Just another question I had well replaying Kingdom Hearts 3D, but how did Sora and Jiminy survive under the water? I mean they were beathing it in and all. Pinocchio is a puppet so for him it sorta makes sense but for Sora and Jiminy it makes no sense.

You make a good point but I think that makes more sense than breathing in water.

There is the fact that the world is in a dream state to think about as well. 

 

Apparently it happened in the movie for Jiminy as well, so maybe it's best to just not question it.

Well I guess it sorta makes sense for Jiminy because he's not actually there but Sora still shouldn't be able to breathe underwater even though its a dream. The world may be in a dream state but that doesn't mean that the sea isn't real. The sea is actually part of the world not dreamed up and stuff.
