Is the lag coming from the gamepad itself, or is my connection just sucking right now? Either way, the quality looks like that of the Wii, dang. I'd imagine it plays well, too.

Bad thing is that you can't actually play with the gamepad and have to use a wiimote...which is kinda lame

Although I agree with the gamepad not being able to be used as a controller does suck,Ive been loving the fact that they did this,It just makes it so more conviniet.And so far when I tested it with games I never faced any problems with stuff like lag so thats good.

yeah but it makes sense, hei, that they wouldn't program it to use what amounts to a different controller to play it.  were there people complaining about not being able to use wiimote in their gamecube games?  because i'd assume it's still pretty difficult to get either to work well.

no lag, and yeah the quality of wii games is way better here than on a tv for the wii u

eh, you can still buy a gamecube plug for a wiimote

i know why they had to do it, but it's just kinda lame. i think they easily could emulate the classic controller with the gamepad though.
