(Alright, lads and lasses. Here we go.)

 

The yellow eyes of Heartless Shadows were the only thing visible in the dark cave. There was a bigger Heartless in another chamber that had been terrorizing a local town, the perfect target for an aspiring hero. A perfect location.

Suddenly, the Heartless Shadows sensed a heart in the cave with them. They began to swarm for this treat, but were met by the crackle of lightning and flames. Soon, not even the light of Heartless eyes illuminated the darkness. A mechanical light snapped on after it was set up on a wall. Below it, where the light pooled, a poster was put up. It told those that read it to a place to go and a time to be there.

The place, The Old Mansion in Twilight Town.

The time stated was one word. Now.

The figure that put the poster up stepped back to look at it. It was there for the bold and skilled to find. If they could reach it, they could help save the worlds. Of course, this poster and others like it were for those the figure had missed. Personal invitations had already been sent. It just remained to see who would come.

The figure stepped fully out of the pool of light and was gone from that world.

 

 

Standing in the main foyer of the Old Mansion in Twilight Town was Theek Shalma. He began to tap his foot, trying to contain his impatience. There were many things to be done, but he couldn't put off what was going to happen. It was too importance, too big an opportunity. He only hoped his waiting would be rewarded.

Xatsuno looks at the God of Time and smirks evilly at him. He folds his arms as he stares on at him evilly. He can tell that the God of Time had come for some reason. He then speaks to the God of Time by saying. "Indeed, Time is telling me to prepare for "The Purge Of Light"... Those human mortals also don't know that I m truly the one behind Xehanort's actions... My army of Heartless is still assembling at this Time until then... I'm currently charging myself up..." Said Xatsuno, revealing what he's doing. Aero and Sarah walk with Lumiara.

The figure cocked his head to one side while looking at Xatsuno.

"Very interesting." He said, but in a different voice. "I'm sure Xehanort would be interested in that."

The figure twisted and melted away, leaving a small man in a black coat standing there. He took off the hood and Ienzo smiled up at Xatsuno.

"Of course, if you were fooled by one of my little illusion, Xehanort might just discount it as a delusion of yours."

Xatsuno looks right at Ienzo in the eye with an evil smirk on his face. He knew it was him who was speaking to him. He unfolds his arms as he stares at him. He then speaks to Ienzo by saying. "You think you fooled me? Ha! Nice try, your power of Illusion is no difference..I'm not easily fooled by Illusions.. I am Xehanort's leader and master... Who do you think taught him how to Time Travel? No matter, Ienzo, formerly Zexion.... You'll learn to die by the hands of Time, which is far more better than Illusion... And Time tells me that you are trying to locate the other two fools, Ventus and Aqua.... But let me tell you this.... In that huge conflict my original self did those 300 years ago, he slayed the God of Time when it came to stop him... It fell into a deep slumber as well..." Said Xatsuno, knowing it was Ienzo in disguise.

Now, normally...nope, never nevermind. The Forward Unto Dawn never had a chance to get to Radiant Garden without incident; it was damn near impossible. the size of the vessel, coupled with a powerful keyblade master and the last of a race of powerful space farers could just not seem to stay out of trouble when simply traveling.

 

So, while Zion wished she was doing things with Xion that involved fuzzy pink -

-God Zion. Your heart is PURE LIGHT. How can such a sweet, innocent girl THINK OF SUCH THINGS?-

"We're pretty much married. Bets are off you know."

-World Domination with brownier, world domination with brownies, world domination with brownies...- Oriana started repeating over and over, trying to get the mental images out.

 

Kelsi frowned, unleashing another Lightbloom assault, the bolts of light pelting the Heartless Pirate Ship. It's cannons reladed, but the main railgun batteries fired the power of the Keyblade at them, for Kelsi's Keyblade, Khione's Wrath, was the power source of all the weapons, and the reason that the Heartless stayed dead when hit.

 

"Two more coming up from the starboard side mom." Zion reported. "Looks like we're gonna need some fancy - ah screw it. Setting collision course."

"Done."

The massive ship ran over the enemy reinforcements, left the Heartless Pirate Ship to crack and break and explode, and continued on it's merry way, off to destroy whatever interdicted their hyperdrive.

"Think the Imp Idiots lost another Interdictor?"

Kelsi gave Zion a look.

 

"Yep."

 

Zion fell silent.

"Because she wants to make sure I arrive safely. The activation of the Forward Unto Dawn is not something you can ignore; she at least needs to know I will be ok while she makes her way to here."Xion smiled more as Luna held her hand. She missed the tease. She'd clarify to see her reaction later."Good Luck, Luna." She said to the Nocturnal Guardian, resisting to say something this farmboy turned epic hero and wise dude said to her during a conflict over the planet Anaxes.

Gently closing the door behind her as she entered the bridge, Luna slowly approached Cody while trying to decipher his movements as he went about pushing buttons across the console while reading something from a nearby holoscreen. The words "Xatsuno" were clearly visible as she heard him sigh in frustration. "So... only a special boy can stop this 'god' huh? I wonder how an external intervention can fare? Probably overkill. Looks like I'll have to recall my specializations." As he started to look up his own information on his classified documents, Luna made a fist and smacked his head, giving him a mild concussion and breaking a console as his head recoiled from the hit. "What the-" he looked to see who did it only to be stunned. "Luna?! What was that for?!" 

 

"Well, someone suggested that I do that. Now, there's something I want to ask you." she smiled.

"Can this be over in ten minutes? We're almost to Radiant Garden."

"Depends on how easy you're going to make this. I won't let you go until I get answers. Got it?"

".......Fine."

 

So... after a heartfelt conversation that showed his true colors, Luna finally understood why he acts the way he does. After a hug and a rather passionate kiss that would have escalated into something else if they had more time, Cody threw Luna off of himself as they neared the world of Radiant Garden, completely forgetting that Xion was on board. Three consecutive beeps were heard from the gummi radio, and he immediately jumped into action. "This is Nocturne, pilot of the gummi ship Overwatch to Forward Unto Dawn. Radio detection and link established. Please respond." 

"Thank God we arrived. I was afraid I'd have to watch you two...uh...yeah."

Xion clicked a button on her jean skirt, and the really cool camo tech she took from the Seraphim awhile back. "That was gonna be really awkward. But hey, advice worked! I'm not bad at this."

Xion smiled, then held her arms up. "Please don't hit me Luna?"

 

Meanwhile...Forward Unto Dawn appeared right over the Overwatch.

"Sorry about our late arrival, had to, uh...do stuff. And one second - Mom! They followed!"

A Nobody Dreadnought appeared behind them, and the massive ship turned to engage. "Go ahead and land and stuff, we'll do this job and all!" Zion said over the radio. "And if you let my Xion get hurt, you're dead meat."

"Thank God we arrived. I was afraid I'd have to watch you two...uh...yeah."

Luna was startled by Xion's appearance, but was in too good of a mood to do anything about it. "Please don't hit me Luna?" "Aww, don't worry about that Xion. Feeling left out? I'm sure Cody here wouldn't mind sharing a moment with you too."

 

Cody meanwhile, was still manning the radio and communicating with Zion and her crew to pay attention to the conversation. 

 

" *kzzt* Sorry about our late arrival, had to, uh...do stuff. And one second - Mom! They followed! Go ahead and land and stuff, we'll do this job and all! And if you let my Xion get hurt, you're dead meat."

 

Cody clicked a little button on the handheld mic. "Understood Zion. Nocturne, out."

 

Doubting a Guardian? Well, I don't blame you Zion. He looked over to Xion and felt his heart skip a beat before returning his attention to the controls. "Victoria? Commence re-entry procedures." "Aye-aye, sir." was her response. As the ship entered atmosphere of Radiant Garden, it started to shake in a rhythmic pattern as it quickly descended to the world below. It wasn't enough to throw anyone off balance, but was enough to have everyone on board notice. "ETA to touchdown, 3 minutes. Luna, guard Xion and take point. I'll go first." As the bridge window punched through the cloud cover, he was greeted with the view of...

 

(I'll let Rikunobody decide what's going on in Radiant Garden at the moment.)

Xatsuno looks right at Ienzo in the eye with an evil smirk on his face. He knew it was him who was speaking to him. He unfolds his arms as he stares at him. He then speaks to Ienzo by saying. "You are talking like we need the other Keyblade wielders." Facilier countered, his eyes fixed on Celas. "I'm talking a knife in the back for the old gentlemen. As for after, I can take care of myself. No favors owed either way. If some other people come after me, I'll defend myself like anybody would."He went back to shuffling his cards."The kid locked up here can stay here, for all I care. No need to go disturbing his beauty sleep."

 

"Backstabbing?" Celas asked. "I assure you that whatever you are planning to do, Master Xehanort would expect it"she then sighed and looked bored."As for the sleeping boy, well, he needs to wake up no matter if I am not the one who finds him, someone will. So maybe I will have to reject your offer for the time being" Celas smiled. "But you could ask another time and maybe, just maybe I will change my mind"

Ienzo smirked.

"As a time traveller, you should know it's limitations." He reminded Xatsuno. "And believe me, not even you can refute that."

His smile became a little broader.

"Isn't that right?"

"Indeed." Xemnas said, stepping from the shadows behind Xatsuno. "You might have manipulated events, Xatsuno, but you do not control what will happen."

 

Radiant Garden looked peaceful enough, though when the view got better, the Claymore security systems in the city could be seen popping up. There were a few scattered groups of Heartless, but they seemed contained by the security system.

Up on one of the roof tops, Dilan turned to see descending ship. He pulled out a Gummi radio, tuned it, then brought it to his lips.

"If you are here to stop Maleficent's attack, you're late." He said through the radio.

 

Doctor Facilier shook his head and tsked.

"I'm afraid this is kind of a limited time offer." He said. "I'm not burning bridges on my current deal without assurances that I got something better going."

He put his card away and placed both hands on his cane in front of him.

"So either we have a deal, here and now, or I go back to the old plan of stopping you."

 

Lumiara halted in his run in the middle of a room. He could feel two people below him. One was the Xehanort lackey and the other felt like one of Ienzo's agents. Was that little schemer planning something else? Considering this, he pressed on again.

Xatsuno looks right at Xemnas and back at Ienzo, smirking sadistically. He folds his arms as he stares at them. He can tell what they are saying to him. He then speaks to them by saying. "I know Time Travel has it's limits, but I never used it at all... I simply just hid until the Time came, and I never said that I can control events, events are complex to others, but to myself, it's just worth doing... I only do what Time tells me, although sometimes Time shows me too many events to keep track, even I sometimes get confused when they flow too quickly.. My original self 300 years ago could understand these visions that Time gave him perfectly... It's also almost Time for "The Purge Of Light", which was one of the events I was able to see unlike some others... When we get the powers of the descendant of the oy that defeated us on that day 300 years ago, I shall be able to see the events clearly.. I'm still tracking him down.. " Said Xatsuno, talking about Time.

Ienzo smiled again.

"Well, you certainly are sure of yourself." He replied. "But your little plan and vision has some holes."

Xatsuno looks right at Ienzo and smirks evilly at him. He folds his arms as he looks on at him evilly. He is about to tell them something right now. He then speaks to Ienzo by saying. "Oh don't worry, I know.. I plan to patch things up a bit as I go along. . Also, I sense our ally Dr. Facilier, is planning to back stab Xehanort and take control of our operation, as that Time seems to tell me.." Said Xatsuno, talking about Dr. Facilier.

Radiant Garden looked peaceful enough, though when the view got better, the Claymore security systems in the city could be seen popping up. "That is too bad. I suppose that I will have to reject your offer then"she nodded and looked at the ground, letting her hair cover her face."Besides, if you are talking about backstabbing the old man then what will stop you from backstabbing me"Celas slowly lifted her face, showing a faint glow on her golden eyes while dark flames appeared on the palm of her hand."I am afraid that play time is over, I lost my patience and now I will take care of you" Celas's Keyblade, Forward Unto Darkness showed up in a burst of dark flames while she took a battle stance.

"Still forgetting something." Ienzo pointed out.

"Us." Xemnas put in. "Your plan interferes with our designs. The war between the 13 Darknesses and 7Lights must happen. Your little vision about the Purge of Light is a interference. That is not allowed to happen."

 

Doctor Facilier narrowed his eyes and frowned.

"Too bad." He said. "I was starting to like you."

His hand shot up to the level of the skull and cross bones on his hat and slid the hand down. The skull moved to his face as black and purple energy crackled around him. He snapped his fingers and his shadow snaked around him and swiped at Celas's legs.

Hearing Dilan through the radio, Cody reached for the mic on his radio. "Relax." he calmly replied, "that was the calm before the storm. It's gonna be a real party pretty soon." Looking for a place to touchdown, he decided to land his ship in a garden on the outskirts of the town. After idling the engines and telling Victoria to keep on combat scramble alert, he turned around and started making his way to the now lowered loading ramp, Arrow-rifle held out and leveled with the ground.

 

Luna glanced at Xion before playfully bunting her head against her. "Well. Orders are orders. Lead the way, Xion." 

Xion nods, then starts to move. She stops.

"Luna, have you ever kissed a girl?" she asked softly, tilting her head. She was studying Luna's face carefully, waiting for an answer before continuing on.

Xatsuno just looks right at Xemnas and smirks evilly at him. He unfolds his arms as he stares at him. He is about to tell him something. He then speaks to him by saying, "Sorry, but Time tells me that it will have no interference on that plan... Plus, it just has a role in that plan... And, once it starts, it CANNOT be stopped.. But don't worry, it shall first infect Radiant Garden, it'll go on to affect the others very slowly.. It won't even be noticed, even if it is, I could just undo some parts of it.. But if it starts to go out of control, I would just slow it down with one of my time abilities... Don't worry, the conflict between you and Seven Guardians will remain intact.." Said Xatsuno, talking about his plan. Aero and Sarah continue to follow Lumiara. Xatsuno speaks to Xemnas again by saying. "Besides, that tablet didn't say what KIND of conflict I participated in or what it was.... It merely focused on my origins... allow me to tell you what THAT was.... It was the Keyblade War, the tablet just didn't mention my desire for the X-Blade at the Time.. "The Purge Of Light" also happened during the war, but it had no impact on the war there, only towards the end.... It along with the effects of the war, wiped out the Light form the once whole world, until the Light in the childrens' Hearts restored it.... However, it may not have the ame effects as it did before here... But that's something that even I can't see yet.." Said Xatsuno, revealing that "The Purge Of Light" happened before.

Xion nods, then starts to move. She stops.

Cody was already outside securing the immediate area, unable to hear Luna and Xion.

Xion grabbed Luna's hand. "Excellent."

 

She dragged Luna off the ship, yelled to Cody "We're going shopping for underwear!" and dragged the poor Guardian away, having successfully made sure Cody was not going to follow them.

"You were flirting with me on the Overwatch, no? And you're cute, and well, I might as well give you a present for showing me the ice cream and all."

Xion grabbed Luna's hand. "Excellent."

Cody lowered his arrow-rifle as he looked towards Luna and Xion. "We're going shopping for underwear!" he heard Xion yell to him. Raising a finger and opening his mouth, he was about to remind her of what's to be expected, but quickly dropped the idea as he shrugged off the incident. Girls and their shopping. Well... as long as Luna is with her, then she should be ok. Eyeing a nearby building, he quickly ascended to the rooftop before eyeing the view of the place, trying to look for any signs of a disturbance.

 

Luna meanwhile, upon being pinned by Xion, anxiously giggled at her. "So. Are you interested in trying it out? Kissing a girl, I mean." Xion asked her. "well, I've always been curious what it would be like." Luna replied as she bit her lips at the thought. 

 

"You were flirting with me on the Overwatch, no? And you're cute, and well, I might as well give you a present for showing me the ice cream and all."

 

"Well" she softly replied, embarrassed about her feelings, "when you're in love with a pet rock and your love isn't returned.... I mean... I think you're cute as well Xion. And since Cody... well I gotta release these feelings somehow."

Xion giggled. "Pet rock? Poor Cody."

The raven-haired girl leaned in, tilting Luna's head up gently. "Then here. For being a friend, and because you deserve some love."

 

Xion gave Luna a soft, sweet kiss. It lasted for a few second, but of course, those few seconds were enough time for Zion to literally drop in on them...ok, missed them by a foot.

And since Zion's recovery time is, when in private, clocked at .9 the speed of light.

 

Of course, she froze as Xion was in mid-kiss, and when Xion looked over, Oriana's ghostly image appeared.

"Well now, excellent. I always wanted to witness a three -"

 

A ghostly stampede of colorful ponies scared Oriana off, leaving ZiXi standing there awkwardly for a minute as they wordlessy stared at each other, their expressions, slight movements a language all in itself. The two spent a total of five minutes before turning to Luna.

"We're considering what Ori said. And as Xion's explained in our little wordless debate, you're pretty much the victim of unrequited love. As we're gonna have some private time...I'd like to ask if you'd want to join us..." Zion smiled shyly. "After all...all that love, and no way to let those feelings out? It's hard. It's harmful. You need somewhere to let it all go, and well...Xion wants us to help you. So." The blonde crossed her arms. "If you're adventurous, then take Xion's hand. If not, tell us and we'll never speak of it again."

Xion giggled. "Pet rock? Poor Cody."

Her words were cut short as Xion kissed her, and for the first time Luna cried a tear of joy unlike any other. So this... is what love must feel like. It's so powerful. I... I... 

 

"Well now, excellent. I always wanted to witness a three -"

 

As Zion interrupted Xion's kiss, Luna could only stand there, dazed. Her mind was blank, completely overwhelmed with an emotion that was all but neglected for the poor Guardian and for the most part, unreturned by the one she truly loved. 

 

"We're considering what Ori said. And as Xion's explained in our little wordless debate, you're pretty much the victim of unrequited love. As we're gonna have some private time...I'd like to ask if you'd want to join us... After all...all that love, and no way to let those feelings out? It's hard. It's harmful. Reeling back to reality, Luna considered the proposal. She saw first hand what happens when a heart is neglected of the joyful emotions of love, since Cody was practically a walking, talking, breathing example. She didn't want that kind of life, and can only imagine the pain his heart must be feeling as it finally got a taste of those emotions, only to yearn for more and never to feel it again, eternally suppressed by a mindset drilled into him since training. Ramming the point home, several arrow-shots echoed in the air above, making the sounds of a distant thunder that scared a nearby flock of pigeons.Her hands were shaking as she took Xion's hand. She didn't want to be like Cody; devoid of happy emotions, and incapable of freely expressing and feeling it. Besides... she thought to herself, I've only dreamed of being loved like this.

 

Meanwhile... After taking out a few straggling heartless on the rooftops with his arrow-rifle, Cody accessed his tactpad. "Cody to Dilan, what's your location, over?"

Xion smiled, gripping Luna's hand.

"Don't worry, we're gentle...and who knows. When our resident pet rock, Cookie Cutter Super Solider Cody gets a clue, you'll know how to blow his mind."

The girl smiled kindly as Zion put her arms behind her head Sora-style and started walking off. "I'm thinking we can crash at K'Sera's place. That Miqo'te always seems to have our favorite room open."

 

Xion smiled pulling Luna along. "Yeah, she does. And the room will be perfect for Luna's first time."

Doctor Facilier narrowed his eyes and frowned."Too bad." He said. "I was starting to like you."His hand shot up to the level of the skull and cross bones on his hat and slid the hand down. Celas saw how the shadow was coming at her, apparently towards her legs."Amazing, a shadow with a will of its own" she smiled "What an interesting person you are "Shadow Man" but that trick is not going to work"Celas held her right hand out, making the shadow stop dead in its tracks by an unseen force."I can't help but wonder what is the true extent of your abilities"She then pointed her Keyblade at Doctor Facilier. The room began to flicker and small orbs of Light and Darkness were gathering on the tip of the Keyblade."Shall we find out? Dual Ragnarok!"She fired a cluster of energy bullets towards the Doctor while keeping his shadow from moving.
