Irrational means " unrealistic, nonsensical".... but these fears are pretty weird anyways.

Mine is when I'm walking through my house at night, I'm afraid to turn around intill the lights on, be it in the kitchen, hall, or even my room sometimes.

Don't ask me why, but I know, Just KNOW, there's something there...

I usually feel this way after watching Jeff the Killer videos, looking at creepy fan art, or watching a horror movie late at night, so I know it's my mind screwing with me.

What irrationally scares you all? post below.

And NOT regular fears, due to that already being a thread: I mean the irrational ones.

I'm scared of brushing my teeth at night 'cuse my bathroom has windows, and I feel like one night there's just gonna be a face in the window and it's gonna freak me out! ...which reminds me I have to go brush my teeth now... @.@

I have exactly the same fears as both of you.

One of my truly unusual fears is my fear of snails. I used to be interested in them, but now they make me feel uncomfortable to the extreme. I hate going outside at night, because that is one of the best ways for me to see one.

I have a similar one: When ever I leave my bathroom, I keep thinking I'm gonna come out and see someone in my room.

I'm totally afraid there'll be someone in my room after I get out too! D: Of course it hasn't happened either, but still the thought is there and creeps me out! Dx

I've never seen a snail in real life, it would probably creep me out

I sort of am a little scared when I walk from my bedroom to the kitchen (which is on opposite sides of the house) at night because once at 4am I came into the living room and in the foyer I could see my mom standing in the corner of the stair landing watching me. Apparently she woke up to get water like me or something but it freaked me out cuz all I saw was a shadow. Then on the way to the kitchen you walk under the stairs and pass the dining room and the pantry hallway which also leads into the office which is super dark and THEN you get to the lights so I'm a little creeped out if I look down the hallway before I hit the lights ill see something in the office lol. But I don't think I have any irrational fears anymore that are a problem, I don't get scared that easily
