How would you react if KH3 was cancelled?

Posted

So imagine -- one day you're on the computer, derping across the internet, and you decide to go to KH13 to adhere to your daily routine of staring at the photo of Aaron at the bottom of the site for five minutes straight, but before you can, you notice a lone headline at the top of the home page reading "Kingdom Hearts III HAS BEEN CANCELLED." It is not known why it has been axed, but it could have been for any number of reasons: Square Enix decided to use the money to develop it to make more Lightning or mobile games, or Disney decided to withdraw from the project at the last minute, or Nomura just up and said "Frick this!" and opted to no longer work on it. Whatever the motive, all you know is that your long-awaited final installment in the Xehanort Saga will never see the light of day, or at least not for a long time, and that the Kingdom Hearts franchise is pretty much on life support at this point.

How would you respond?

Don't know what would I do. But I can imagine Nomura retiring with a trollface on.
