Question about Mirage Arena's Multiplayer

Posted

Alright, so a few of my friends and I agreed to bring our PSP's with us next time we meet up and play BBS multiplayer. I have a quick question about that though: Can you have two people playing as the same character, or does it need to be Terra, Ven, and Aqua? Myself and one of the other guys are both best with Aqua, and I was wondering if I'd need to train my Terra so he could use Aqua. Of course, if we both could use Aqua, that'd solve everything. :D

I think you can use the same characters, from gameplay I've seen online though.

Alright, thanks for the answer. I'll see if I can get a definite answer from someone with experience, but I'll go by this for now! :P

Ive seen an official video of multiplayer gameplay in the mirage arena. It turns out YOU CAN BE THE SAME CHARACTER FOR MULTIPLE PEOPLE. YOU DONT HAVE TO BE ONE OF EACH. Here's a video for proof . Ill link it here.

Alright, thanks for letting me know! :P Now I need to work on my Critical Aqua save... I'm getting murdered at the first world. ._.

I don't think it really matters. I've only tried Multiplayer once with my younger brother and I think we both had the same character. I can't remember.

well i guess they can lock this thread now, it's solved

You can play as the same character.

I remember me and my brother played in the Mirage Arena in BBS and I think we could play as the same characters.

Wait so how close do you have to be to do multiplayer?

In the same room for local. You can play with players in other countries using adhoc on your ps3 though. I'm not sure if it limits the players you can play with geographically according to the version of the game you have though.

You can play Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep on the ps3?

No, you can use the Adhoc app for the ps3 to connect your psp to others across countries. You do it using the usb cable.

Interesting. Does this Adhoc app cost money? And is there anything else I should know about it?

Really I want to know more about it.
