Ok, so it's safe to say that Ken Levine's probably going to do something mind-blowing about this new DLC. Here's some subtle details I picked up just from the trailer:

  • The calender, as many have already noticed by now, says December 31, 1958. This is the date of the beginning of the uprising which led to the fall of Rapture.
  • Booker's right hand isn't shown in the trailer. So we don't know if he has the "AD" tattooed on it.
  • Elizabeth's right hand, however, is shown. And you can see that she has part of her pinkie missing, and that the thimble is on it like in the main game. But what does this imply about their relation to the Booker and Elizabeth that we know?
  • Elizabeth is wearing the bird choker that she wears in the game (depending on which choker you pick). This strikes me as odd, as it seems almost identical to the one in Columbia.

Anybody else notice anything interesting?

the calender gives more information than anything. Its going to be interesting to see how booker and elizabeth fit into things though

The DLC looks great, though i haven't played any of the games yet

it is also just a hoard mood where you just fight waves of enemies that's about it
