this is how it works:

 

me (jenyflo5483) and .:Cricket:. are the two judges of this competition. (no getting pissed at this, chronic tumor).

 

we will announce a topic every week for you, the contestants, to make within your own skills and education. try to use a professional photo editing program (preferably photoshop or paintshop).

 

we will give you exactly one week to do the signature; me and cricket will judge all of them, picking out the one that's most attractive to the eye and actually relates to the topic.

 

also, we need to see that you actually worked on it. we don't want something that you did in 10 minutes or something >;

 

the prize(s) will probably be either rep, some special thing we can come up with (with the help of administrators, of course) and, of course, pride.

 

the rules are pretty simple:

 

no critiquing other people's work; we don't want a fight to erupt or make other people feel bad about their work. even if it is good lol.

 

post your completed project on here.

 

but, mostly, have fun guys. it's a competition, but it's also something we thought some members might enjoy doing (:

Yes, you can use pivot if you believe you can relate with the topic well in your creation.

I have created a many BBS keyblades to relate to the topic. My hard work shall match up with the others' hopefully.

This is all for fun and we will not critique any of your work too negatively or mean to hurt your feelings in anyway. This is to improve your skills and to participate in something you love, also I am thinking that we should all vote for the next theme after this round passes.

Sorry, I've beem without my computer, now that it arrived I'm going to work on mine, I've beem using my sister's compueter for this time.

Mine is Aqua themed as well though it is nothing compared to KaiSo's Dx

 

I'm still experimenting with Photoshop so I kept it simple. Didn't want to do too much and have too many things going on and then having the picture lookng like crap. Though maybe keeping it so simple wasn't a good idea either...

 

@KaiSo - I really adore the water and flowing feel to the signature, also the posing of Aqua was well thought of and it looks like she is underwater and nice quality of the stock you chose. The font is a tad simple, but there is nothing really wrong with it and I like how it fades into the background.

 

@Hinako - Ah, seems like you tried something a little new with the brushes. The picture is a bit stretched, but I understand you are new to photoshop, I think a little more effects could have been used, but the color scheme is alright and it matches an aqua/water tint. The text is ok, but the drop shadow you could do without, it distracts the focal point of the image, but I am glad to see something from you. <3

@ cricket - Thank you for the input ;D I thought the text was good at first but now I see that it really is a little distracting I'm still experimenting and I honestly think that it is isn't TOO horrible x3 Thanks <3

Finally I finished mine, sorry if it's too simple, but that's how I like it.

Here it is:

I was going to make one with Aqua, but as everyone was doing with her I decided to make with Ven.

Gizelita - By far, this is one of the best signatures I have seen from you...The Ventus stock is very clear and cropped pretty nicely, however, it could be a bit brighter, it looks a little dark. I like the picture you added of him in his armor and he is in action, but you need to work on effects a bit more. The text is not that great and it looks a bit blurry and maybe you can work on the angles more? It is alright, and you really have improved!

Well, I diddn't make any kind of sig you guys expected me to make. I tried a different feature Pivot provides...still imagery:

All i've made so far were gifs, this is my first time trying this out.

You could have made a gif! <3 I actually like this! I like the pivots and how you incorporated your own style, but the background is a little plain and the KH text is a little overused. However, this is very unique and I like the concept of Ventus in the middle and the tow keyblades on the sides of the signature.
