Have you guys seen that their will be no story mode?

yeah thats what they were talking about, and it is disappointing that its not there. but hey, a great online mode will kind of make it up for me

Yeah, now they can concentrate on online so it will be better.

I hope there's a lot of options online, unlike how it was on Brawl.

 

Those graphics... Well it's really about impact launch move; knock out effect as I like to call it.

I'm hoping custom movesets. Mega Man and Villager both seem to have a LOT of attacks, I'm hoping we'll be able to choose which attacks we can use.

Maybe change stats? Give a character like 500 points to spend them on stats, speed, attack, ETC...

That's a possibility too, but one of the ways that the series sets the characters apart from each other is their speed, power, etc. It would kinda ruin the whole diversity of things. Of course, Brawl did that in its story mode with the stickers on the trophies, so it could still work. Maybe it would be the stickers again...?

Yeah, but you need to spend them all, and there's a max on how much you can raise it, so fast and powerful wouldn't be a problem.

Nah, no stat changing. That could lead to unbalancing, and we don't want that lol

Aw, i was looking forward to a new story mode with cutscenes. ;-; Anyway, I like the idea about having custom movesets, that would be great.

Oh, so that hasn't been confirmed yet. Since the village seems to be the one from New Leaf, they're probably two separate stages now that I think about it. I got the idea it'd rotate backgrounds, like Final Destination did in Brawl.

Okay, so that IS Pilotwings. That's what my brother and I thought, we haven't played that game often though so we weren't sure. I bet that Wuhu Island will be a stage, too. Knowing me, it was probably already confirmed...
