I don't think so. Yes,

Ven's heart was the original reason why Sora can wield

but I think we can all say that he's rightfully earned his Keyblade now.

I don't think it would. The keyblade obviously chose him, probably not only because of Ven, but because of his heart. Also, Roxas (or Ven) will always be apart of him, so he would always have that connection and power.

That's what I think.

In KH1 everyone was saying the keyblade choose him so i'am assuming he'll still be able to weild the keyblade with vens heart free.
