I live in the US, so I checked Amazon and Gamestop immediately after the announcement. Neither have been updated yet, but KH HD was the same way when it's special edition was announced. It took a few hours to show up on Amazon and 1-2 days to show up on gamestop. Square Enix did update their FF X/X-2 website which has an option to pre-order but it only lists Amazon at the moment.

 

Here is a link to the site: http://finalfantasyxhd.com. The pre-order function is on the bottom right. I would recommend just checking back throughout the day on retailers sites. It will show up eventually. But there also isn't a release date yet. Or an official price. So who knows.

I really like the special packaging this has. Since KHHD is also getting an artbook I hope that gets a similar case too.

Square does know how to make cases and artbooks.
