Roleplay begins now!  I urge everyone to please read at least up to Ozpin's speech and the message in the parentheses.  Also follow the topic!  You are responsible for keeping up with the roleplay.  Now last but not least, have fun! (:

 

4:00 PM

 

It's been an hour since every student's arrival to Starlight.  Before arrival, each student was instructed to select an eye wear located in the ship's interior to use as an instrument for tutelage.  Now that everyone has settled down quite considerably, they are instructed to wear their chosen eye wear for instructions.

 

Ozpin

"Your reasons for joining the academy, whatever they may be, no longer hold any importance.  You are here today to save your kingdom in this hour of need.  I am sorry for all your losses, but you all must strive to save whatever and whoever's left.  Due to this grueling fact, your kingdom has asked too much of you, requiring you to finish your training in one year, no longer.  Your sheer purpose is to become the best at what you do.  At your time at the academy, you will find that victory does not lie in brute strength, but something else.  You have the rest of the day to prepare, your training begins tomorrow.  You are all dismissed."  And with Ozpin's closing remarks, accompanied an echo in each student's ear, reminding them of the importance of their success.

 

Sky

"Mom...Dad..." Sky repeated to herself.  She had been wording apologies for the past hour, after hearing the horrid new of her parent's demise.  She wasn't sure how to feel anymore, but one thing was for certain: after Ozpin's beautiful speech, she was determined to become a Royal Knight.  Sky stood up from the edge of the fountain in front of the school, making her way to the co-ed lodging.  "I better get some rest."

 

Gen

"Hahaha," Gen laughed dryly.  He rubbed the back of his hair as he tried to cope with the grief.  He bore many inward emotions at this point, mourning in his mind, although outside, it was different.  He had appearances to maintain and certainly crying was not the way to do it. Maybe, I'll just- Gen's thoughts halted at the site of a beauty, one of many most likely, from across the way.  After a couple moments of drooling over the gorgeous girl, he continued his thought, forcing the last couple words out, "-just, talk to some pretty girls like her."

 

(During this day, the day everyone has been accepted as official students of Starlight, everyone will be limited to 10 in-character posts for each character, to prevent any unnecessary bulk/excess posts.  I also don't want too much interaction to happen since it might just prolong the whole day, which isn't really needed.  Also, I don't want people to be discouraged by the innumerable posts.)

 

(For future references, I'll be posting the huge messages that Ozpin will be sending to each student.  When your character actually starts going off on their own, you may take control of Ozpin as the system has programmed responses and such.  Try not to use him too much though.  Also, when I post a huge reply as Ozpin, it usually means something big for the roleplay.)

Sora squeaked.

"I'm sorry..." She said.

 

the poor girl finally went to the bottom bunk, sitting down. "I'm...I'm scared really...I've never been this far from home..." She again tugged her collar. "Um...I....I'm from...From Vale...Beacon...I came to help with the eyewear..."

 Azura just stood there as she was taking all this information in. 

 

     Azura stood there as she was trying to understand all this information. "You hate guys so much...you want them all to die." She said slowly. This was the last thing Azura expected from Sky. Azura sighed as she sat next to her boy-hating friend.

 

     "You know, not all males are the same. I mean sure there are some guys who are jerks or useless, but they're plenty out there that are strong and nice as hell. Besides, most of us are here to avenage our parents, doesn't that count your father as well?" She stood up from the bed. "The Grimms are the one you're suppose to hate, not guys." Azura's voice sounded sour when she mentioned 'Grimms'. 

 

     She took out her stuff and changed into a black tank-top and dark blue pj's. "Think about it," Hitting Sky playfully with a pillow, Azura jumped into her bed and fell asleep.

Sky

Maybe she is right... Sky thought to herself, turning to look at her friend.  Azura had fallen asleep, to Sky's dismay, who still wanted to rant about her qualms.  Sky stood up, tempted to wake up her newly made friend, but decided to just follow her lead and also go to sleep.

Yawning, Sora sighed. "Talk later please...I...I'm tired..."

Looking around, she blushed. "Please...close your eyes...I need to change..."

 

Taking only a few minutes, Sora changed into a simple pair of black lacey panties, her most comfortable pair, and a large black T-shirt that reached to her knees, she set the collar on a night stand, her tail flicking around.

"Um...Goodnight Ayano...Um...see you in the morning..."

 

Sora climbed into bed and hid under the covers, and soon fell asleep.

"Good Night Sora!" Ayano said with a smile, climbing down from the top bunk and changing into some comfortable clothes for the night. She headed back up to the top bunk after turning off the light, and soon fell into a silent sleep.

As Hazimie went to his Bed after reading a guidebook on this Academy,he looked up,thinking something perhaps."Tomorrow,huh......I wonder what they had in stored?"Hazimie said as he then turn off the lights at his room and began sleeping,waiting for tomorrow's schedule.

Pax blinked, surprised that the impact of his fall hadn't been as painful as he had expected it to be. He looked up as the girl who had just saved his butt from bruising gracefully landed on the ground next to him. All of a sudden, Pax felt a sense of admiration. But before he could think of anything else, his shy instinct kicked in, and he was up on his feet in a flash, head bowed low, avoiding eye contact.

 

"Th-Thanks..." Pax mumbled and sprinted away before the girl could even reply, leaving a cloud of dust behind him.

 

Pax didn't stop running till he was inside the academy, not taking any time to take in the view. He stopped in an empty corridor and slid down against the wall, burying his hands in his knees.

 

"I'm such an idiot! I should've properly thanked her! ARGH! I'm SO STUPID!!!"

 

Pax sat curled up in a tight ball for a while before raising his head. "I-I can't let something like this faze me." He replaced his expression with a smile. "I can do this!" He stood up. "Well, I guess it's time to find my roo-" He turned around and looked at the number of the door behind him. 18. "Oh, wait, I'm already hear. Wow..." Pax reached for the doorknob and turned it. 

 

"Hello..." Pax peeked his head through the opening and looked around. The room was clean and empty: not a single person in sight. "Good. Now I don't have to worry about bonding with a roommate." Satisfied, Pax stepped inside his new room.

 

"Don't worry. I will keep my promise no matter

"Well...um...okay. You're welcome...!" Yumiko exclaimed across the school, to no avail. She sighed. "I guess I'll just wait here then." Yumiko muttered, keeping a casually indifferent, yet still somewhat cheerily faint smile. She stood for a few seconds...."Okay, well, I'm done waiting." She concluded, before continuing off to her dormitory. "I guess some people aren't good at introducing themselves! And are really...like really fast apparently. Oh, well." Without much feeling of disappointment, Yumiko indifferently ended up at her room. "Well, here I am...! Room 5. Hope I get to meet someone nice in here~" Yumiko said excitedly, opening the door.No one. "Aww...hopefully someone comes." Yumiko jumped on her bed and wrapped herself in sheets, trying to fall asleep already.Alexander lied in his bed, now reading a 'lovely' book. With one eye able to see, of course. Eventually, his eyes became rather drowsy. He closed the book, and put it near his weapon and other items. "Guess its time to sleep now. Whoever my roommate is, if I have one, they haven't shown up. Better for me...."(Done for the "day")

((OOC: I posted this in a different roleplay, but this has to be said to everyone here also, since this is a heavily fighting influenced roleplay.  When you are fighting another person's character, you can't say, "Oh, I hit him with blah blah blah.  Direct critical hit."  No.  You have to say your character is making the attack.  The person's character in question of the attack decides if they block, get hit, etc.  You can't control their characters, that's a basic rule.  Just wanted to point it out before the hand to hand combat.  Yes I know this will make the replies shorter and possibly more in terms of numbers, but at least someone's character won't be suddenly controlled.  Also, you can't use training experience as an excuse to why you suddenly were able to grab your opponent's character or gain the upper hand, you don't know they're character like they do, they might be just as skilled.  I guess if you guys wanted a really coordinated battle you can talk OOC or PM each other and plan it out.  NPC's are exceptions, do what you will with them.))

And with that, everyone's day had come to an end.  At some point before everyone had slept yesterday, Ozpin had arranged training to being at 8:00 AM sharp and those who were late, well he didn't actually say.  Everyone was to find their lockers before then and meet at the sparring building near the locker room.

 

6:00 AM

 

Sky

The loud ringing of the alarm from Sky's smart phone woke her up in the early morning.  Normally she would use earphones to prevent anyone else from being disturbed by her early bird habits, but being completely engulfed by her hatred of men the day before, she did not think to fix any of her stuff.  It was a miracle that her alarm went off as it did.

 

Sky stood up, very groggy, stumbling to the bathroom door and barely making it to the sink.  Sky looked at herself and let a small "Ew" characterizing how displeased she was to see herself in bad shape.  She turned on the shower and hastily ran out the bathroom.  She grabbed a couple clothes out of her bag and came back, immediately taking off her clothes and jumping into what she expected to be very hot water.  To her dismay, it was the opposite.  The ice cold water caused Sky to yell - or more of a shriek - loudly, piercing every room in the building with the loud noise.

 

6:05 AM

 

Gen

"Ah!" Gen said loudly, covering his ears from the even noisier shriek.  It was as if someone was blowing a strong dog whistle.  "What is that?" he asked, quickly propping himself up and on his feet.  He ran to the door of his and Maine's room, opening it and almost being knocked out by it.  After ten seconds, the shrieking had stopped and Gen could finally get some peace and quiet.  He climbed back in, but couldn't fall back asleep.  

Realizing time would be wasted either way, Gen decided to just finish his daily hygiene care for the day, grabbing a change of clothes and heading to the shower.  He decided to leave his Ravage Heart, in the form of a suitcase as of now, right next to his bed, being as it would be in the way if he put it on in the bathroom after his shower.

 Azura shot out of her bed with her sword in hand as Sky screamed from the bathroom. She felt like an idiot carrying a sword while her hair looked like it's been in the middle of a hurricane, but the piercing shriek made Azura very worried about her friend. "S-Sky, are you ok?!" She banged on the door just when the screaming stopped.

Sky

"I'm fine!" Sky replied as the water started to warm.  She knew her friend was awake now and anymore squealing would just probably annoy her.  The quick jolts of random cold water continued to hit Sky's body, but she did not waiver.  After ten minutes of a grueling torturous shower, Sky was sufficiently clean.  She looked around to grab a towel, but there was nothing there.  

 

Sky began to panic, but did not want to worry her friend.  She stepped out slowly, making sure to stay on top of the bathroom rug.  She looked through her old clothes, feeling relieved find both her gloves in the middle of them.  She wiped her right hand with her old clothes and put her right glove on, the Hysteria side of her Blank Hysteria.  She pointed at the palm of her body and slowly blew wind at her body, drying herself up quite nicely.  

 

After that mini crisis had passed, she put on her clothes and opened the door.
