If the other Nobodies remember where they came from and who they originally were

Why can't Roxas remember he came from Sora?

Roxas was a special case.  It had to do with the circumstances of his formation.  When Sora stabbed himself with the Keyblade of Peoples' Hearts, he became a Heartless but Kairi restored him soon after.  So, Roxas never got any of Sora's memories, so he doesn't remember anything.

pretty much case open and closed

I direct you to the Ansem reports in KH2.

Secret Ansem's Report 12 Apart from Naminé, Nobodies retain their memories of their time as humans, but Sora's Nobody, Roxas, has lost Sora's memories. This is likely because Sora's time as a Heartless was short, having recovered his heart and returned to his human form soon after leaving behind Roxas, his Nobody.
