Posted June 8, 201312 yr My buddy thinks that both sora and riku's stories took place within sora's heart, but I believe that they were both sent to different versions of sleeping worlds and riku only entered sora's hear at the end of the game when riku had to save sora
June 8, 201312 yr As far as I understand it, you are correct. That's partially why Riku became a master and Sora didn't.
June 8, 201312 yr No, it was in Sora's dream not his heart because Ansem said that Sora didn't wake up because it was a dream within a dream and Riku was in it. But you are right on Riku being in Soras heart though. In the end Riku dove INTO Soras heart to wake him up and because of that he became the true keyblade master.
June 8, 201312 yr Sora's worlds were the actual sleeping worlds, whereas Riku fought his way through Sora's dreams. The argument could be made that Sora's dreams are within his heart, but i really don't know. Wait for Nomura to say something, i guess.
June 8, 201312 yr Sora was traveling through the sleeping worlds and falling asleep as he went. Riku was inside Sora's dream from the moment he entered the dream world as he became a dream eater (signified by the sigil on his back). This is explained toward the end of the game after Riku fights Ansem. Yeah in the end he dives into Sora's heart directly because Sora had been locked away inside it.
