seriously but some of it is fact)

Ven and Sora aren't brothers. The only reason why Sora became a Key Blade wielder is because when Ventus lost his heart, Sora gained it. And I think that the power to be a Key Blade wielder transferred over to Sora.

I think that Sora would've weilded the keyblade anyways because that Riku was going to fall into darkness even though he originally was an original keyblade weilder
