10,000 years after the Keyblade War and after many wars and battles through out the Universe and Universes every world in every Universe finally knew true peace each world was in a time of abundance all was good and all were happy the Keyblade Wielders along with other groups of Heroes through out the Universe finally saw the time of there task of protecting the worlds coming to an end finally they could all live happy and war free lives no longer would they have to watch comrades friends and family die before there eyes because of endless violence or so they thought until that dark night that dark and cruel night in the year 4725 on July 18th the hopes and prays of any who wished for peace died on that cruel night at first it began like a small breeze that all would consider normal and pass by but quickly this small breeze grew and transformed into an endless storm on that night a group of seven heartless and cruel men appeared from the shadows bringing with them nothing but destruction on that night all universes fell into decay as those seven crushed the one thing that all universes counted on above all others they destroyed the light of all worlds they destroyed Kingdom Hearts.

 

Along with the Destruction of Kingdom Hearts many Keyblade Wielders lost there power to use the keyblade and many worlds fell into darkness the events of that night have since become known as the Night of its Beginning the night of darkness's new beginning that night was 200 years ago the year and since that night the universes have known nothing but cruelty with only a little light surviving the destruction of Kingdom Hearts and the original seven responsible now all dead no one is shore what shall happen next but finally after 200 long and painful years heroes are beginning to rise again the question is with so much darkness and so many enemies will these new heroes be enough to save the universes from there dark endless fate and will they be able to restore the light we all once loved so very much.

As Ralon mentioned sowing some seeds of distrust an idea sparked in Gale's head "hey i heard a rumor a while back that the Dark Organizations have been using the Grid and Space Paranoids as record holders on a neutral bases for keeping full records apparently they dont enter into the software using the machine found on Radiant Garden so the only thing protecting there records are those around the machine kill them off enter the Grid and Space Paranoids in two seperate raves we could be able to do some amount of damage to the dark organizations record system although we might need to people who are good hackers to actually pull this one off and i'll probable stay here while this missions going the security should be pretty easy to get past besides the hacking part so my destructive power wont be needed besides im still injured after my fight with my counter element so id probable be more of a hinders then actually help"

The recruits smiled real big as they highfived eachother. Rider chuckled as he took out his book. "Wild cats coming right up."Rider said as he opened the book and flipped the pages around until he found the right ones. As he muttered something in an unknown language the book glew as a portal appeared besides him. From it 4 huge wild cats walked out as they rubbed up against Rider,the portal disappeared. "These are Ligers. Lion and Tiger hybrids. They're strong and fast,heck,they could be your long lost cousins,Leona."Rider joked. "Haha,very funny."Leona said as she petted one of the Ligers. "Well them,we're using these. Lets get going."Leona said as the recruits petted the overwhelmingly big ligers that were purring to the touch.  

 

~Meanwhile~

 

Ravio left as more people came into the altar area. He refused to be seen by anyone worried that they might be from the prison. He stopped as he noticed an open door that led to a spiral staircase leading up. Ravio looked around before entering and walking up the forever going spiraling staircase. After a lot of walking he eventually reached the top,it was the bell tower! He took off his hood as he looked up at the giant copper bells as they stood tall and strong. It was a rather big space. It had lots of sunlight and a beautiful view. Ravio walked and admired the stunning view. It was breathtaking,he could just stand and watch all day,if he wasn't hunted down like elephants on safari. Ravio rested his arms against the edge as he lowered his head,if anything the only thing he could trust so far were the shadows that crept upon every cranny. "It's no fair..."He muttered as he closed his eyes. "I have to get to them,I need to free them,all of them,and me."Ravio muttered and he could just imagine his file of ownership just sitting along with files just waiting to be pulled to show that Ravio was property of the dark organizations. "I don't want to go back."

 

 

 

Blake slowly began to awaken from his sleep to find himself surrounded by water. Instantly, Blake panicked about not being able to breath but soon realised that he could breath just fine. Looking around, he noticed Akane sat next to him. "Akane?" "Its good to see that you've finally woken up. You're a real idiot, you know that Blake?" "Shut up~... You don't know what Youre talking about..." Blake sat up slowly, poking the water bubble that surrounded him. "Akane, are you...?" "Yes, I'm healing you. Sorry I never told you before, but I'm an Other Element too." "Of Water? Then that means all of the Supreme on the Light side have been found, right?" "Yes Blake... They have. Saeko wants us all to have a little get together, but that's been proving unsuccessful." "Saeko?" "The Wind chick with purple hair." "Right~..." Blake then tried to stand up but ended up stumbling back down. "No no, you're not ready to go yet. Give me ten more minutes and you'll be all healed up." Blake sighed and led back down. "So where's Gale?" "He's resting, or at least he should be." "Why? What happened?" "He ran into his opposite in the Underworld, I hear Nate was there too, but nothing really happened between them." "I see..." Blake then sighed. "Don't worry Akane, we'll get him back someday." Just then, a powerful tornado appeared about a mile away and a fight was raging on. "That doesn't look good."

Saeko clashed blades with Shiro, the two locking eyes fiercely. "I killed you once, I will do it again!" "That wasn't me. You don't know what you're dealing with." Shiro dropped his blade, sliding down into a crouch as he hit Saeko straight in the stomach with an open palm strike. "I'll have you know, all Other Elements have blank spot where they can't phase out. Unfortunately, it's different for every person. However... I can beat you easily." Saeko fell back before lifting her sword back and attacking him with it. Shiro dodged with ease, getting through Saeko's guard without breaking a sweat. The blade that Shiro dropped then glew bright yellow, transforming into a Kunai. "Who are you? You cannot possibly be Shiro, you are too strong..." "Whatever you say Saeko, I'm the real deal whether you believe it or not." Saeko managed to push Shiro back before he began running at her. Time seemed to slow, Saeko watched carefully at Shiro's movements, but even still, Shiro was simply moving to fast to keep up. Saeko blocked Shiro's initial assault, but was caught off guard once he sweeped her off her feet and plunged his palm into her stomach with a Lightning aura around his arm. "Planet Destruction Cannon." A blast of lightning wind suddenly hit hard into Saeko's body, causing her to fall to the ground and cough up blood. "You have Lightning Other Element powers? That is impossible..." Shiro flicked his Kunai in his hand. "Well, I think I've played with you long enough. Time to see if any of the others are up to the challenge, maybe I'll take on Saber over there. Any who, bye bye Saeko." Shiro then took off in the direction of the campsite.

~Meanwhile~

Xante looked around, kicking the walls in frustration at Deus's actions. "That guy is unpredictable, I don't know what to do about him!" Xante held his hand to his jacket, feeling the silver vial in his inside pocket. "I still have a chance, more or less." Xante then opened a portal that led back to Gilgamesh's HQ. "Cairo, let's go. Be careful around both Golgamesh and Shizune from now on. I'm afraid that Gilgamesh may have turned her against us." Xante then walked through, followed by Cairo. "Okay, go get some rest, we've had a long day. Be careful on your way back." Xante then walked back to his room, instantly going to lie on his bed. "I really need a new plan to deal with this guy, otherwise he'll take my dreams away from me."

Shizune's eyes opened and she looked towards her closed door. She felt two presences enter the building. "So they're back huh." she muttered and sat up. Shizune pulled down her collar a bit to see a scar from that wound she got earlier. There were some running down her arms as well, but they were covered up by her long sleeved sweater. The moment Shizune got off her bed and placed her feet onto the ground, something happened. The floor under her feet started making a dark circle right around where she placed her foot. The floor under her foot turned into charcoal with steam coming out. Shizune quickly pulled her foot back but when she placed her foot on the ground again, the same happened. Annoyed and confused, she got back on the bed and started at the parts of the floor that looked as if it was caught on fire recently. What the hell, She thought and looked at her hands. This usually doesn't happen, what is going on. Shizune looked back at the piles of, still hot, charcoal on the ground. Just when she was about to try again to make it to the door, she felt a sort of throbbing in her body. The whites of her eyes when black and her eyes turned yellow; Her hair were floating a bit around her head and were surrounded by black flames. Shizune her eyes shut and grabbed her head in her hands, trying to control all of this. Her flames reached one of the sprinklers in the room and they all went off, extinguishing the flames from her head and leaving her and the rest of the room soaking wet. By the time the sprinklers shut off, the charcoal on the ground was reduced to soaking piles of dirt. Shizune opened one eye and then the other. Did my powers get stronger....if so, then.. And with that, Shizune focused and the blackness in her eyeballs and yellow eyes literally drained away, leaving her her regular blue eyes again. She quickly jumped of the bed, disappeared into flames and reappeared at the door and leaving to find somewhere to dry off, her hair and clothes all soaking wet.

Lindi smiled at the Ligers and petted one.

"These should be right at home in the Pride lands." She said, rubbing a liger between the ears.

She straightened up and fiddled with a gauntlet on her arm.

"I'll go ahead and teleport to the pride lands."

She smiled at Leona and the recruits assigned to the mission.

"See you on the other side."

A multicolored hole appeared behind her and she stepped back. A few moments later, she stepped out onto the Pride Lands. One of her pistols was out and pointing around her. The area was clear, so far, anyway.

 

Ralon considered the plan to hit the Grid.

"I might be able to hack it." He offered. "I have a little bit of expertise with computers, though it might be wiser to find a true hacker for this kind of op."

He rubbed one of his temples with his left hand. He looked around, seeing Lindi and Leona starting their mission.

"With a mission of this size, we might need several senior members on it. This is important enough to have some serious crap waiting for us if we screw up."

As Ralon looked around at the training grounds, he noticed Blake looking off at something. Following Blake's line of sight, Ralon saw a tornado in the distance. And if he was unmistaken, it was coming this way.

"Crap."

Leona walked through the portal along with the Ligers and the trainees. As soon as they reached they could feel the heat of the savanna upon them as the extensive grassland was all around them. "Alright,we're here. Now to locate that barrack."Leona said as she hopped onto one of the Ligers as it purred. "Lets get riding. Lead the way,Lindi."Leona said as she petted the Liger.

 

~Meanwhile~

 

Cairo watched as Xante walked away. Cairo lowered her hood and walked away,walking to her room. She got there and closed the door,locking it from inside. She turned to look at the room once more time. The lavish style of the room always took Cairo's breath away. She walked over to the big wardrobe that was in there and opened it only to find that it was filled with clothes fit for her size. She undressed and quickly changed to what she saw fit. When she saw herself in the mirror she liked it,so she kept it, and crammed the rest of the clothes back into the wardrobe. (The outfit looks like this: http://th07.deviantart.net/fs71/PRE/i/2013/043/5/7/the_assassin_princess_by_deedledove-d5uqgp4.png ) She stored her knives and blades within the belt packs. She felt as if something was missing though. As she spun around in the mirror she blinked a few times,staring how well it fit her. "Hm...I think I need a crown."She simply said as she walked over to the box on the vanity,opening it to see jewelry already set there just like in every other guest room. She removed her bronze earings and changed them for silver aquamarine ones. She then picked up a silver tiara encrusted with aquamarine. "Perfect."She said as she got it on her head and looked up at the mirror. She wondered if her father and mother would be proud of her,wherever they were,reaching such heights at such young age. Yet much was still to go on,especially now that Xante had lost his 'heart'. Cairo turned and walked over to the round canopy bed and jumped onto it,not minding to pull the bed sheets over her as she just curled up and rested her head against the pillow,falling asleep.  

 

~Meanwhile~

 

Ravio kept his head down,feeling the chains between his fingers from time to time thinking of what kind of took he would need to break them off. The neck-tracker was another story. He'd need a full-fleshed keyblade for that one. His attention was then brought back to reality as he could hear whispers of voices. This only tensed him up a bit as he stood still to hear. "Is he awaaake?" "Shut up you moron." "Shut up the both of you,you'll wake him up." Ravio heard three distinctive voices. He raised his head and sat up,turning and looking around,his red hair covering part of his face. He moved some of it behind his ear as he stood up. "Oh crap I think we woke him up." "Did you noticed those chains? It could only mean that he's a slave..." "The poor thing." Ravio looked around. "Anyone there?"He finally asked as he turned all around him. There was silence. "Please come out,I-I won't hurt ya."Ravio insisted. Silence. He puffed his cheeks a bit. "Fine,be that way."He said as he turned and sat down by the edge again. "Also,I'm a slave,but not by choice!"He finally yelled as he turned back to the edge. a few minutes later he heard loud 'top top top' sound against the wood. He turned his head to see three Gargoyle statues standing behind him. He blinked a few times before walking towards them. They were silent. "...um...hello?"Ravio asked. Silence. He got a bit closer..."Boo!" Ravio yelped before falling back,only to hear one of them laugh. "Hugo!" "I'm sorry,I couldn't help myself~"The silly looking Gargoyle statue said. Ravio sat up,staring a bit in disbelief. "Y-You can talk?!"Ravio asked. "Of course we can talk. We're talking aren't we?"The older looking gargoyle statue stated. Ravio breathed. "Sorry."He apologized. "Um...I'm Ravio." "I'm Hugo!"The silly one piped again. "I'm Laverne."The older one said. "I'm Victor."The last one said. "Right,nice to meet you three."Ravio said as he rested his arms against his bent knees. "So,what are you doing here?"Victor asked as he glanced at Ravio's chains. Ravio gave a nervous chuckle and then a sigh as he started to explain the events.

As Gale noticed the approaching tornado his eyes narrowed "Black wind!" Branch Lance and Saber appeared by Gales side as Gale then spoke "Branch" "Ya i saw Black Wind it can only mean one thing the dark other element of Wind that Saeko girl who arrived was the Light version he probable came looking for her" Just then an icy mist began to surround Branch "So what do we do" "I still can't fight serious so I'll leave it to you" "You shore" Gale gave a slight node as Branch then began to head forward "Leave it to me so" Branch began to walk away from the camp alone until he came face to face with Shiro Branch glared towards Shiro "The dark other element for wind i take it" Branch looked to Shiro seeing a smug look on his face "I may normally act like a stupid player but when it comes to being infront of people like you things are different Dark Wind I am Branch the Light Other Element of Ice and I shall be your opponent today" As Branch spoke what looked like Ice armor began to form around his body "This armor may be made of ice but its strong enough to take hits from the hardest and sharpest of swords and escape without even receiving a scratch so you can take me using this armor as my may of telling you im not holding back"

Shiro skidded to a hault, flicking his Kunai into a backhanded stance. "A frozen suit of armour... Been a while since I've seen that, Branch." Shiro then dashed at Branch, nothing more than a flicker could be seen as he moved. "I may not be as fast as a Lightning Other Element, but I can outrun you anyway." Shiro then appeared behind branch, chipping off a little of ice as he stabbed his Kunai into the armour. "No good..." Shiro quickly backed off, sliding his left leg back, staring at Branch. "So, not even the sharpest of swords can slice that armour. I guess I'll have to use something stronger than a sword then." Shiro tossed his Kunai into the air and it glew bright yellow, transforming into mid size shuriken with a hole in the middle that was roughly the size of his arm. "I'll have you know, my Kunai you just saw, was a weapon that enhances my speed. This shuriken however..." Shiro threw the shuriken at Branch, running out of his sight while he was distracted. "... Increases my piercing power to maximum." As the shuriken flew above Branch's head, Shiro threw his fist through hole of the shuriken, punching Branch. Branch had rise his hands to defend when he noticed a black substance covering Shiro's arm from where he inserted it into the shuriken. Bright red glyphs began to cover over the black substance and an incredible force was pushing down on Branch. All of a sudden, Branch's armour of ice began to crack severely until parts began falling off. "Blast!" An explosion then occurred, shooting Shiro into the air where he neatly flipped and landed on his feet. Branch however wasn't so lucky as his armour crumbled away. "Now, fight me without cowering behind a shield, I want this to be exciting!"

As Shiro looked at Branch a voice come from behind him "who said anything about hiding behind some armor" Shiro's eyes narrowed as Branch smashed his fist into Shiros abdomen after receiving a heavy blow from Branch Shiro quickly moved away as what looked like five Branch's surrounded him "Ice Elements secret technique Hall of Mirrors you seemed to know about my ice armor right after your first few words with that i concluded your clearly older or have the mind set of someone much older then you are and with that i decided you use my own secret technique one i created and designed myself attacking with Hall of Mirrors i knew you'd never guess this technique your strong alright being able to break my ice armor takes allot even Gale isn't able to smash it when ever he fought against it he focused on melting it over smashing it but you went right to smashing the fact you have enough power to do that is amazing but lets see how you react to this second newly created technique of mine" An Icy mist began to surround the five images of Branch as an ice armor appeared around his body again "Chess piece inclusion Ice Armor The Knight" This time unlike before Branch's armor looked much thinner and weaker then before two ice blades then also formed in his hands "Your not the only one who can increase there basic stats depending on the form they take" Just then Branch moved forward with speed that would match Xante or Blake's lightening element as Branch and Shiro fought Gale and the others watched from the distance Saber then asked Gale "Gale that armor Branch is using now" "Its a technique Branch developed especially to compensate for the fact his element is a solid type he calls it trident in this form Branch has three different armor forms the one he's using now is The Knight when using the knight unlike in his normal armor his ice armor in the knight is paper thin he pretty much has no armor on when using it but to replace his defense he gains incredible speed we checked a year back to see how fast he could actually move in that form and from what we looked over he can reach a higher speed higher then the speed of light" "what isnt that going over board a bit" "in a way ya but i doubt he'd move that fast his mind still cant keep up with that sort of speed but still he can move faster then anyone else here in that form" "Then what about the other two forms" "huh I'm shore you'll see those two soon enough" Just then Branch crashed into Shiro with such speed and intensity that the Hall of Mirror Technique Branch had in place shattered around them Branch glared towards Shiro as then held at each other in a dead lock "Huh impressive your actually built pretty sturdy normally most people get knocked back from the impact of The Knight"

"Well, I'm going to see if I can move this along." Ralon said, his armor deploying around him. "We have other things to be doing."

Grabbing his gunblade off his back, Ralon ran forward, taking aim with his weapon. He stopped, took a knee and opened semi-auto fire at Shiro, testing the man's defenses.

 

"Ooo." Lindi exclaimed, seeing Leona mount one of the Ligers. "Hadn't thought of that."

She went and jumped on another of the Ligers, petting it lovingly and with every sign of enjoying herself.

"Alright, boys and girls. Keep to cover as much as you can, which is admittedly not much here, but when you can, stick to it. Anybody asks, we are a traveling show and I'm the bard. Let's go!"

She urged her Liger into a trot out into the savanah.

Shiro smirked at Branch's comment. "Heh, that's what you get for training everyday of your life." Shiro then pushed Branch backwards, rubbing where he had been hit. "Pretty decent shot, I think you may have given me a small bruise." Shiro suddenly shot his hand into his Shuriken as it began spinning around his wrist, blocking off the billets that Ralon had fired. "This Shuriken is also my defensive weapon." Shiro dashed at Ralon, jumping at him and kicking his gun away. "I'll deal with you later, so don't get involved!" Shiro then kicked and punched Ralon with his shuriken fist, shooting him flying backwards. "Now, where were we..." Shiro turned back to Branch, his shadow now starting to flicker. "I think I'll show you what power really means." The shadows below Shiro's feet began to flicker more until the ground beneath him turned completely black beneath his feet. Shiro spun twice, reaching into the shadow and taking out a huge blade that was decorated with blue engravings and a chain that looped him twice before leading back down into his shadow. "Witness my Chain of Blackness." Shiro ran at Branch with his blade, slamming it down on top of him. Unlike before, Branch's armour didn't have a chance at saving him, Shiro's blade had cut through it and deep into him like a knife through butter. "This is my strongest weapon, this is probably equal to Saber's strength. Although, I'm unsure what would happen if I actually fought a Sevant of her caliber. Probably end in a tie. Anyway, you're toast Branch, you can't carry on with that big of a wound." Shiro rested his blade on top of his right shoulder. "Consider yourself lucky, I could've killed you if I'd aimed a little more to the right." Shiro then turned away and pointed it at Ralon who had just recovered. "So, you wanna get your ass handed to you too?"

~Meanwhile~

As Gale and the others watched the fight, they had failed to notice that Deus was among their group, assuming he was another recruit. (That's it Shiro, draw their attention. That way, they'll never see this coming.) Deus turned and walked away, heading back for the camp. "Hey there, what's going on?" Deus looked up to see a confused looking Blake stood in front of him. "Oh, some guy turned up over there, I think he's an Other Element or something." Deus said cheerfully, pretending he was clueless. "Oh right, thanks... You know, you... Look like someone I used to know." "Really, I do?" "Yeah, except he's gone now... Anyway, I'm Blake Valentine, what's your name?" Deus smiled shaking Blake's hand. "Nice to meet you Blake, I'm Dante Sakuraba." Deus casually lied without letting on a single hint that he was the enemy, a true master of deception. "Nice to meet you too Dante. I'm going to check out the commotion, see you later." "Yeah, see ya." Deus then walked off into the camp as Blake joined up with Gale in watching the battle. "Geez, that idiot isn't done healing yet." Akane was walking slowly as she noticed Deus walking her way. The two passed each other and Akane had an unbelievably uneasy feeling. "Hey, you there." Deus stopped and looked back at Akane. "Yes?" "Have I seen you before?" "Nope, probably not." Deus smiled and Akane's eyes went wide, she then got Deus up against a wall. "Are you the one they call Xante?" "Xante? I don't know any Xante, my name is Dante." "Then explain to me why you look just like him?" Deus laughed. "Must be some kind of coincidence. There are billions of people out there, it's only natural that someone looks like someone else. Besides, I heard a rumour about the dark Other Element of Lightning who has black hair, isn't he this Xante character you mentioned?" Akane slowly let Deus go and sighed. "Yeah that's him..." "Well, sorry to burst your bubble, but I'm a blonde haired guy." "Yeah, you're right... Sorry." Akane then let Deus go, backing away. "I just really thought he was you... Sorry for the miss understanding." Akane then walked away a little depressed as Deus tidied himself up. "Well, this is turning into an eventful day."

Branch held the wound he had just received from Shiro blood flowed from the wound until it began to freeze ice formed around the wound closing it as Branch glared towards Shiro slightly shaking "Dammit that hit was good my left arms gone completely numb but i can't let this end with me not even slightly injuring him i cant" a strong icy aura suddenly began to surround Branch's entire body as his ice armor began to form once again "I'll make it so he doesn't fight Ralon with out a goodbye present from me Trident technique to phase strike" slowly Branch got to his feet as his armor began to form in the way it would for his The Knight form just then Branch launched forward with incredible speed just then as he was about to reach Shiro his movements changed as he began to pull back his right fist and his armor began to grow thick an heavy "Ice Armor Cardinal Rook" Shiro glanced back to Branch for a moment as he saw him going in close "Take this as my parting present for our fight Dark Wind Cardinal Rooks High Speed Impact" Just then Branch's right fist meet with Shiro's back the atmosphere shook from the power of the collision as a loud cracking noise came from Shiro's back as he was launched forward and into a wall with intense force after hitting Shiro hard Branch's armor vanished and he fell to his knees both arms now covered in blood Branch then glanced to Ralon "sorry if you wanted to fight him in perfect shape Ralon but i wasn't going down with out leaving my mark he'll be a bit knocked up after that but enjoy taking him down ya" Branch then collapsed to the ground out cold as he did Lancer rushed over to him to make shore he was still breathing as Lancer did that Saber looked to Gale in amazement as she asked "That power just now" "Cardinal Rook its Tridents second form you see while The Knight focuses speed by giving up on defense Cardinal Rook focuses on defense and power by forfeits speed" "so that just now" "to take that guy by surprise Branch used The Knights speed to get close and while still traveling fast he transformed into Cardinal Rook its the first time i've seen him actually use that technique in actual combat and after seeing it i can only say one thing theres no way that Shiro guy is walking away from the blast just now with out some major damage Saber even you would of had a hard time dealing with a blow like that" "hum maybe the power was far more then what i expected of Branch but still" "branch is a funny one he may act like an idiot but when it comes to training and fighting he's a completely different person one who should not be underestimated and just while im saying that another thing that shouldnt be underestimated is being right now" "Gale" "Someone new appeared using the fight as a distraction i noticed them with flame detect" "You had flame detect active" "i always do it helps me always be prepared" "so where's this new show up" "Im following his movements if he goes anywhere he shouldnt you strike at that time" "Understood"

"And that's how I ended up here."Ravio finished as he rested back against the wall. "I see. But if you can use the shadows to travel why don't you just use them?"Hugo asked. Ravio then rose his arms,showing the chains. "I can't without these chains. I pretty much have to melt in order to travel and these chains are in the way of that."Ravio said. "Well then it just means we're gonna have to take those off."Hugo said as he jumped off to look for something. "So you're saying that these heroes might be able to help free the slaves?"Victor asked. "Yes. Its the only chance I really have and I'm willing to trust on it. Anything to free my friends from the slavery that they have been forced into."Ravio said as he insisted. Just then Hugo walked back in holding an axe. Ravio jumped a bit at the sight. "H-Hey what are you doing with that?!"Ravio asked as he backed away. "Stay still,Imma use this to break your chains."Hugo said as he dragged the axe over. Ravio laid his hands on the floor as the chains were laid down infront of him. Victor picked up the axe and raised it in the air. "Alright,lets hope I don't miss."Victor said. Ravio closed his eyes.

The group rode the ligers across the savannah towards the barracks. After minutes of traveling the barracks were already in sight. It was a rather small base compared to the rest. It had fences around to keep the wild animals around and some soldiers watching the perimeter while they tried not to faint off from the heat. The ligers blended within the tall grass as they watched the barracks. "It looks small enough. We should be able to sneak in if we use some sort of distraction."Leona said. Victoria looked up. "You mean bait?" "Any difference?"

Ravio rubbed his wrists and ankles as the chackles fell on the wooden floor. "Thank you thank you thank you thank you!"Ravio said as he smiled and jumped to his feet,stretching and dancing a bit as he felt the first time in years without having chains dragging him down,he almost felt like a feather! "What about the neck one?"Victor asked. Ravio felt the tracker. "No,this can only be taken off safely with a keyblade."Ravio said as he smiled to the three. "But thank you for helping me with the chains,now I can start searching."Ravio said as he sat down,rubbing his eyes. "Um,do you mind if I sleep here for a bit? I haven't had much sleep."Ravio asked. "Go ahead."Hugo said as he and the rest jumped away. Ravio smiled and rested his head against the wall,closing his eyes as he quickly fell asleep.

Shiro climbed his way out of the wall that he was in, blood trickling down his left arm. "Pretty interesting, you got me..." Shiro looked over his shoulder only to see his clothes torn and bloody. "Not bad Branch, the other one couldn't have done something like that to me in his lifetime." Shiro turned at Ralon, holding his large blade in his right hand as it slowly hit the ground. "A bit heavy for one hand though... I guess I'll be using my Kunai again." Shiro's blade fell from his hand and into his shadow before the shadow itself spat out his Kunai. "Alrighty..." Shiro held the Kunai in his right hand. "I'll have to stay serious for this one." Shiro smirked as he was eyeing Ralon's movements. "Come at me when you're ready to be beaten." As the battle took place, Deus carried on with his snooping. "Shiro can't last much longer as a distraction, I need to hurry this up." Deus made his way deeper into the base. "Come on~..." Deus said to himself, smirking to himself. "This plan is flawless, it's like one big game where I'm the host and the others are my participants. While these idiots are sitting idly by, trying to figure out the little details, I'll be watching them all chase their own tails instead of seeing the picture. Even Xante and Gilgamesh are ants under my thumb. Now, the only thing I have left to do, is wait for everything to play in accordance of my plan. The only thing I can't understand is... Why is Blake's strength so low?" Deus came to a halt, stopping in deep thought. "A minor detail, something that can be dealt with... Xante and Blake... Nate and Blake... Nate Silverston... I hate that name." Deus carried on walking, arriving at the very core of the base where all of the where all of the information was gathered.

~Meanwhile~

Xante led down on his bed, staring at the roof of his room, contemplating what to do. "I'm stuck... I can't beat him. Deus..." Xante frowned a little before sitting up. "Wait a minute..." Xante stood up and walked over to a bookshelf that was in the room and picked out one in particular. "I've heard that name before." Xante flicked through the pages until he stopped on one. "Deus Ex Machina, ruler of time and space... He certainly fits the bill, but that's obviously not his real name. There has to be a connection!" Xante carried on reading, sitting on the edge of his bed. "Deus, a ruler of time and space. Deus had told me that had traveled through time, but not through space, so why pick a name like that? Unless he did in fact move from one space to another. The words he used, how much he knew about the ten of us. This is a theory, but he could be..." Xante's eyes widened as he dropped the book. "No no no, he can't be... Could he be... Blake?"

"I guess I'll stay right here, then." Ralon said in level voice.

His right hand held his gunblade at his side while his left hand came up with a trigger of some sort. On Shiro's body, a small device placed there by Ralon when Shiro attacked him, beeped. Ralon mashed the trigger, causing the small device to explode in a small fountain of foam. It coated Shiro and hardened almost instantly, immobilizing him.

"Nice, huh?" Ralon asked in the same level voice, while he put the trigger away. "A little something I got for people who get a little rowdy. Downside is," he continued, lifting his left gauntlet, which glowed slightly as captured magic was directed to it, "that stuff's really flammable."

His left hand jerked as his armor released some of stored magical energy as a bolt of fire. It was rather weak, nothing more than ember compared to the fires Gale was capable of, but it was enough to set the whole lot of foam blazing like a furnace.

 

Lindi crouched in the tall grass, looking completely at home in the situation.

"Heh, classic plan." She commented as she broke off a piece of grass and twirled it around. "I'm good for being the distraction. My usual end of an opporation."

She flicked the piece of grass away and studied the barracks.

"So, you want the peaceful diversion or the one that causes bullet holes?"

Shiro found himself surrounded by fire, but only began laughing as the flames spun into a tornado around him. "You forget all too easily, so let me refresh your memory! I am the Other Element of Wind and I can bend all other elements to my will!" Shiro then rose his hand, forcing the fire to converge above his hand. "Triple element attack..." A surge of lightning began to spread throughout Shiro's body, entering the fire ball. As this happened, it became obvious that Shiro was not controlling the fire, but the air around it. "... Obliterate!" Shiro then threw the ball at high speed towards Ralon. The explosion that occurred afterwards left everyone who was watching stunned. Within a split second, Shiro appeared behind Gale and grabbed him by his shoulder, whispering into his ear. "Lets go for a little talk." As the explosion faded, Shiro had teleported out with Gale, arriving at Deus' location. "Shiro, you look terrible." "Can it. Here's your prize, now hurry up." Deus twitched an eye at Shiro before sitting down. "Gale Dragon Blaze, it's been a while. Of course, you should have no idea who I am and yet, this is not the first time I've confronted you." Shiro was keeping Gale from moving, forcing him to keep his Fire contained with his Wind. "Gale, chase after Gilgamesh. With his defeat, nothing will get in the way between our fight. Last time, I defeated you, but this time, I want to see what 'this you' is capable of. Chase after Gilgamesh and, when you're ready, fight me. But... Not the me you see in front of you, do I make myself clear?" Gale only looked confused, unsure of exactly what Deus was talking about. "One more thing... Don't trust Blake. I can guarantee you, you will not regret it if you heed my advice. He will leave you and betray you, that is all. Before I forget, my name... Is Deus, spread the word." Within that instant, Deus vanished in a flash of Lightning. "See you around Firecracker." Shiro then faded into the Wind, disappearing without a trace.

The ball of fire, lightning and wind struck Ralon directly in the chest. The explosion obscured sight of the armored figure for a moment till Ralon stepped out of it, the flames and lightning crackling off him like rain running of a water proof coat. His gunblade was out and pointing at Shiro, but he was gone with Gale. Ralon cursed like a sailor as he mashed some buttons on his gauntlet. It finally beeped and he teleported to Gale's position, to find Gale alone.

"You alright?" Ralon asked, sweeping the area with his gun.

As Deus and Shiro disappeared Gale looked to the spot Deus had just been standing in he then spoke to himself "(Just because you turned out like you did doesn't me he will)" Just then Gale noticed as Ralon arrived asking him if he was okay ​"hum owe ya I'm fine seemed Shiro's boss just wanted to have a talk with me try and intimidate me it seems not like it was going to work though" Gale then looks around the room seeing it was the record room "Hes bright idea was it to make this place when we've only just made a resistance and considering the enemy was just in here all these record could have easily been read its probable best if..." Just then every book in the room burst into flames "we burn them all" As the records burned Gale noticed Ralon staring at him with a rather surprised look on his face "Trust me burning them is for the best" Gale then began to think to himself "(although considering it's Deus i can't be all that shore if burning these things will help or not)" Gale let out a slight sigh as he looked to Ralon "I'm going to go check up on Branch see if he's alright you should go get checked out by a medic as well i know you wear your armor when fighting but still better safe then sorry" Gale then began to walk out of the records room but stopped as he reached the door "owe by the way dont worry about the flames they wont damage the building they'll just burn themselves out once they burn all the books and records" Gale then left leaving Ralon alone 

Xante sat on the edge of his staring at the ground with his hands together. "If Deus is actually Blake, then we are all in trouble. He knows us, all of us. Not just the light, but the dark too. But, why would he turn? I always thought..." "... That light and dark would always fight each other?" Xante looked up to see Deus sat at the table, playing with pieces on a chess board. "Who are you... Really?" "Someone who knows you... I can not say. If I give away my identity, it could be used against me." "So, are you Blake Valentine?" Deus smirked. "I wonder if I am... What do you think?" Xante walked over sat in front of Deus, lunging up the chess pieces. "I think... you are." "You're reason?" "You say you know me, Blake knew me better than anyone." As soon as Xante finished, he moved the board so that the white pieces faced him and the black pieces faced Deus. "True, I did say I know you, but that's not enough evidence." "Tell me Deus, how old are you?" "18." "So, one year from now, that's when you stopped ageing." "Clever." The two then began playing chess, both inching forward little by little. "You are way to knowledgable to have time traveled twice. My guess is, you only time traveled to destroy Kingdom Hearts, and you've been simply waiting and planning for the past 200 years." "Yes, you're assumption is correct." Deus smirked, out manoeuvring Xante in the game while Xante took notice of the way Deus was playing. "So, if the chess pieces were people, who would they be?" Xante looked up in response to the question, looking back down at the pieces. "On my side, the many soldiers that Gilgamesh commands are the Pawns. Shizune is my Rook, Cairo is my Knight, Gilgamesh is my Queen and I am the King. The Queen is the most powerful piece on the board and I know a way to use Gilgamesh to my advantage." "With the King's Power. So, what about my side?" Xante took another minute to think before coming to a conclusion. "For now, the resistance are your Pawns, Gale and the Wind Other Element are your Knights. Blake and the Water Other Element are your Rooks, you partner is your Queen and you are the King." Deus laughed loudly, leaving Xante confused. "The only thing you got right was the Resistance. Gale Dragon Blaze is my Rook. Saeko Busujima and Akane Nightray are my Knights. Shiro Hoshi is my Bishop and I am the Queen." Xante's eyes narrowed. "Then what about your King?" "My King... Is both Blake Valentine and... Nate Silverston." "Impossible!" "So you think." "I will never become another variable in your plan!" "You already are, you can't stop it." Xante grit his teeth as he watched Deus put him into check mate. "You...!" Xante scanned the board only to find one key detail, the King had not been moved once. "You know Xante, you can tell a lot by playing against someone in chess. Just you remember that." Deus sat back in his chair. "This is Gilgamesh's base, isn't it? I'm surprised he hasn't come to investigate my appearance here. Especially I'm stronger than he is at the moment." Deus said yawning, almost begging inwardly for Gilgamesh to show up.

One of the maids at the castle spotted Shizune wondering around like a wet dog and spent the net thirty minutes or so drying her off and gave her a change of clothes. Shizune sat there on a chair with somewhat of a bored expression as one of the maids were drying off her hair with a blow dryer. Within an instant, she felt a disturbance and  Shizune's eyes shot opened and she quickly got up and left the bathroom, the maid looking at her in confusion as she left. Intruder, was the first thought that came too her mind when she left a new presence within the castle, and one she wasn't familiar with. She started to make her way quickly down the hallway, ready to become violent if she needed to. When she was close to where Xante was staying, she felt the presence become stronger. Shizune narrowed her eyebrows and placed her hand on the door. "What the hell is Xante doing in there..." she muttered and pushed open the door, a bit too rough, to see not only Xante but somebody else there with him. Shizune stared at the stranger and then at Xante with a confused look

As Deus joked Gilgamesh entered the room "You'd think wouldn't you Deus but you see unlike my other self you fought from your own time I'm a little different and far stronger also in your little game of chess you both have it wrong on the places of pieces i hate to blow it to both of you but this is turning into a three sided game" Both Deus and Xante looked to Gilgamesh with a rather surprised face "Human potential can be a funny thing at times allow me to name the pieces for the third side shall i" Gilgamesh smirked as a golden three sided chess board appeared in front of him "now servants aside you two are forgetting a total of five powerful pieces first of Branch the ice other element Deus he managed to badly injure your associate with out using his full power if he hadn't of been injured the way he had been Shiro may of very easily been defeated by Branch its also because of Branch's strange and unique power that he is placed as a pawn but as you both known Pawns specialty is promotion and Branch has a form for every promotion there is after that there is Ralon he a hard one to place but if anything I'd name him as a bishop for the fact he prefer to support over having head to head combat unless he has to that is next up Lindi that one i would also name Bishop a good shoot as well if she was a servant she would most definitely be of Archer class next is Leona the lion hybrid i believe thats what she says she is forgive me if I'm mistake but even if i am she is of the Knight class train that one with swords and she'll out run anyone thats what you get out of a lion hybrid and then finally the last Supreme element one you all seem to be forgetting as he's not making him self all that noticed Robert the Earth Other Element his rank is Rook his brute strength would be enough to beat you in a single blow Xante and he has an element type advantage over you as well even if you use element drain storm element wouldn't do much against him remaining pieces existing then Gale as a Rook Saeko and Akane as Knights Blake as a pawn and then finally there Unknown King well not unknown more like undecided" Both Xante and Deus stared towards Gilgamesh as he spoke "Owe and theres also another possible Piece but we'll have to wait and see what happens there"

Leona smiled at Lindi. "Make it big and loud,draw attention away from us. Be careful though."Leona said as she turned over to the rest. "Alright guys,get ready and prep your bags,we go in,take what we can and go out."Leona said as she turned to Lindi. "Good luck."She said as she and the rest rode the ligers away to the right,kneeling down and readying themselves for a fast-paced mission.

Cairo didn't mind to even ask as all she could hear was talking from the other side of the wall. After a few moments of muffleling speech and weird topics of what she could hear she decided it was time for the air vents again. With a swift flick of her wrist she opened up the small airvent door and crawled in,crawling her way into the next room as she came to a stop ontop of it. In the room was Gilgamesh,the strange man by the name of Deus,and Xante. And as if there wasn't enough people to confuse the situation for Cairo Shizune had roughly opened the door,making her way to the room as she stood there,staring at the three. "(what's going on?!)"

 

~meanwhile~

 

Ravio awoke to the sound of running footsteps and muffled yelling. As he rubbed his eyes he was startled by the sound of a banging door. He turned to see the three statues doing their best to keep the door shut. "Ravio,they're here for you,you need to get out!"Hugo insisted. Ravio wasted no time as he could hear the profanities yelled towards him through the wooden door. Ravio picked up what was left of the chain from the floor and hurried over to the balcony. He had to jump. "Wait." Ravio looked back and saw Victor handing him something unusual: a double edged scythe. "You'll need it to fight back."He insisted. Ravio took it gratefully as he smiled. "Thank you."He said,having the scythe melt within his shadows. As the door started to crack he wasted no more time. He jumped off the balcony,wrapping the chain around a rope that lead from the church to the other buildings,and glided down by it,knocking down any decorations on it. As he landed on a random roof he rested his back against the cobblestone chimney before he looked down at his wrists,bruised from the constant abuse of the chains and guards. "Don't worry guys,I'll free you."Ravio muttered as he melted into a shadow,traveling to Traverse Town.

Ralon stayed and watched the burning files for a moment before opening his own portal. Gale was right, Ralon was better to go check in with a medic, but he wasn't having someone he didn't know look at him. Plus, most would try to use magic, and that was a waste of time.

On the other side of the portal, Ralon stood in the Dark Realm. Unseen creatures scurried around at his appearance. Ralon ignored them and marched through the darkness till he came to a beach. Odd rock formations were scattered everywhere, with a light on the horizon beyound the sea. This place was on the border of the Dark and Light Realms and the favorite spot of a friend.

"Must be important if you come here for me." A voice said from behind.

Ralon turned to see Ina, a fellow Outsider who had put him on this mission.

"Just need a quick check up." He told her, deactivating his armor. "And, to give you a report."

Ina nodded and pulled some supplies from a bag.

"Talk fast." She said.

 

"Lady Luck and I are on first name basis." Lindi told Leona with a wink before she took off.

She popped back into the tall grass, pulling a small mint tin from her pocket.

"Take a set." She ordered, revealing some ear plugs inside the tin. "What ever you do, don't take them out while you hear music. They shouldn't impair your hearing, just protect you from sonic magic."

She handed the tin to one of the volunteers to pass around and with a light hearted "bye", was gone again. As she nearly skipped towards the barracks, she pulled out her rauschpfeife, a woodwind instrument her father had taught her to use. Her father had been a bard, a musician that could weave magic into his music. While Lindi was incapable to use magic on her own, her armor had seems to store and release magical energy. She activated these systems, preparing to send it through her rauschpfeife.

As she got closer to the barracks's gate, she called out.

"Oy!" She yelled. "Are you fine men and women ready for some entertainment?"

The guards on duty looked out at her with a mixture of puzzlement and suspicion on their faces. Not giving them a chance to answer, Lindi brought her rauschpfeife to her lips with glowing gauntlets and began to play a Siren's Song. The music echoed through the barracks, reaching all ears. Soon, the top of the barracks's walls were filled with soldiers, officers and a few clerks, mesmerized by the hauntingly beautiful song Lindi played for them.

Xante looked between Gilgamesh and Deus, feeling as if he were stuck between a Rock and a Hard Place. (This isn't looking too good.) Deus sat back, feeling confident that he was in no danger. "Gilgamesh, been a while. I see you're still as impressive as ever. For now, I think I'll go along with whatever you think. However, I will have you know that Shiro did not go all out with Branch and you must take into consideration, he did in fact fight Saeko first." "Shiro. That's the Dark Wind element, but wasn't he..." "Dead? The Shiro that fought Branch today is the one from my time. So..." Deus looked over at Gilgamesh's chess board, taking the three king pieces and lining them up against each other. "Gilgamesh, if I had to take into consideration what you're implying, then it sounds like you know more about this game than I do. Trust me, I know what I'm doing and you don't know what I've gone through to get this far." Deus crossed his arms on the table, flicking two of the kings over. "Gilgamesh... Nate... Blake... Gale... I've beaten you all before, and in doing so has led me to this world. You think that just because I haven't seen what this world is capable of, you think I'll be beaten. My plan has a 90% success rate. The only thing stopping it from being 100 is the fact that..." Deus sighed, calming down. "Gilgamesh, tell me... What do you know that I don't? It was bugging me for a while but then I just got lazy. What are you hiding from me? Who is the king of the side of light?"

Gilgamesh sighed as he looked to Dues "You seem to underestimate some people to much you say Shiro didnt use his full power and i also say Branch didnt use his that means as of right now you should be considering the two as equals dont you think of all people i know far to well not to under estimate someone i learned the hard way long ago how foolish it is to never expect the unpredictable the lovely Saber taught me that the hard way" Gilgamesh then smirked at Dues question "now then Dues you have me slightly surprised after all dont we both know the answer to that question its the one person you haven't fought or beaten" Dues looked to Gilgamesh with a rather confused look "A version of Gale who can use Unnatural Element the version of Gale you fought never absorbed a single element did he all he had was his own flames but you, you fought him with multiple elements of course he was going to lose his own powers we're most likely useless since you had probable already absorbed Shizune's Fire element powers by the time you faced him fire would of done nothing to you but even so i bet Gale didnt go down with out leaving you with some nice scars did he" Dues glared at Gilgamesh and clenched his fists to his remark Gilgamesh then picked up a single Rook piece ​"With only his flames Gale stands as a being with tremendous power a rook who could smash almost anything in his path but if he was to attain his Unnatural Element i wonder if you had faced that Gale how far would you of gotten, to be the first Fire Other Element to attain Unnatural Element would place Gale firmly as King although he would most likely deny a role like that and say he's merely a pawn" Gilgamesh smirked "Although it truly is a pity the other element need for him to reach that level is unknown, but if the element became a known wouldn't the odds of your plan go into complete reverse from 90% of a chance of success to 10% or maybe even 0 the fact that Gale probable already knows who you are will affect your plans greatly to as well wont they truly troublesome for you that flame detect of his isn't it" Dues glared at Gilgamesh as Gilgamesh just smirked "What ticked off as to the fact i know so much are we Dues well then how about this why not sent Xante off to deal with Gale before he can become a real threat to you considering your blackmailing him right now its not like he can refuse you" Both Dues and Xante stared at Gilgamesh in shock as he mentioned blackmail the two men stared towards the king of heroes wondering just how much he really knew
