She is a member/moderator on here.

 

She makes up jokes about her "pants" and some others started to do the same. So if you ever see anything about that, it is just a joke and we are having fun.

i know nothing of celia. i do know a person called cella though.

 

like cricket said, she makes jokes about her pants/whatever. its something for entertainment, not literal talking. im not sure why everyone keeps saying shes a man too...
