500 years has past since Sora's final battle against Xehront. The worlds are now at peace. Sometime during the 500 year peace it was agreed upon that the worlds would be in-charge of two well known leaders: Alpha, and Omega. Everything went well. However one night the two of them were both mysteriously massacred each in their own domain. The worlds under Alpha's rule decided that they would pass what would be known as the "Purge Act" as in reaction to Alpha's murder. It's orders were simple: The Keyblade Wielding race was to be eliminated in every world,as they blamed a keyblade wielder for Alpha's murder. World armies were formed. They hunted the Keyblade Wielders down by the dozens,but the Keyblade Wielders formed a army of themselves to counter the Act in the name of Omega,who insists that his murderer belonged within Alpha's rule. A civil war erupted. Light vs light,brothers vs brothers,Keyblade Wielders vs non-keyblade wielders. Now, After 5 years of the war, there is only fighting in the worlds. No peace. No sight of an end. Both sides are relentless. Worlds had become battlegrounds and prizes to be won. Only the dead have seen the end of this war as darkest of shadows crawl beneath the blood stained streets. Alpha and Omega lived to form universal peace between their worlds,now their deaths were tearing them apart. Only one question remains: 

Which side will you choose?

The worlds were lead by two leaders: Alpha and Omega. One night they were both murdered at their own domains. The worlds under Alpha's reign claimed a keyblade wielder murdered Alpha,and decided to try to eliminate the Keyblade wielding race. The keyblade wielders fought back,claiming that Omega was murdered by someone from Alpha's side. So a civil war erupts with no end until one side wins,or neither.

~THINGS TO KNOW~

~Land of Departure: Still in function,currently handled by Keyblade Masters. Even though the world has declared itself "Neutral",the KWU uses it as a hospital for its most injured soldiers because of the Keyblade Master's knowledge in healing spells. From missing limbs to emotionally broken soldiers,only the worst of the worst end up here to rest,recover,and go back into the fight. For the sake of the Keyblade wielders,who many are barely children ranging from the ages of 16 to 21,the Keyblade Masters do their part in healing and helping them. 

 

~Disney Castle: This world is the most heavily protected of the KWU considering it is where the leaders of war live,plan their attacks and lead their armies. Currently residing here besides the KWU war leaders and soldiers are the Omega's children: Princess Yuri and Prince Ravio,forced into their positions after Omega's death. 

 

~Disney Town: A battle-scared city currently used as a military town. Here they train soldiers and wounded soldiers can live here with their families while they are in recovery. 

 

~Halloween Town: Active place for "vacations" within the troops. Rather independent,rarely sees war strangely enough. 

 

●Weaponry: Purely keyblades besides their gummi ships. 

 

-Worlds Powers Alliance-

●Original leader: Alpha (Male)

 

●Current Leader:  Talon

 

●Sided worlds: (The worlds that they own/are on their side)

~Twilight Town: Most important world to the WPA,as is where their leader Alpha resided and died,and the most heavily defended. The WPA is more active in this world than the rest. The old mansion in the forest is used as the HQ. The basement is used as the prison area. The flower pods are the prison "cells" as there is no lock for the keyblade wielders to open them with. The Clock Tower still stands and it along with its plaza is used as an execution plaza. The most common execution for prisoners of war (keyblade wielders or traitors) is hanging from the very top of the clock tower. 

 

~Atlantica: Not a very active world for wars at all,but the WPA has taken the advantage and built a giant underwater base within Atlantica where King Triton's castle once stood. Only way to get there is by Gummi ships/submarines. (Unless you're a keyblade wielder,who just transforms into half-sea creature) It is currently used as an HQ and a scientist lab,where they do human experimentation on war prisoners (Keyblade wielders and traitors) and after they're done they send the mutilated body to the KWU to recover it. 

 

~Port Royal: Dare I say party town. Yet very frequent war-zone. If you want to relax and get drunk,this is the place to be. 

 

~Christmas Town: Even though it is connected to Halloween Town by a portal,it rarely sees war. 

 

●Weaponry: They all use a varied range of weapons from knives to guns. Absolutely no keyblades.

 

-No Man's Land-

(Worlds with no owners as they are used as battlefields and/or the groups are currently fighting over it)

~Deep Jungle: To savage and extensive to keep under control. Used from time to time as a battle ground. 

~Keyblade Graveyard: Desolated world. Mostly used as a battle ground. The KWU does tend to leave the keyblades of fallen soldiers on here along with the ones already there from the keyblade war,only increasing the number of keyblade graves. Unknown activity tends to happen here. 

~Hollow Bastion: A mirror world of "Radient Garden" created by an unrecorded event this world is desolated. High activity for bloody battles is recorded here. It has witnessed the most number of deaths after a nuke was dropped here,killing thousands from both sides. The castle was mysteriously rebuilt (some say by heartless!),and it still stands today. 

~Pride Land: To wild to keep under control. Suspicious and unknown activity occurs here often. 

~The World That Never Was: Uninhabited according to records. But rumors say that they've seen people in the form of shadows or figures in the castle when going out on recon. 

~Castle Oblivion: Mirrored world of "Land of Departure". It's labyrinth design makes it impossible for use so it is currently abandoned. Or so they say. 

 

All other worlds' statuses are unknown.

Yuri stared at Zion. She then glanced down at Ravio and then back at Zion. It was true what she said,yes,he was her brother,and once he was gone there was no way that she would be able to get him back. Not only her brother but her only living family as far as she was concerned.

 

“…I…”Yuri said as she gritted her teeth slightly and made a tight fist. “Well damn.”She whispered as she glanced up at Zion and then back down. Now it seemed that something unusual had happened: Ravio had lost his cool. She sighed slight and gave a smile up at Zion. “Alright,I guess we could help. But this means our notoriety will receive a boost.”Yuri said as she summoned her keyblade and looked down the skyscraper as Ravio stared at Talon. “The stairs will take too long.”Yuri muttered. She then had an idea,a sudden and stupid one,but it’d be something. She then took a step back and ran up to the edge,jumping off the skyscraper as she fell down directly to the commotion.

 

“Princess Yuri!”Dante said with a gleam in his eyes. The princess was alright!

 

“Yuri!”Ravio said as he stood up. “W-Where were you?!”Ravio said as his tone was a mix of worry and anger. Yuri turned to her brother and gave a sheepish smile.

 

“Er,adventuring?”Yuri said. Not convincing enough it seemed. She turned back to Talon as some blood went down her nose. “I just,wanted to help ya know! So I went around,met a few people…”Yuri said as she glared at Talon. “Made a few enemies along the way. Can’t leave my brother to get his butt kicked by the enemy ya know!”Yuri said as she glanced around for Zion or Xion or Arcticus or anyother of the team. She then got into her fighting position as she pointed her keyblade at Talon. “So um…yeah,get out of our world or I’ll kick you out,Talon.” Yuri refused to mention anything about being captured by Talon or being injected with this miracle liquid. But surely when the tides calm down…she was definitely going to tell him she was going to help set things straight between the two sides. Also…that she has friends now.

 

As Yuri stood, a hail of light blasts kicked up around both sides. Like an avenging angel Zion descended, Forward Unto Dawn glowing with gold fire. She landed beside Yuri, her golden wings flickering and reflecting off the tiara. Around her neck, the special necklace glowed slightly.Above appeared Overwatch, with Xion landing on the other side of Yuri, Two Become One summoned. Zion stood loosely.

"This atrocity ends now." She pointed her Keyblade at Talon. "You. You have perverted my tower. A tower five hundred years ago I married Xion. Five hundred years ago, I laid my brother to rest. My tower, where I made and continued friendships." her wings raised. "No longer shall the WPA pervert the clock tower."

Xion glanced at Zion. That look was bad. Really bad. She gripped her Keyblade tighter.

"Dawn's Gospel is approaching. Something not even those whips can stand against." She advised.

As the battle drew closer to an end, Riley was on her knees. The pistol against her forehead, she smirked lightly. "Guess I can't get another kiss."

The gun uncocked. "Im not Aurora. I am Seris Aether. And i want my home back."

Riley smiled lightly. "My family..."

"Swore alliance to Freya, Aurora, and Vostok. But Freya swore allegiance to Summers, who have stood beside Aether for one thousand years. And...I invoke Blood Oath's Unbinding."

She knelt in front of Riley, her hand over Riley's heart. "I unbind you from an oath broken by treason. An oath soiled by hatred." She smiled. "Now your Blood Oath is to Aether, and to Aether you shall support. Friendship over family alliance."

"Can you do that?"

Seris laughed. "I just did. So. Shall we?"

They stood, then clasped arms. "I guess the world I can burn is the world of hatred."

"Finally you got your senses. Told you experiments will just screw you up."

 

The two waited as their dropships approached.

"So. We have to take out the Sixth, Fourteenth, Twenty Seventh, and thirty-third fleets."

"You forget exactly who is with me and my allies."

"Damn Aethers." Riley joked as the dropships flew skyward.

 

 

Talon looked as the party grew. He smiled and laughed.'' This is getting more interesting then I thought. Yuri. You are the girl that left my grasp. The only keyblade wielder to accept the Miracle in her body, but now.'' Talon said as he held his sword.'' Oh right. Ravio, Yuri, this sword belonged to your father. This prove I'm not lying Ravio.'' Talon said as he spun his sword around with royal swordsmanship in the mix as he and his men rushed towards them. The soldiers quickly cracked the ground, causing everyone to lose their balance. Talon quickly took the chaos as a chance as Darius cracked a whip onto the ground, causing an explosion. He got Yuri into a hold and pin on the ground.'' Yuri. You may have the Miracle, but whatever it gave it, I'm pretty sure I have it too. Now, be a nice girl and stay here.'' He said as he pinned her down. Darius stood in front of them as Ravio and Dante found them.'' I don't think so, unless you have Yuri to lose her pretty head.'' Talon said as he had his sword against Yuri's throat.

 

 

Zion had reacted fast enough, but the explosion cut her line of sight. Now Yuri was captured and they were at a stalemate. But there was a chance, and she had to get Yuri out of there.

"Yuri. Every Keyblade Wielder has magic. That magic can be used in many ways." She smiled. "As long as you have the will...you have a way." Zion regarded Talon and Darius. She then pointed her blade at Darius. "Round two chucklehead." she held her hand out, then summoned Su rise Everlasting. Two Keyblades now, both double-sided, Zion stared down whip-boy. "Now we're even. So come at me."

Her wings angled. "Go ahead and line up boys."

 

Xion prepared to fight. She knew that demeanor. Damn Zion.

"Go! Go! Go! Assist Xion!"

"Two-Two, out!"

"Two-Four, dropping!"

 

The remains of Polaris Team jumped off the hovering gummi ship Overwatch as they followed Xion. Landing into the fierce standoff between Ravio and Talon, multiple versions of the configurable arrow-rifle were pointed at anyone that wasn't Zion, Xion, or Yuri. "Uh oh" Aurora whispered under her breath, "our supreme commander is here."

 

"Well damn" Silber growled back.

 

“Princess Yuri!” they heard Dante announce. The team wasn't at all fazed by the sudden discovery. Years of combat hazing had hardened the team from all but the most shocking discoveries.

 

"Yuri! W-Where were you?!”

 

 

“Er,adventuring? I just,wanted to help ya know! So I went around,met a few people… Made a few enemies along the way. Can’t leave my brother to get his butt kicked by the enemy ya know! So um…yeah,get out of our world or I’ll kick you out,Talon.”

"Dawn's Gospel is approaching. Something not even those whips can stand against."

 

"Polaris Team, stand your ground." Silber ordered. The girls complied, kneeling and fortifying their positions.

 

''This is getting more interesting then I thought. Yuri." the team heard their commander remark, "You are the girl that left my grasp. The only keyblade wielder to accept the Miracle in her body, but now. Oh right. Ravio, Yuri, this sword belonged to your father. This prove I'm not lying Ravio."

 

The soldiers under his command shook the ground. The team managed to keep their balance and after quickly recovering, focused their aim on their former commander. Seeing the situation, Aurora and Silber could only glance at their designated sniper as Winter quietly held her breath...

 

"Yuri. You may have the Miracle, but whatever it gave it, I'm pretty sure I have it too. Now, be a nice girl and stay here." Ravio and Dante tried to retaliate. "I don't think so, unless you have Yuri to lose her pretty head.'' Their grips only tightened around their rifles as they waited for Winter to break the stalemate. "Take the shot when possible" Silber whispered into their secured commlink. Winter blinked, signifying her understanding.

 

"Yuri. Every Keyblade Wielder has magic. That magic can be used in many ways. As long as you have the will...you have a way." The lecture gave the Cold Sniper a narrow window of opportunity as she slowly pulled the trigger back. "Round two chucklehead. Now we're even. So come at me. Go ahead and line up boys."

 

"Lower the blade away from the princess,we can sort something out if that is what you wish..."

 

"Yuri."

 

As the dark blobs appeared around the battlegrounds, Aurora and Silber immediately reacted. "Standby!" Silber warned the team. The slight distraction was all that Winter needed as the trigger sent an arrow bolt straight to Talon. 

 

"I can control the heartless!" they all heard Ravio announce.

 

"Do we shoot?" Aurora asked. "Find out their allegiance!" Silber barked back, readying himself as he split his rifle into the two sub-rifle configuration.

Luna had heard the entire exchange through the commlinks of Polaris Team. "A princess?" she softly asked, "Then..." she looked down to the battlefield below and watched. "Then... I guess a Guardian would be needed afterall." She armed several light missiles on her own gummi ship, but held short of sending the weapons to the battle below.

Like a flash Zion appeared behind Darius and struck eith both blades, then kicked the electrocuted Talon off Yuri. She glowed.

"You officially pissed me off. All of you. Five hundred years ago I fought to end the Heartless. They destroyed everything I loved, destroyed my family and my godmother's entire race."

Zion looked...extremely pissed. As Xion dragged Yuri away from Talon, Zion glowed brightly. When it faded, Zion was encased in golden Keyblade armor.

"I am sick of war. Sick of death. Sick of the lust for power." Her Keyblades entered attack positions, and she stood between Talon and Ravio.

 

Her expression hidden, her hard voice was all that could convey her fury.

"Keyblade Wielders cannot survive without non-wielders, like non-wielders could not stop the Heartless without the Keyblade. And now you, Ravio, insult Disney Castle by controlling this filth."

Zion was crying inside her armor, but five hundred years teachers to hide such things. "How can you two be so stupid?!"

The Sarah Aether exited hyperspace. Behind it was both the Sixth and Third Fleets, and before them was many more. Seris and Riley together readied guns.

"This is Tomaki of the Twenty Seventh. Surrender, traitors. You are outnumbered."

"Or...Nuts."

The Third and Sixth unleashed the fires of hell, catching Tomaki's fleets off guard.

Of course, before they could fire, hyperspace rifts opened...depositing literally half the ADI ships in the entire armada.

"This is Summers of the Seventh, leading the Avalon Defense Initiative Second Flotilla. We've decided you all really suck."

"Well Frost. Blood is way thicker then water."

Tomaki gritted his teeth...but even he knew Aurora was finished. "Riots will start!"

"Oppression breeds rebellion. Hatred breeds hatred." Seris turned her back. "Riley. Show him."

On their screens...protests, peaceful ones, were everywhere.

"When you lose faith, Tomaki, you lose everything."

Unsure if their sniper had hit the target, Polaris Team immediately reacted as Xion went to retrieve Yuri. "Defend her!" Silber shouted, sending the team into a defensive stance around Xion and Yuri. They noticed Zion and her golden armor, and Winter let off a low whistle. "Focus, team" Silber ordered, "We gotta get her out of here!"

 

"Your majesty!" they heard someone shout off to their side. The keyblade strike team had finally arrived, and moved to defend their leader as they charged into the fray. Among the hit squad, a familiar armored teenager caught the attention of the cold sniper. "Is that-"

 

"Winter!" Arcticus cried out. "Silber! Aurora! Can it really be?!"

"Arcticus!" the entire team cried back in unison. Breaking orders and formation, Winter darted out of her defensive position near Xion and ran towards her long lost boyfriend. "Not now!" he screamed back to her, "We're all in danger! You have to go!"

"Not without you!" Winter yelled back, still running towards him. "Come with us! Please!"

 

Arcticus looked at Ravio and Yuri. "But-"

"Trust us!" Silber screamed, sending off several shots towards Talon in an attempt to hold him off. "Get the princess to safety!"

"What?!"

"Come back to us!"

 

He started to cry. Being reunited with his friends on the battlefield and being yelled at to do actions that would get them killed was too much for the keyblade healer to take. "I can't! We'll be killed if-"

"Arcticus! Listen to me! Trust me and assist! That! Girl!" Silber pointed at Xion dragging Yuri away from the dangerous encounter. Throwing away all concept of self-preservation and logic, Arcticus obliged and helped Xion...

While Yuri electrocuted Talon with a Thundaga,Zion kicked him off her,and xXion dragged her away from him. 

 

"Oi! I'm good!"Yuri said as she quickly got on her feet and stood up. A few bruises,a scratch and a bloody nose,not bad for her second war encounter! As she stood on her feet while holding her keyblade,Arcticus arrived and helped Xion with Yuri. "I'm fine guys,really."Yuri said as she glanced at Arcticus. "So you're Arcticus. Your group of friends have been crying non-stop about you!"Yuri said with a smile,despite the gloomy mood of the battlefield and the dried up tears of joy and emotion from Arcticus's eyes. "I have a feeling that we might want to get out of here before those two end up bringing the armies in."Yuri suggested. On the other side of the battlefield Ravio stared glaring at Xion.

 

"Us keyblade wielders were perfectly fine without them for years,I think we can be perfectly fine if they were to vanish entirely out of existence!"Ravio yelled as he gritted his teeth. He was obviously an emotional wreck on the inside,but trying to keep his posture and composure on the outside. "It was a non-keyblade wielder that killed our mother,our queen,out of jelousy over the keyblade most surely. And this-"Ravio said as he extended his arm,pointing at Talon. "...this monster,killed my own father!!! If I let he and his men and all of his kind go and win this war all of us keyblade wielding people will be eliminated like in the previous wars before us!!!"Ravio yelled as he tried to keep his voice from breaking down. It was true. Throughout history keyblade wielders and non-keyblade wielders have fiercely had it at odds against eachother,trying to beat eachother down...this war was only the result of something that was considered unavoidable due to the hatred of eachother. "With my heartless I'll make sure to eliminate each and every one of you keyblade wielders,and I won't care who or what stands in my way! The WPA will pay for what he has done to my family and all keyblade wielders!"Ravio said,stepping his foot down and standing his ground as the heartless stood around him,crawling closer to the side of the WPA. That's when his gaze snapped to his sister,who was being assisted by who he would consider the enemy. "Yuri!"He yelled. Yuri stopped her movements and turned to her brother. Ravio's glaze softened as he offered his hand. "Yuri,"He said. "Come back home...where you belong. I promise you will have more important matters to attend regarding the war. Please."He begged. This was the last of his family. She couldn't possibly leave,could she? Yuri stared and bit her bottom lip before shaking her head. 

 

"No brother,"She said. "I won't go back,Ravio. I don't want to be on neither side in this war. I'm going to help them...take both of you down and end this war equally for both sides."Yuri said as she stood her ground. Ravio's gaze said it all as he felt the trust he had with his sister shatter before him. 

Zion turned to Ravio.

"When blood turns on blood, each must look at themselves and ask...did they do the right thing?"

Zion spun and unleashed Albion Strike, destroying huge swathes of Heartless. "These are monsters Ravio! These Heartless destroyed my godmother's entire race! Then she herself was murdered on our clock tower. You...you have shown genocide is all you care for. Five hundred years have passed, and I have seen peace. The Keyblade is salvation as much as it is ruin. That is why only the strong can wield them. And when you descend into the depths of hell, you tell your Keyblade you are not worthy. Riku lost the Keyblade to Sora as he descended into darkness. Take heed of the past, Ravio. Your blade may refuse to come one day, and you shall become nothing more then what you wish to erradicate."

 

Xion gripped Yuri's arm. "Thank you." She looked to Ravio. "I saw the Heartless. So close to darkness, they won't obey! They assaulted Maleficent herself, and you think that you can command them in this place? This world was once my home, and it is evil. How can you so willingly go into darkness, and forget the most important thing of all. Kingdom Hearts...is light."

The door exploded. Aurora was at the window, and turned around as Seris and Riley entered. The fleets dispatched, the two alone had assaulted the Capitol Building, and now faced Aurora.

"I fought for our future."

"Our future is peace. Not erradication."

Aurora laughed. "Children! Without the Keyblade Wielders, we can flourish!"

"We almost lost the Siege if not for Zion de Wynter!"

"We nearly succeeded without her!"

Riley raised PewPew. "I'm tired of this crap-"

 

Aurora drew his gun. Before the hammer clicked, Riley threw herself in front of Seris.

She watched as Riley took the shot.

 

As she fell, Seris fired, and Aurora was blasted out the window.

He died on impact with the ground as Seris dropped down beside Riley. "Riley! C'mon Riley."

Cradling her in her arms, Seris tried to stem the bleeding. Riley stopped her.

"Seris...this war claimed too many already. Eddi. Margo. Damon. And Lucas." She took a bloody hand and held Seris' cheek. "Remember the month we decided to be lesbian for kicks? Lucas went hysterical as we made out." She laughed, then coughed up blood. "Make sure...there is one name after mine in the casualty list...ok? Make sure the bastard who started this is right after mine." Riley closed her eyes. "Hey Seris? Would you sing that song we loved to listen to?"

Seris nodded. "I need more affection then you know..." she whispered a bit, choking up, then resumed. "In you and I is a new land...angels...angelz in flight....you're my..."

She trailed off as Riley's eyes closed, her heart stilled...and her hand dropped.

Standing, Seris carried Riley into the next room and laid her onto the couch. "I'll be right back."

Seris ran back and executed the computer's emergency com lines.

"My name is Seris Aether. Reidan Aurora has been killed. I pulled the trigger after his murder of Riley Erika. My friend." She paused. "To all Avalon forces. I am assuming position as Chief Representative and order a complete halt. All forces are to begin to end all fights you are in. End them peacefully. Please."

As the comm rolled, Seris collapsed onto her knees and cried.

Talon shook off the thunder. He held his sword as a ship descended from the sky.'' You know, I guess our fight can wait Ravio. I forgot I have more pressing matters to attend to.'' Talon said as he and his men vanished into the ship and the ship took off. A ship no one had ever knew existed. Talon sat down as he saw the troops. They were different. He knew they belonged to only one race. The Barians. He then saw two people walk up. A boy and a girl.'' Why hello Dante, Astrid, I believe our meeting can now go under way?'' Talon asked as the ship flew in space towards Twilight Town. He knew he needed their help to win the war. But he knew one thing. The KWU might get help from someone. No, something else. Back in the wwtnw, a man stood behind the skyscraper watching everything. He smiled. This man was no other then the Third Keyblader, Ahtxson.

While Yuri electrocuted Talon with a Thundaga,Zion kicked him off her,and xXion dragged her away from him. 

 

"Oi! I'm good!"Yuri said as she quickly got on her feet and stood up. A few bruises,a scratch and a bloody nose,not bad for her second war encounter! As she stood on her feet while holding her keyblade,Arcticus arrived and helped Xion with Yuri. "I'm fine guys,really."Yuri said as she glanced at Arcticus. "So you're Arcticus. Your group of friends have been crying non-stop about you!"Yuri said with a smile,despite the gloomy mood of the battlefield and the dried up tears of joy and emotion from Arcticus's eyes. "I have a feeling that we might want to get out of here before those two end up bringing the armies in."Yuri suggested. On the other side of the battlefield Ravio stared glaring at Xion.

 

"Us keyblade wielders were perfectly fine without them for years,I think we can be perfectly fine if they were to vanish entirely out of existence!"Ravio yelled as he gritted his teeth. He was obviously an emotional wreck on the inside,but trying to keep his posture and composure on the outside. "It was a non-keyblade wielder that killed our mother,our queen,out of jelousy over the keyblade most surely. And this-"Ravio said as he extended his arm,pointing at Talon. "...this monster,killed my own father!!! If I let he and his men and all of his kind go and win this war all of us keyblade wielding people will be eliminated like in the previous wars before us!!!"Ravio yelled as he tried to keep his voice from breaking down. It was true. Throughout history keyblade wielders and non-keyblade wielders have fiercely had it at odds against eachother,trying to beat eachother down...this war was only the result of something that was considered unavoidable due to the hatred of eachother. "With my heartless I'll make sure to eliminate each and every one of you keyblade wielders,and I won't care who or what stands in my way! The WPA will pay for what he has done to my family and all keyblade wielders!"Ravio said,stepping his foot down and standing his ground as the heartless stood around him,crawling closer to the side of the WPA. That's when his gaze snapped to his sister,who was being assisted by who he would consider the enemy. "Yuri!"He yelled. Yuri stopped her movements and turned to her brother. Ravio's glaze softened as he offered his hand. "Yuri,"He said. "Come back home...where you belong. I promise you will have more important matters to attend regarding the war. Please."He begged. This was the last of his family. She couldn't possibly leave,could she? Yuri stared and bit her bottom lip before shaking her head. 

 

"No brother,"She said. "I won't go back,Ravio. I don't want to be on neither side in this war. I'm going to help them...take both of you down and end this war equally for both sides."Yuri said as she stood her ground. Ravio's gaze said it all as he felt the trust he had with his sister shatter before him. 

 

Zion turned to Ravio."When blood turns on blood, each must look at themselves and ask...did they do the right thing?"Zion spun and unleashed Albion Strike, destroying huge swathes of Heartless. "These are monsters Ravio! These Heartless destroyed my godmother's entire race! Then she herself was murdered on our clock tower. You...you have shown genocide is all you care for. Five hundred years have passed, and I have seen peace. The Keyblade is salvation as much as it is ruin. That is why only the strong can wield them. And when you descend into the depths of hell, you tell your Keyblade you are not worthy. Riku lost the Keyblade to Sora as he descended into darkness. Take heed of the past, Ravio. How can you so willingly go into darkness, and forget the most important thing of all. Kingdom Hearts...is light."

Silber and Aurora were faithfully doing what they thought was best for Yuri as they sent covering fire towards Talon. Winter was slightly clouded with emotions to give a hoot until Arcticus tried to assist Xion.

 

"Oi! I'm good!" Yuri snapped at the recovery team.

"Your nosebleed says otherwise!" Arcticus informed her, casting his cura spell around them. "Unless you're in an anime and saw a hot guy drop his towel, that's not a good sign!"

 

"So you're Arcticus. Your group of friends have been crying non-stop about you!"

"Really now? I've been trying not to cry over them as well, but I failed at that. Trust me, they're better than they initially look. But more on that later."

 "I have a feeling that we might want to get out of here before those two end up bringing the armies in."

 

"Well then, I hope those girls have a plan, because all this was a shock to me." Arcticus replied back. Almost as if anticipating his response, the Overwatch came flying in. Hovering some distance behind the group with the boarding ramp down, Aurora ran towards the ship before setting herself up near the entrance. "Lets get out of here!" Silber advised to whoever else they were working with as he motioned Winter to get back inside the ship.

As the heartless gathered near the side of the WPA, instincts took over the team. "Free fire!" Silber screamed, targeting the heartless and sending a hailstorm of light-arrows their way. Aurora and Winter obeyed, sending their own rounds towards the mutually targeted enemy. As far as the team was concerned, heartless was heartless, and must be engaged regardless of allegiance.

 

 "Yuri!" Ravio yelled. Arcticus was standing next to her, unsure what was gonna happen next as his team engaged the heartless. "Yuri. Come back home...where you belong. I promise you will have more important matters to attend regarding the war. Please." The softness and fragility of his majesty's voice took his breath away.

Arcticus only looked at her, unsure if that was the most beautiful or stupidest response he had ever heard.

Xion had gripped Yuri's arm. "Thank you. I saw the Heartless. So close to darkness, they won't obey! They assaulted Maleficent herself, and you think that you can command them in this place? This world was once my home, and it is evil. How can you so willingly go into darkness, and forget the most important thing of all. Kingdom Hearts...is light."

 

"Kingdom Hearts?" Arcticus confusingly asked, "How would you know about that?" Before anything else could be said, another ship descended from the sky and retrieved Talon. "We should get going." He informed Yuri. "Pull out!" Silber yelled to the team. Winter ran past them as she made a beeline to the awaiting Overwatch, with the Benefactor hovering above.

Luna saw the incoming ship on radar, but decided not to engage as she watched the heartless being attacked by Polaris Team. "they shoot just as good as..." Her voice trailed off, the memories of him coming back as the enemy ship took off. Disregarding the retreating enemy, she watched as Polaris Team started boarding the ship with their reunited keyblader.

(Since now I have two Dantes,the first Dante will be named by his second name,'Zack') 

 

Dante and Astrid stood next to eachother. They were siblings,Dante older than Astrid by 10 years. Dante was easily in his late 20s as Astrid seemed to be in her late teens. Both looked ever so different from eachother,they couldn't possibly be considered siblings unless told so. But they were,and if you knew their parents,Vashle and Katherine Stargazer,you would've figured it out easily. The boy that looked just like his mom and the girl that took after her father. They were the royal family of the Barian world,unwillingly,and due to the fact the king that had passed had no children to leave his kingdom to. Needless to say,Dante and Astrid got used to it quickly. 

 

"To think that this dimension also got caught up in a messy civil war. It impresses me. If father found out he'd be having a fit."Dante said as he sat on his chair,his sister sitting on the arm rest next to him. "I'm also impressed you managed to contact us all the way from the other dimension. But if you didn't we wouldn't be here. But we are,so we are here in order to help out your cause...for a price of course."Dante said with a smirk. Barians were always having tricks up their sleeves. Dante was no exception. "I will lend you a battleship full of my men in order to give you a head start. The more presents we receive,the more men you will get. All an easy trade for the economy,yes?"Dante asked as his sister smirked. 

 

"Our Barians are top of the line. If you refuse our offer we could simply go back home and leave you to your current situation so I think you better start coming up with your money if we are to offer you men."Astrid said as she flipped her hair slightly and rested back against the seat. Their Barian bodyguards standing besides and behind them as they were all over the ship.

"Right!"Yuri said,giving one last glance at her brother before looking away. "We have to get back to the ship,ignore the heartless and focus on getting back!"Yuri said as they all ran off to the direction of the ship,hoping it would pick them up or they would arrive soon. Yuri felt her adrenaline pumping as her heart was beating ever so fast. She had never been this excited or in this type of situation before,so it was very,very exciting yet exhausting for her. "Ravio,I'm so sorry."Yuri muttured to herself. The thought that she had betrayed her only family mortified her,yet,it felt right. It just did. If she did joined him the Heartless could do what knows what and she won't be able to stop it,due to her being behind his command once more. "I did the right decision in leaving him. Its for his own good. Besides we have to stop him and Talon from destroying the worlds into bits of wasteland due to the war...right?"Yuri thought outloud,as if looking for reassurance from herself or from the team surrounding her.

Dante,or as we will now call,Zack,was stunned by the series of events. Talon and his men had dissapeared from their sight,the princess had betrayed her own brother in order to join a rebel team. Could things get any worse. That's when he heard the loud thud of Ravio's knees falling to the ground. "My prince."Zack said. But before he could get closer her heard a sob,followed by a sniffle,and then a blow out cry. Ravio was crying,and it was a real cry filled with stress and fustruation,and heartbreak. Maybe this was to much for the little prince,to be in charge,to be leader of armies and having his people count on him to win such a devastating war. Maybe it was to much,and maybe it had broken once the only thing he was willing to fight for simply walked away from his grasp.

Xion watched as Zion easily eradicated the Heartless before falling to her knees from exhaustion. Xion helped her up, then turned to Ravio and Zack.

"The Heartless are not the way Ravio."

They stumbled away, then caught up to Yuri. Grabbing her, Xion teleported them onto the bridge of the Forward Unto Dawn.

"Yuri. That was hard." Xion said as Zion was carried off by a hover stretcher. "We'll wait for the others to return to depart, but..." she rubbed her forehead. "We are outgunned hilariously, Yuri. We need an edge, and Ravio is insane. I don't know if you can get through to him." She leaned against a console. "Everything is moving fast, but it's not good...." she frowned. "Kal?"

"Urgent message from Dawnrend Command: Reidan Aurora dead. Seris Aether has assumed leadership. Dawnrend Protocol has been moved ahead to Protocol Omega."

"Damn. This war really screwes everything up." Xion looked at Yuri again. "Tell me. Are you committed in leading an army against two superpowers in an attempt to end this war? Are you ready to stop your brother and his rival, a madman?" Xion stepped up so she was close to Yuri. "Can you do this? Because this path is the hardest one you could have chosen."

"Right!"Yuri said,giving one last glance at her brother before looking away. "You heard the Princess! Retreat!" Silber yelled to the team. They all obeyed, immediately disengaging the enemy and now making a mad dash to the awaiting Overwatch. Arcticus was escorting Yuri when Xion grabbed and teleported her, inadvertently teleporting him too as he faceplanted the metal floor of the Forward Unto Dawn. "Owwie..." he managed to mumble as he slowly got back up. 

 

"Yuri. That was hard. We'll wait for the others to return to depart, but..." Arcticus tuned out Xion and Yuri as he watched the sensor screen nearby, hoping to get a ping from his friends. Several minutes passed, then two blips on the screen brought a smile to his face as the IFF reader marked them as friendly. Satisfied that they all made it out safely, he tuned back in to the conversation, just in time to hear Yuri ask, "we have to stop him and Talon from destroying the worlds into bits of wasteland due to the war...right?"

"What the-?!"

"They teleported?!"

"Oi! At least get us too!"

 

Silber was frantically running into the Overwatch as the ship's engines started to howl. Just as his boots hit the ramp, the gummi ship lifted off from the battlegrounds and started ascending to the skies. With the ramp closing behind him, Silber dashed towards the cockpit and tried to secure himself into the pilot seat as he checked to see if everyone else was inside the ship.

"Winter! Aurora!"

"We're here! Lets go!" Winter replied as they both sat down on his flanks.

 

The holographic girl Victoria was sitting off to his left on her projection tower, humming an oddly familiar tune as the autopilot controls flashed its input orders. "I told you I can think for myself" the girl gently told the chilly sentinel, "We'll be heading back to the Dawn now." Outside, he noticed the Benefactor flying in formation with them, but couldn't see the pilot inside as they exited atmosphere and flew towards the awaiting Dawn. "Whoever is in that ship is pretty vigilant" Silber quietly remarked. "I wonder if there's a connection between that ship and this one? The paint schemes match..."

 

After several minutes, both the Overwatch and the Benefactor landed in the hanger of the Dawn. As the ramp descended, The team looked over to the Benefactor and saw the loading ramp descend as well. Descending from the ramp was a raven-haired, blue-eyed girl that literally took Silber's breath away as Aurora reminded him of the situation. "We should head to the bridge and meet up with Xion and the rest."

 

"Y-...yeah. Lets do that." he whispered, turning towards one of the nearby doors and making a beeline to the bridge. The team followed, leaving Luna behind as she paused at the Overwatch for a while, then trailed them...

 

"Arcticus you snob-head!" Silber yelled as they entered the bridge, punching the keyblade healer on the shoulder as they let off a chuckle. "Saw your girl and decided to disappear, huh?"

"How was I supposed to know that girl was gonna do that?!" he playfully asked, returning the affection by shoving him away.

"It's great to finally be reunited with you, man!"

 

[i was gonna do a scene with Winter and Arcticus, but I'll put that in the next post when I'm not brain-dead...]

Anya swallowed nervously at the thought of the Keybladers with a doomsday weapon.

"This was a few years ago?" She asked, trying to sound professional.

"Six, to be precise." Reed answered.

"Six years." Anya thought. "She could be done by now."

"No idea how much progress Keyes had before going off." Reed said, like he was reading Anya's mind.

He walked over to a drinks cabinet and poured himself a sifter of an amber liquid.

"Which means we need to find her and fast." Pennington barked. "That's where you come in, Coil. We need you to go into enemy territory and look for Ziva Keyes and secure her device."

Anya gave her commanding officer a confused look, then transferred it to Reed.

"Isn't this right up the Decolor's alley?" She asked.

"Normally, yes." Reed answered. "But we are stretched thin with other targets. A extended search is too much of a commitment for the Decolor Ulthor's resources."

"And because the KWU has those jokers pegged." Pennington added with obvious satisfaction.

Talon nodded.'' Of course. Darius, if you would.'' Talon calmly said as Darius sat down a suitcase full of money.'' This should cover it. Also, I believe one of you should stay behind and watch the Barian troops. Not I alone can even watch over my whole army.'' Talon said with a smile. Getting in contact with them was easy, he just had to do something to earn their trust. Ravio would be a problem soon, with him controlling the heartless and all.'' Now, I believe Astrid should stay behind, she should be able to keep your men in check.'' Talon said as he then thought of Yuri. He admired her looks, so he didn't know weither or now he should keep her alive or kill her. He then stood up and walked with Darius to another part of the ship.'' Darius, with Yuri deflecting with the rebels, it's going to get harder now to be able to keep her away from the WPA.'' Talon said. Darius looked at him funny.'' Is it because of who she is?'' he asked. The one question Talon didn't want to hear it. Talon looked around to see if anybody was listening, but no one was.'' If anybody finds out that Yuri is the child of Alpha and Omega, then everything I have done will be for nothing, Why did you think I had Alpha and Omega killed in the first place?!'' Talon asked.

 

A man walked up to the fallen Ravio and Zack. The soldiers got ready, so did the heartless, but the man made the heartless disappear and the soldier's keyblades disappear.'' Ravio is it? I believe you will need my help.'' the man saw Ravio turn around a bit. He saw him get shocked a bit.'' Yes. It is I, Ahtxson, the Third Keyblader, now, if you want my help, then you will need to do exactly as I say, because the WPA is getting help from someone I know.''

Yuri panted as she wiped some blood off her nose. She glanced out at the ship window,her brother was crying. Crying. She’d never seen Ravio cry. To hear his heart wrenching cry just before disappearing back to the ship felt a dagger to the heart to Yuri. She couldn’t bielive herself that she was betraying her own flesh and blood…but she couldn’t believe that Ravio would go as far as to control heartless,a natural enemy,in order to gain an advantage in the war.

“(Surely there could’ve been countless of other options to help us gain an advantage,anything,anything right?! There had to be.)”Yuri thought. This could only bring the fear that Ravio’s heart would fall into the deepest pits of the heart,where only darkness and negative feelings and memories resided. Yuri was brought back from her thought as Xion stepped up and confronted her about the choice she had just made. Yuri had fallen from the pedestal of the safety of the KWU’s militia right to being part of the side that everyone wants to kill. “I-I…”Yuri muttered. She was never a leader,she had always been expected to be but the chance never came up to even consider it… “I will…I don’t want my brother to end up killing people with heartless…and I don’t want Talon to kill innocent people just because they can wield a keyblade…I…I will do my best,to take down both sides!...hopefully with your help…”Yuri said,muttering that last part as she smiled slightly. “It might be the hardest path I’ll ever have to take…but nothing is ever easy in the times of war.”Yuri said.

Zack and the rest of the court were about to stand their ground,aiming their keyblades at Athxson as they were about to attack. But quickly Ravio stopped crying as he looked up. Ravio was only just a young man after all.

“Athxson,I’ve heard your name in legends and books.”Ravio muttered as he carefully stood up,ragining his posture as Zack stood by his side. “I will follow your orders but…”He sniffled. “I just want my sister back…they’ve brainwashed her…I want her back and I want my people safe and I want everyone else to die!”Ravio said as he clenched his fists tightly. The weapon crown on his head still managing the heartless around them.

Dante shrugged.

“Sure thing.”Dante said as he stood up. “They’ll only listen to her anyways. I have to keep father busy and away from this matter. If he finds out we’re in big trouble.”Dante said as he sighed to himself and turned,his soldiers escorting him out to one of the smaller ships within the big Barian Ship. “I will leave this to you sister.”Dante said as his guards picked up the suitcase and walked away with him.

Xion put a hand on Yuri's other shoulder, holding Yuri gently.

"No. No, it's not. It never, ever will be easy. Never will war be easy. But right now, we're going to be at a disadvantage. With the Heartless back, our greatest supporter, the World of Gummis, has recalled everything it possibly has right now. While that does put the WPA at a slight disadvantage for awhile, having lost a good chunk of their fleets, we can't use them." She grimaced. "The Siege Protocol has been activated." She let go. "History lesson time. Five hundred years ago, the World of Gummis was entraped in a ten year long siege from the Heartless. One million died on the first day alone, and not all were combatants. Then millions fell, thousands of ships lost. Five hundred years has been kind to the world; it's fleet is bigger, stronger, and more powerful then five hundred years ago. But the Heartless can become never ending. They only won the first Siege because we took out the Heartless controlling the Siege. Called the Four Horsemen conflict, it ended the siege and allowed us to go out and take out the remaining Heartless. But...even the Heartless learn."

 

She pulled away. "Yuri. I will not allow you to kill your brother. We will stop him, but me, Zion, we won't let you kill your own flesh and blood. So don't even think you'll have to kill him. If anyone has to die, it won't be by your hand and it won't be our first option, or our second, or even our second to last. If killing him is he only way, we will commit the atrocity." She paused. "You're not the only one who has lost people in this war Yuri. Keep that in mind every time you enter a fight. Every time you are put into the position to take a life...ok?"

 

In the medical room, Zion was being healed with the Dawn's healing suite. As she sighed happily, calm and feeling great, she sat up.

"History lesson?" She asked, having entered at the words Four Horsemen. "Here's a lesson: Next time a war starts, don't cause the extinction of a race and orphan me again."

Her voice hard, her eyes grown cold, her heart of pure light wavered slightly. "You lost Omega, your mom. I lost Kelsi, my godmom. I know your pain Yuri." She sat down in the captain's chair. "Just...even after the darkest of nights...morning still comes."

 

Xion sighed. "She's still a bit out of it I think. She sometimes acts a bit weird after Dawn's Gospel nowadays; I think it's because she no longer has Oriana..."

Xion teleported them onto the bridge of the Forward Unto Dawn."Yuri. That was hard." Xion said as Zion was carried off by a hover stretcher. "We'll wait for the others to return to depart, but..." she rubbed her forehead. "We are outgunned hilariously, Yuri. We need an edge, and Ravio is insane. I don't know if you can get through to him." She leaned against a console. "Everything is moving fast, but it's not good...." she frowned. "Kal?""Urgent message from Dawnrend Command: Reidan Aurora dead. Seris Aether has assumed leadership. Dawnrend Protocol has been moved ahead to Protocol Omega.""Damn. This war really screwes everything up." Xion looked at Yuri again. "Tell me. Are you committed in leading an army against two superpowers in an attempt to end this war? Are you ready to stop your brother and his rival, a madman?" Xion stepped up so she was close to Yuri. "Can you do this? Because this path is the hardest one you could have chosen."

 

Yuri was brought back from her thought as Xion stepped up and confronted her about the choice she had just made. Yuri had fallen from the pedestal of the safety of the KWU’s militia right to being part of the side that everyone wants to kill. “I-I…”Yuri muttered. She was never a leader,she had always been expected to be but the chance never came up to even consider it… “I will…I don’t want my brother to end up killing people with heartless…and I don’t want Talon to kill innocent people just because they can wield a keyblade…I…I will do my best,to take down both sides!...hopefully with your help…”Yuri said,muttering that last part as she smiled slightly. “It might be the hardest path I’ll ever have to take…but nothing is ever easy in the times of war.”Yuri said.

 

Xion put a hand on Yuri's other shoulder, holding Yuri gently.

With the Heartless back, our greatest supporter, the World of Gummis, has recalled everything it possibly has right now. While that does put the WPA at a slight disadvantage for awhile, having lost a good chunk of their fleets, we can't use them." She grimaced. "The Siege Protocol has been activated." She let go. "History lesson time. Five hundred years ago, the World of Gummis was entraped in a ten year long siege from the Heartless. One million died on the first day alone, and not all were combatants. Then millions fell, thousands of ships lost. Five hundred years has been kind to the world; it's fleet is bigger, stronger, and more powerful then five hundred years ago. But the Heartless can become never ending. They only won the first Siege because we took out the Heartless controlling the Siege. Called the Four Horsemen conflict, it ended the siege and allowed us to go out and take out the remaining Heartless. But...even the Heartless learn."

 

She pulled away. "Yuri. I will not allow you to kill your brother. We will stop him, but me, Zion, we won't let you kill your own flesh and blood. So don't even think you'll have to kill him. If anyone has to die, it won't be by your hand and it won't be our first option, or our second, or even our second to last. If killing him is he only way, we will commit the atrocity." She paused. "You're not the only one who has lost people in this war Yuri. Keep that in mind every time you enter a fight. Every time you are put into the position to take a life...ok?"

 

In the medical room, Zion was being healed with the Dawn's healing suite. As she sighed happily, calm and feeling great, she sat up.

Despite being noogied by his best friend, Arcticus along with Silber, Aurora, Winter, and now Luna gathered in the bridge, curious about the entire situation that had unfolded."It's nice to see you again, Xion." Luna quietly remarked.

 

 "Tell me. Are you committed in leading an army against two superpowers in an attempt to end this war? Are you ready to stop your brother and his rival, a madman?Can you do this? Because this path is the hardest one you could have chosen." They heard Xion ask the girl. Arcticus had managed to free himself from Silber's playful action and stood there, waiting for her response.

 

 “I-I…” the now reunited Polaris Team collectively held their breath, hoping that someone, anyone would step up to the mantle of leadership and end the war that they were involved in. “I will…I don’t want my brother to end up killing people with heartless…and I don’t want Talon to kill innocent people just because they can wield a keyblade…I…I will do my best, to take down both sides!...hopefully with your help… It might be the hardest path I’ll ever have to take…but nothing is ever easy in the times of war.”

 

The team looked at one another, then focused on Arcticus. "well, you're back" Silber started, "So, looks like I can finally step down from the position of leadership. I can't tell you how hard it was to keep Aurora and Winter together after you ran away." he moved forward and gave him a heartfelt hug. "Son of a bitch" he whispered to the him, slowly breaking down into a cry, "Winter suffered so much ever since you left. Me and Aurora shared her pain. You even missed out on me proposing to Aurora because I almost died recently." He buried his face into the keyblader's shoulders. "Bloody hell, mate. I'm sorry I broke that promise, but by god man. I almost kicked the bucket. We almost fell apart since you left." he growled, desperately trying to regain his composure.

 

Arcticus forced a swallow as the realization of their pain finally registered. Apparently, Winter and Aurora noticed Silber's breakdown as they both gathered around their reunited keyblader, finally releasing their bottled up sadness as they collectively sighed in relief. Winter was whimpering, nervously shaking as she was finally reunited with her lover. He cooed, then hugged the entire team. "By god, I missed all of you" he whispered, "Every day I prayed that we wouldn't have to meet in combat."

 

Luna was silently watching the reunion, smiling as she listened in to their whispers. Nodding in approval, she shifted her attention to Xion. Despite the waterworks, Polaris Team also listened in to Xion's history lesson as they all collectively gathered their composure.

Luna slowly exhaled, remembering how she once said a similar line to a special someone, now decommissioned and gone...

"She's still a bit out of it I think. She sometimes acts a bit weird after Dawn's Gospel nowadays; I think it's because she no longer has Oriana..." The memories of that conflict made Luna frowned, but she quickly shook it off.

 

"It doesn't help that we also have a princess among us" Silber added, wiping away the last of his tears and pointing at Yuri.

"We have a princess?" Arcticus asked.

"Meaning I'll be needed afterall." Luna quietly added. Polaris Team looked at her, shocked by her serene, heavenly voice as she walked up to Yuri and extended a hand. "I'm Nocturnal Guardian Zero-Five, but the others call me Luna. People like me are sworn defenders of princesses like you. It's nice to meet you."

 

Arcticus eyed the raven-haired girl. "I've read about you and your kind. Zero-Five... You're one of the earlier generations, aren't you?! Yeah, you are! Zero!" he immediately looked at Yuri. "Wow! You are lucky! Nocturnal Guardians are sworn to give up their lives to protect you at all costs. They can even stab themselves with their keyblade and create three defenders if it ever hits the fan again!" he paused, collecting his breath. "You are the sword, they are the shield. You're not gonna have to worry about getting hurt on the battlefield ever again unless it gets really bad. So long as she remains standing, you'll be one of the more powerful units on the battlefield, that's if you decide to step foot in one ever again."

 

"What the hell are you fanboying about?" Silber asked, confused by his reaction to the stranger. "She tried taking away the ship we showed up in to rescue you! And that thing was sick!"

He looked at him, then to Luna. "Forgive him, miss. He gets really attached to gummi ships. He's the gearhead of-"

"Nutjob!" Winter giggled.

"Gearhead" he continued, "of our team, so nothing personal. They don't make protectors like they used to. When the war broke out, they were wiped out sorta easily by the WPA. Apparently, they caught a Guardian Enforcer and learned their techniques. The rest... well you know the results. But you're an older generation, so you'll be fine right?"

 

Luna smiled, then returned her attention to Yuri. "My assigned Princess has long since passed. So that means I'm free to accept a new princess. Will you allow me to be your Guardian?"

"Count us in, too!" Arcticus added, "We'll fight alongside you, princess. I never got anyone's names here, but you all have my thanks. Keyblades are great and all, but combine it with the arrow-rifles and you're looking at an unstoppable force. Are you with me, Polaris?!"

"Sir! Yes, sir!" was their collective shout. 

"Whatever you need us for, we'll handle it ma'am."

Talon was sitting in his room in the Twilight Town mansion. Many things have occurred in this war, but it would soon come to end, with only one side claiming victory over the universe. Astrid was staying with the Barian soldiers in the barracks down the forest away from them. Talon was in the Alpha's old bedroom. He laid down on the king size bed. Talon remembered being rescued from the island by Alpha's squad. He was soon trained by him and soon rose to second in command. That was until, that day.

Talon was eating dinner with Alpha. They were having their annual general ball. Alpha and Omega were close. Talon knew that. That's why there was peace between the KWU and WPA. Omega was with a daughter. Yuri. She couldn't be more then same age as Talon. This was the first time Talon saw the princess of the KWU. He thought she looked beautiful in the dress she was in. Talon rested back as Alpha gave Talon a piece of paper.'' Read it Talon, it's important.'' Alpha said. Talon read it and got shocked.'' Your kidding right?'' Talon asked with a serious tone.'' No I am not.'' Alpha calmly said. It was later that night Talon was talking to someone in black.'' Look, I kill Omega and you kill Alpha. That shouldn't be hard. We have to make it look like a KWU soldier killed Alpha, That's why I asked for your help.'' Talon said. The man nodded and disappear.'' Yuri won't get the throne of the WPA along as I am leader.'' Talon said as he went off to the hotel Omega was staying in. He had made her kill quick and painless. Talon waited for the man by the mansion. He appeared.'' Is it done?'' Talon asked. The man nodded.'' Thank you. Now, you will come back for the second part of the plan when it's time. Goodbye until then.'' Talon said as the man disappear. That was when Talon met the Generals. He was sworn into leader and he made it look like he was shocked. That was also the night the WPA declared war on the KWU. That's when they learned the KWU declared war. Setting the war into motion.

 

Talon opened his eyes as it was now morning. He must have fallen asleep. He got out of the bed and started changing into his clothes. That's when he noticed a piece of paper in the cabinet. Something to Talon from Alpha. Talon became shocked of what it was. He couldn't believe it. He soon stormed out of the room. He had to end the KWU before they find out the secret Alpha had planned on telling Talon. 

Yuri carefully nodded at Xion’s words. Not that she had thought of killing her brother,but it was a reassured feeling,to think that even if it was an accident,that they would help out. She then glanced up at the Guardian,Luna,and shook her hand.

 

“Nice to meet you..”Yuri muttered as she listened. “(My…guardian?)”Yuri thought. “I guess…”She muttered as she listened. Apparently these guardians were to protect their benefactors with their lives,powerful warriors created for the sake of protecting and defending. “(I don’t want to be babysitted though.)”Yuri thought as she made her hands slight fist. It wasn’t the watched over part that bothered her,it was the fact that she was the weakest compared to all of them,therefor a Guardian would be needed to make sure she wouldn’t get herself killed. “(I want to learn to defend my own,what’s anyones worth in the battlefield if they can’t defend themselves and have someone making sure they don’t trip over their own feet.)”Yuri thought. She would have to get stronger. Not only for her own sake,but for everyone’s sake. If she was weak,one of them could die trying to help her…and she wasn’t going to accept that sort of fate for anyone,no matter how brave the action might be. It was then when she heard Luna’s question and Arcticus declaration along with the cheer of the Polaris team. Yuri couldn’t contain herself,her eyes watered and glimmed as she started to sniffle. She had never,ever had friends before. To hear these warriors,willing to help her and fight alongside her,despite of how much of a clutz she was,with such happiness and willingness,it made her heart ache with happiness. No one had ever been this friendly towards her besides of the fact that they had to. It made her feel appreciative. It made her feel extremely happy. Soon tears fell down her face,and blood dripped down her nose as she started to cry while smiling. She wasn’t one to be able to control her emotions anyways,ever since an early age. The tears of joy simply overwhelmed her. “T…T-Thank you!!! Thank you,everyone,f-for being so nice…!!! Thank you for fighting with me…I-I’m s-s-so grateful!!!”Yuri cried smiling.

Xion hugged Yuri.

"We saw injustice, hatred, and cruelty. You...you saw it too. And that's what brought us together. But what started as convenience...well...it happens to be that...I'm bad at making friends without Zion." The raven-haired girl grinned. "Thank you for fighting with us. Because...if anyone is going to bring the KWU out of the path of destruction, it's their princess."

 

Of course, at that moment, Zion appeared and kissed Luna full on the mouth, with plenty of tongue and no warning what so ever. This went on for a few seconds, then she broke away.

"If you EVER decide to disappear without telling me again, I'll tickle you to death." She smiled, then kissed Luna's forehead. "We missed you. Rei's gotten so big now. You'd like her. Pink-haired and full of energy." She pulled Luna against her. "I'm mad at you still, for disappearing. Just know that."

Xion facepalmed, finally letting go of Yuri. "And uh. We know her. Very intimately, I should add." She sighed, then looked to Polaris. "Alright. We have the resources on this ship, as well as whatever Seris sends out way. With the Siege Protocol activated, our major support is tethered to home. So we need to know where Ravio is going, and we need to know how much he is bringing. On the flipside, we need to know where Talon is and his forces. If we're to stop this, we have to turn the men and get them to put down their arms. The KWU will be more willing, considering one, we have their princess, two, I'm Xion and I was there when Xehanort was defeated, and tree, we have two Keyblade Masters." She looked at Polaris. "Our problem is the WPA. We have one of their major supporters, the World of Gummis, but it's one world. Nothing compared to the amount of worlds that encompass both warring entities. Our only hope is getting each side into mutual negotiations, and from what Zion and I are sure of, we most likely will need to enact Snake Beheading. That means we have to take out Talon and Ravio..." She trailed off. "Talon will most likely need to be killed, as much as I don't want to admit it. He has acted volatile and insane." She looked to Yuri. "We might be able to incapacitate Ravio, but I would prefer that we get him on our side. Yuri, if you can reach him somehow, get him to see that the Keyblade can't choose everyone, we might be able to turn the war in our favor."

She waved her hand, forming a huge starmap.

"Here is us, currently sitting in orbit of Destiny Islands after the hyperjump you all couldn't feel. Here is Disney Castle -" She pointed. "The HQ of the Keyblade Wielder Union. We can take it over easily, as we have inside knowledge from both the past, and this present. But here." She pointed to Twilight Town. "Seris has forwarded all information. It is heavily defended and damn near impossible to take on our own...but what they don't know is the fact our mansion has been a regional HQ for the World of Gummis' military arm, Avalon, for over five centuries. If we can get here with a small group of soldiers, we can use the tech there to open a hole in the defenses. Our other bet is the prison." She frowned. "But we don't know where it is...anyways. If we can find it, we can release all the Keybalders and anyone else, arm them if needed, and start a takeover operation. If we can take it with minimal casualties, even better. Now, our main problem is the anti-magic whips and such, and how we get to a really big mansion."

 

Zion pulled away from Luna. "I'll be the diversion. I know just the thing."

"Alright. Now, the op at Twilight Town won't happen yet, as we need the KWU on our side before we try this. So." She again looked at Yuri. "We just need to know where Ravio is. Once the control of the Heartless is gone, we can mop them up in the confusion and bring in Avalon's fleets. With Avalon pinning down Twilight Town's own defense fleet, and if the KWU has joined us, we can cause a big enough ruckus up top. Given Zion's flare, the ground diversion is going to be ok. But, again, here's our problem...."

Xion still looked at Yuri. "I've asked a few times so far in my dissertation, and now I'll let you answer. Where is Ravio going?"

"About what he said" she started, pointing at Arcticus, "Nocturnal Guardians like me will make sure you get out of any situation alive and reasonably well. If you decide to step into the battlefield, I'll be around to defend you and make sure nothing really bad happens. You'll get hit, bruised, cut and whatnot, but you won't ever have to worry about being struck down. So long as I'm nearby, you won't have to worry. If it gets really bad and your safety is in immediate jeopardy, I have the means to send you away to somewhere safe. If you will-"

 

Her words and thoughts came to a crashing halt as Zion kissed her. Her mind went blank as she closed her eyes, taking in the long neglected affection as she desperately tried to maintain her composure. Thankfully, just before she was about to break down, Zion's lips retreated from hers.

"If you EVER decide to disappear without telling me again, I'll tickle you to death." Zion playfully warned her.  "We missed you. Rei's gotten so big now. You'd like her. Pink-haired and full of energy."

"Awwww!" Luna squealed as she was pulled against the girl. "That's so adorable!"

"I'm mad at you still, for disappearing. Just know that."

"I-I'm sorry I forgot to tell you about my decision."

 

She took a deep breath and collected her thoughts before continuing. "I-... I'm sorry about that" she quietly told Yuri, blushing for a little bit, "Zion's... k-kinda special." She extended her left arm and revealed a silver bracelet around her wrist. "If you will allow me to become your Guardian, hold this. This bracelet will allow me to teleport to you at any time and will notify me whenever you may be in trouble. It's linked to your emotions: the more distressed you feel, the brighter it glows and the faster I can teleport to you."

 

"Woah, did you see that?" Silber whispered to Arcticus.

"Dude... we all saw it." he whispered back. Both boys nodded over to Winter and Aurora before snickering and giving each other a high-five. Winter and Aurora were speechless at the sight, their mouths slightly agape and apparently didn't notice what their boys were doing or suggesting.

"And uh. We know her. Very intimately, I should add." Xion remarked. The girls blushed as Arcticus and Silber fist-pumped, trying their damned best not to bust out laughing as their initial thoughts were confirmed. Again, their girls were too shocked to notice.

 

 “T…T-Thank you!!! Thank you, everyone, f-for being so nice…!!! Thank you for fighting with me…I-I’m s-s-so grateful!!!” They heard Yuri tearfully exclaim with glee. The girls snapped out of their trance as the team smiled, knowing that this princess would be worth fighting and dying for. 

 

"We saw injustice, hatred, and cruelty. You...you saw it too. And that's what brought us together. But what started as convenience...well...it happens to be that...I'm bad at making friends without Zion. Thank you for fighting with us. Because...if anyone is going to bring the KWU out of the path of destruction, it's their princess." Arcticus silently nodded in agreement as Xion and Zion went through the battle plans. Winter moved until she was right next to him, then slowly held his hands. 

 

"Princess" Arcticus started, "If it's any solace for you, none of us will strike down his majesty Ravio." Luna nodded as he continued. "Guardians like her are strictly forbidden from killing other beings unless given authorization by their superior, in this case, you. I have also followed this unspoken rule, meaning so does the rest of this team. Go crazy with your plans, do whatever you want. Shout out all the colorful profanity you can imagine while in the heat of combat. Just remember that you won't have to worry about us permanently killing off others unless strictly required, like if we're about to die."

 

Curious about this new keyblader, Luna walked over to Arcticus. "How... How much do you know about us?" she quietly asked.

"Enough to know that your kind are pretty special." he gently replied back. "I wanted to join your ranks, but no one ever told me about the selection process. Speaking of ranks, what's yours within the Corps?"

"Dragoon, three stars."

Arcticus nodded. "Somehow, I'm really glad you're around. The princess is gonna need all the help she can get, but none of us expected an ace in the hole, so to speak."

Luna blushed. "If... if you know so much about us... maybe you can tell me about Zero-Four."

"He was one rank above you if-"

"I-... I meant what happened to him."

"Oh. I don't know. He was barely mentioned in the books. All I got from him was his dossier information, if that's wha-"

 

"I've asked a few times so far in my dissertation, and now I'll let you answer. Where is Ravio going?" They heard Xion ask the princess. 

"We should focus on the task at hand first." he whispered to Luna. "I'll tell you more about what has happened later."

Talon was calmly talking with his generals. He has been mad since this morning.'' Gentlemen, you must know that this little rebel force we're dealing with Is nothing to worry about. They have one world supporting them. We most of the worlds in our control. You see, long ago, before the WPA rebelled against the CPA, we were forced to rebel because we had nothing to lose, but the worlds we have, can't rebel for they have something to lose. Protection, energy, food, water, supplies. If they were to rebel, they would lose everything. Now, this rebel group will try and take out both sides, that is why we will take out the KWU first. With Hollow Bastion finally ours, we are now able to give them what they want. Now, I want a battle plan to take down the KWU at their homeworld, Disney Castle.'' Talon said. A general then asked how are they to do that.'' Easy, we do it silently. I shall go myself and with a small squad, we shall take the key point in the war.'' Talon said.

 

Ahtxson was sitting across from Ravio and Zach.'' You asked how I know of this world, well, I sense all Keyblade Wielders in all the universes. I saw this one is in need of my help, so I came. Now, we must protect this world, for if they manage to take it or do enough damage, then this war will be lost. Now,'' Ahtxson said as he summoned the Keyblade of the Gods and Blackwing.'' I shall fight in the next battle and I shall show you why I was able to remain alive for over a 1000 years. I am not a man to take slightly.'' Ahtxson smiled. For some reason, he felt uneasy, He knew something was going to happen. He needed to stop it. Why else did he come here?'' And also, I shall show you why I was chosen to become the third keyblader after Sosuke and Vector before them.''

Yuri glanced at the silver bracelet. She carefully took it in her hands and got it off the guardian. She glanced down at it.

 

“…thank you…”Yuri said as she wrapped the silver bracelet around her own wrist. Yuri glanced over at Arcticus and got her hands together. “T-Thanks…”She muttered as she glanced down at the thought. Her brother was now her enemy,but regardless she did not wanted him to die…he was all she had left afterall. If he were to disappear,she would then truly be alone. No doubt about it. Though she would have such people and friends like the ones that surrounded her currently,it couldn’t be the same as a brother,right? She heard as she was asked about her brother’s whereabouts. Where would he go,where would he be heading,where? “If I were to take a wild guess…”Yuri muttered. “He will be heading to Disney Castle.”Yuri said with confidence. Ravio was a guy of routine. After something,war,visit,anything,he would always head to Disney Castle to check on everything from the highest place,where he had eyes and ears of most places where his armies were. “We’re going to find him at Disney Castle.”Yuri said with a definite tone.

Ravio rested on his chair as they were on a gummi ship heading straight to Disney Castle. Zach kept his fan close to his face as always a thing of habit as he watched Athxson.

 

“We thank you for your concern…”Zach muttered,not utterly excited of the idea of him helping them. “Our main concern is to reclaim the worlds we have lost to the WPA and ensure the safety of those that are on our side. Along with the issue with our princess…”Zach muttered. Ravio played with his red hair.

 

“I can’t thank you enough for coming to help. But may I say,I don’t think you can defeat an entire army single handedly. Talon has an army,and we have an army…and well,you.”Ravio said in a monotone voice. He was at the verge of losing this war,and the concequences of losing such war would be devastating for the keyblade wielding side and their families. “If we lose this war it will be the end of the keyblade wielders. Talon will make sure of it.”

Luna smiled as Yuri took the bracelet off her wrist. Fortunately for her, she had the magical trinket linked to her necklace charm so she wouldn't have to ask for it back. The bracelet was also fashionable, at least that what her single male superior assured back during training as the princess promptly wrapped it around her own.

 

“T-Thanks…”

Arcticus felt his heart sink a little as her voice revealed what she was thinking. "Poor girl" he whispered to the the team, "At least she knows that we won't harm those who she cares about the most. That should be some good news for her, right?"

"HIghly doubt it." Aurora replied back. "War is war. Nothing good ever comes from it. Nothing good ever happens in it. Plain and simple."

"yeah" Silber added, "War is what it is. But at least we're all together again, so that's something right? Oh! By the way, that girl Zion is the captain of this ship and has offered carry out a wedding ceremony for us all. Waddaya say, man?"

Arcticus smiled. "How very generous of her. But where did she say the ceremony would take place?"

"She referenced a holodeck on the ship-"

"Uh-uh. No way. You know how I hate artificial. Besides, I know this awesome spot on the Land of Departure with a breathtaking view of the mountains and a nearby waterfall. It'd be a crime not to actually go there and do the ceremony together."

Silber raised his hands in defeat. "I should have known. So when then? After the war? that could take a while you know..."

If the war drags on for too long, I'll ask the superiors at the world for clearance. Afterall, it's for a wedding ceremony. They can't say no. They're civil, not savages."

"Point taken."

 

The team shifted their focus now to the princess and the other girls who were planning their next move. 

“We’re going to find him at Disney Castle.”

Deciding not to listen in on what Zion and Xion would respond, Silber decided that was enough information as he started walking out of the bridge. "Hey! Where are you going?" his newly reappointed commander asked. 

"To the gummi ship! Dude. Seriously, you have to check it out! It was commandeered by a Guardian before!"

"You gotta be kidding me." With both of them exiting the bridge, Aurora and Winter decided to follow their boys and exited the bridge as well. Luna stayed behind, listening in to what they all had to say.

 

Zion glomped Luna from behind.

"Yuri, we're going there. The fleet will distract them while we sneak in behind their lines. Teleport to your room and head for his. Easy and will go fine. But we must be fast."

Xion nodded. "That we must do. So...Yuri...as the Princess...it is your decision." She knelt. "What are your orders?"

 

Zion blinked. "Xion kneeling? It's serious..." she didnt let go of Luna. "On your orders." She sighed. "We two know when to submit to a higher power. Well. Higher status holder who deserves it." She smiled. "You fit the bill."

Luna let off a gleeful yelp as Zion pounced on her from behind. "Hey!" she giggled, trying to maintain her balance.

"That we must do. So...Yuri...as the Princess...it is your decision." She knelt. "What are your orders?"

"Xion kneeling? It's serious... On your orders. We two know when to submit to a higher power. Well. Higher status holder who deserves it. You fit the bill."

 

Luna only smiled at the princess, her face turning a rosy color as she tried to retain her composure despite having Zion on top of her.

The now fully reunited Polaris Team was in the hanger bay, admiring their supposedly new gummi ship.

"You're meaning to tell me this thing has bedrooms?" Arcticus asked. Winter had a pleading look, and he knew exactly what she wanted.

"Hell yeah!" Silber exclaimed, "full living accommodations! This can be a home for all we know and care.""Sure. I'm going back to the bridge."

"Why? We might be deployed soon by the princess."

"I know. It's just... Me and Winter need some time to catch up. It's been a while, you know."

 

Silber nodded in understanding as the two lovebirds went off. Aurora was eyeing him, her head slightly tilted down as as smile formed on her face. "So, alone with a gummi ship that doubles as a house. What are we gonna do?"

"Move in? I'm just kidding, Aurora. C'mon, lets have some fun...."

 

Arcticus popped in to the bridge only to see Zion on top of Luna, with Xion kneeling down towards the princess. He looked at Zion. "Excuse me, ma'am but do you have private quarters that I can use for a while? I need some time alone with my girl here, alone from everyone else."

Yuri blinked and nodded. That’s when she noticed Xion kneeling down,to which she quickly waved her hands frantically.

 

“T-There’s no need to kneel down,g-get up.”Yuri said as she glanced back at Zion and Luna and stared somewhat scared. “H-Higher power? I’m not much of a leader though…”Yuri muttered as she glanced back at Xion and quickly helped her stand up. “There’s no need to kneel down to anyone.”Yuri muttered as she played with her fingers and started to pace around. She knew Disney Castle from the toes to the crown, She knew every corner,every nook and every cranny,including the secret passages that were strictly for royal family use only. “There are multiple gummiships in the front lines of Disney Castle. They have cannons and guards stationed around the wall. Protocol for enemy attack is for all fighters to get in their positions and royal guards to guard the stairs leading to the upper floor,no one gets in or out of it without getting through them. If the guards are distracted with a moving target,then I will be able to have the whole floor to myself to talk to Ravio.”Yuri talked as she thought of the different passages. “However…I worry that you guys might get shot down…please be careful if we’re doing this.”Yuri said as she played with her fingers nervously.
