Posted May 11, 201313 yr Pokemon RSE and Pokemon BW both featured multiple rivals. In RSE you had Brendan/May and Wally (who you didn't battle often) And in BW1 you had Cheren and Bianca. Do you prefer having multiple rivals in Pokemon games or do you like only having one rival and get more character depth on them?
May 11, 201313 yr Author Why not get equal depth on multiple rivals? That's about what they did with Cheren and Bianca but when it comes to one rival, like with Hugh, you learn more about that character.

May 11, 201313 yr I don't consider Cheren and Bianca as Rivals at all,they help you more than battling you and barely any of them cares about becoming the champion. N is the true rival of Black and White 1,just because he was with Team Plasma doesn't mean he isn't your Rival whom you literally NEED to catch a Legendary pokemon in order to defeat him.
