I think Darkside only appears as a raid boss and it's level is dictated by the total level of the group taking it on.

Close, the level is dictated by how many darksides are killed in one day. Everytime a darkside is killed the next one to appear will be one level higher, everytime a darkside escapes the level of the next one to appear will be two levels lower, and everyday the level resets to 10. (unless if they changed what it resets to)

Hello, can I still get the SR+ card if I don't attack the lvl 50 boss(but my party manage to defeat it)??

It's confirmed that both teams will get the card when the specific raid boss has been defeated, it's still unknown if the uninvolved team members will automatically get the card too. I guess you have to wait until September 26th to find out.
