I've seen this before in my own gameplay The weirdest one I found was when I changed an adult into a toddler with testingcheatsenabled, then did ageuptonpc cheat (not sure that's the correct cheat but same) and it elongated into this horrifying skeletal grey creature

Lol once my bro did same with an npc. They sucked the money-simcreate mode, and that man a minute later, was a high toddler. -ON ps3 pets i got statue-looked tentacle dog!
