Lightning returns hints ffx HD release date?

So we know yuna outfit is in the game so how do you get it? If it is available only by buying FF 10 hd , would that mean ffx hd will be released before lightning returns? It's kinda weird to release lightning returns then release ff10 cause most people might have finished the game and completed several playthroughs.
