i have pokemon emerald. my pokemon on the game are awesome. i want those pokemon on my ds pokemon game. it taked way to long to transfer them. i want to use pokegen to create my pokemon from emerald with the exact same stats same everything and put that on my pokemon ds game. is that considered cheating? becouse i still trained the pokemon myself. im just copying it and putting it onto a new game.

I never understood how PokeGen works. Can't you just wait it out till you can transfer them? 

Pokegen is technically cheating, but it's more in the lines of it being legal if stats, moves, etc are possible to obtain. If it's for personal use and/or battling, go right ahead. If for trading, that's a big no-no.

 

I'd just wait if you're not going to use them right away.

Dude, I dont recommend pokegen to anyone as not only is it cheating, but you're risking messing up your game.
