Namco has announced Pacman and the Ghostly Adventures will come to North and South America in Fall of 2013 for the PS3, XBOX360 and wii U. In addition a 3DS version will come and be side scrolling. The game will follow the adventures of the Pacman characters from the animated series of the same name. The game will completely revamp the Pacman universe while keeping to the origins of it's classic elements.

I dunno, it seems too jolly for the original Pacman, who was a ruthless, cold-blooded monster that would eat the ghosts, but leave their eyes behind so they would be forced to watch as their companions die a death as painful as their own
