So do you think that Districht 4th and 5th and the rest of the new travers town places that appeard in 3D will return in Kh3 ?

Without a doubt, yes. It kinda hinted at it in 3D and it is another part of Traverse Town. Remember, most that world was blocked off due to the Darkness consuming most of it and the worlds. It is now known that Traverse Town is a safe haven for people who have lost their worlds and most of Traverse Town was asleep. I can only imagine how it will be when we meet up with Neku and the gang. It may even hint at another TWEWY.

"Traverse Town consists of the remnants of worlds whose hearts have been stolen by the Heartless" logically any world that is consumed will add on creating more and more areas, I think if it returns it will contain more than what we previously saw, with maybe some of the previous areas now cut out (for being redundant/having too many areas)

yes, definitely. well if I'm not misunderstood from the conversation video, if the old worlds come back to kh3, there will be new locations

from SQEX translation

"....and those that repeat will take place in different locations." - Nomura-san

Plus, the thing with TWEWY gang, they said see you in Shibuya, which maybe a new world, or another district in Travers Town. After all, in real life, Shibuya is an actual District.
