Is it just me, or are Sora and Roxas starting to look more ginger?

Posted

I'm actually wondering this, but I'm putting this in Random just to be safe.

It could just be me, but it seems that in some instances as time goes on, Sora's and Roxas's hair start to look more and more...gingery. Now, as a ginge myself, I have no problem with that, but when did this start happening? In Kingdom Hearts, Sora's hair was about as brown as a brunette could get, then it turned all caramel colored in Kingdom Hearts 2-onward. Then we're introduced to Roxas, who looks blonde enough (especially in those pre-rendered openings and closings), but then at some point his hair starts to look more...I don't know, orange. And now we have our first teaser for Kingdom Hearts 3, and now I see even more orange in Sora's hair than I noticed before. Are the artists having arguments over these characters' hair colors or something, because it's somewhat confusing me.

Has anyone else noticed this or any hair-changes in general, or am I just totally shooting in the dark here?

Hey, this is the Random section. At least humor me.

Roxas is ginger? No wonder why he has no heart... or soul, for that matter.

Fool. I have no idea what you are talking about.

Sora's been to Africa like 3 times. The sun is really harsh there so it bleached his hair.

Glad I'm not the only one noticing the pallet changes, although, Sora's hair just seems to be getting a lighter shading than the last game, either by angle of light or just an actual pallet swap, resulting in an odd looking color, and I think the same can be said about Roxas.

Mayhapse........BUT HAVE AT THEE STILL!! FOR THE HECK OF IT!!!!!!!!

Sora has brown hair and roxas is blonde....I don't understand what you're getting at.

The only "gingers" in kh are axel/Lea and kairi, and even then their hair colours are badass blood red.

Roxas with orange hair?.....I guess I could picture it. Slightly.

I dunno about ginger, but it's definitely changing color. Which is odd.
