August 22, 201312 yr That sounds amazing, but what a vague recipe. It just says "make caramel" but making caramel is a very intensive process. You have to stir constantly making sure not to burn the sugar and use a candy thermometer to get it at the right temperature. It says melt butter and sugar together, but you can't introduce a fat into the sugar until after it's caramelized. This is just a terribly written recipe... Uhhh, anyway... I'm sure it's still delicious (if you know how to make it).
