It's Sora

For starters there's Sora's head in the middle. Next to his head at the bottom on the right side there's seems to be some kind of corridor and a huge entrance at the end. And then even further to the right a can see a few stair steps. A little higher up I can see a lion's or a dragon's head. And right below it is a hand. I see a few faces here and there fading away. And lastly there seems to be Sora's crown neckless floating above the dragon/lion head.

You missed the number three beside him, but yeah, pretty much! To his left Kairi/ Riku (I left it ambiguous) is staring back at him. =D Kudos to you!(Also there are checkerboard patterns here and there referring to Roxas.)

I see Sora's head and a bunch of hairs reaching for him.  I notice there is something on the right of him but I can't make out what it is.  It looks like a fireplace to me from Disneycastle or else a door.
