GN0MEB0Y 5 Posted November 6, 2013 What do you think about an open world free roam gumi space? Where the fighting and flying takes place as you fly across space. When you approach a new world you have to fight a bunch of enemies around the world to unlock it. Once you find a new world it marks it on a map and you can warp to the location at anytime. The space can be mostly a flat plane but I would like a little room for flying in all directions to make battles more dynamic. 4 Matthew, Captain Arrowguns, Master Keeper and 1 other reacted to this
Hero of Light XIV 2,381 Posted November 6, 2013 That would be neat, as long as it was in all three dimensions and the Gummi routes are even more epic than the Kingdom Hearts II!
Axeken 181 Posted November 6, 2013 If it's kinda like Wind Waker, but better, I'd play the sh!t out of it. 2 GN0MEB0Y and Cucco reacted to this

Columned-Munny 274 Posted November 6, 2013 I am pro-this concept. I'd love for it to be one big deep space that you fly through and explore, but I'd also be okay with sort of what they had in Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time. Basically there were 'regions' of space with a few big planets and some smaller locations to tackle however you wish. The more open the better though. 1 GN0MEB0Y reacted to this

That was the game that made me think of the idea. For Kingdom Hearts the worlds would be small enough to where you could fly around, under, and over them. The worlds are surrounded by darkness. The heart of the world keep the darkness out. Only the small fast heartless makes it through. So when you approach a new world you have to fight your way through all the darkness that surrounds the world. This is how I viewed the space between worlds since KH1. Space is full of darkness and the worlds are a collection of hearts and light that shine in the darkness.
