Im actually considering getting FFXIV for PS3, but I just wanted to know how anyones personal experiences have been on XIV.

I mean like is the overall experience even worth what you pay for?

Money isnt really a problem for me, time is what costs me more. I just want to know more if the game is worth the time I put into it.

Let's see you can make more than one character, but every class/job is available to you after you complete the Level 10 quest for your main class/job. The gameplay's fun, and from what I've seen of story so far it's pretty interesting.

Well,it depends.

You should've tried the game's beta when it was out

Well, you missed the chance to try the game for free

I find FF14v2 to be very enjoyable and very accessible.

I was never the kind to go into party play in MMOs but this game is the first one to really hooked me into it. It kinda teaches me to really play with other people and I was quite a stubborn guy not to join a party in MMOs before.

Story is cool so far. Gameplay is nice and huge improvement from V1.0.

I feel like FF14 is great for those who wants to venture into MMORPGs for the first time. The tutorials are quite useful to me, but since I was a V1.0 player, I know the grasp of it right away. For new players, it should be no problem as they will teach you step by step.
