But what can it really do?

Kingdom Hearts is supposed to give the Nobodies the hearts that they no longer have.

Yeah but what about heartless?

Kingdom Hearts doesn't just hold the power to give hearts, it has the power to create and destroy worlds. Thats why most of the "bad guys" lol want it so badly, because they could rule the universe.

Not only that, it is the power source of all hearts. If it did not exist, no hearts would exist at all.

Kingdom Hearts is the ultimate source of power. It holds millions of hearts, nobodies want it, heartless want it. (Quote from KH Wiki: "Kingdom Hearts is one of the major objects in the Kingdom Hearts universe. It is the heart of all worlds, and the source of great power and wisdom. It can be seen as the heart of everything. " End Quote)

Also in KH BBS MX wanted the X Blade to unlock Kingdom Hearts itself and get its power.

it may even have the power to re-create the X-blade

I think Kingdom Hearts is GOD in the sense that whoever has Kingdom Hearts can basically do whatever they want to the entire Universe. The Heartless want it to immerse the worlds into darkness. The Nobodies want it to become whole again. It's simply a one free wish without any limits or restrictions on it.
