I have always liked Kingdom Hearts 2 better because of Organization XIII and Some of the new worlds like Space paranoids and The World That Never Was. Which Do you like better and why?

Kingdom Hearts 2 Overall

 

Pros

-Roxas,Hayner and the Gang,Seifer and his Gang

-Timeless River

-Drive Forms

-Limit Breaks

-Better Combat System/Gameplay overall

-Far Better Camera System

 

There are however some things which are better in KH1

-Bigger Worlds(though...firetruck Deep Jungle,Monstro and the Boring Atlantica)

-Better Selection of Worlds(Wonderland FTW...I firetrucking love Alice in Wonderland)

-Better/More Epic Presentation

-Better Exploration

 

But some things are very awful in KH1

-Bad Camera

-The Platforming Controls are really crappy

-Can't equip Items(Potions,Ethers etc.) as Shortcuts

-Enemies Respawn way too firetrucking much

-Donald and Goofy go down way too easily etc.

I don't have a probkem with that, in fact people can grind and get the level 100 trophy. As far as donald and goofy, they don't really go down much imo.

I liked Kingdom Hearts 2 definately because of Namine and Roxas. Plus the developement of the characters. I like the ending in Kingdom Hearts 1, and Kairi is so cute in 1, and omg all the Sokai moments. But I don't like 1 because of all the tension between Sora and Riku. The two of them are way too close friends for them to fight like that EVER again. The ending to 2 was also great. Its such a good ending. If that was the ending of the series it would have been a very good ending.

Considering KH2 was my first game and Roxas is the first character I really played as and knew from the series it made me sad when he found out he wasn't supposed to exist from Namine.In fact those 4-5 hours campaign with Roxas are the best storytelling I've seen in the KH Series...I love how mysterious it all is and every mission you find out something new(this is especially great when you played it the first time and especially if KH2 was your first game)

 

Then when he sees Sora "You're lucky Sora...My summer vacations are over"...that really made me sad a bit when i first watched it...and kind of had a grudge at Sora for a While

Also the music that plays in Sora's TT when he goes to TT after Roxas merges back into him feels so melancholical and it fits so well that the first time around I was sad about leaving Twilight Town cuz I got attached to Hayner,Olette,Pence,Seifer,Vivi etc(and i was so firetrucking happy when the game told me "You have to go back to Twilight Town" )....kudos to Yoko Shimomura for perfectly nailing that whole feel

Yes I think Roxy has a very tragic story. He really got the short end of the stick in all of it, so I hope he gets to have his happy ending too, and his happystory! I sure hope he gets to go back to being friends with Axel,Xion, Hayner,Pence, and Olette. He really deserves that.

KH2 has better gameplay, but KH1 is just better. It started it all.
